2/13: Stem still seems stretched from the shell being stuck on the leaves. 2/16: Decent heat stress observed an afternoon. Temperature was 80° and the light has been at 100%. Move the light to 26 in and open more events in the tent and window in the room to let in cold air overnight. Time to temperature got down to 62°. 2/18: Heat stress is improving. Keeping her well watered.

I have been checking them every other day now and this is the week they'll be 'going dark' before I chop and hang them to dry. 12/5- I'm continuing to flush all three with 2g of straight well water with NPK Yucca Extract added, which I then ph to 6.5 @ 68℉, twice daily for a total of 4g each day. The two purple pheno's are just breathtaking in looks and their aroma's! The #2 plant is a beautiful cultivar as well, just not purple, with several huge cola's having formed due to her being topped! 12/7- Today at 'lights out' I placed all three Tropicana Cookies in the dark for 72hrs. I moved them to a dedicated room that is totally dark and which I can keep control of the temperature, humidity and air circulation (same room I use for drying). For the 72hr dark period I keep the temp's between 60-65℉ at a RH of 40-45% with decent air circulation. 12/11- Today, all three of the FastBuds Tropicana Cookies were released from 'Dark Jail'. I actually let them go an additional day, for a total of 96hrs in the dark, and from the looks of them it didn't hurt them one bit! All three look absolutely fantastic and the aroma coming off of them is just incredible! 🤪🔥 Every plant is heavily frosted up and all have tightly stacked, dense flowers. After chopping, I'm going to hang each of them whole to try to extend their drying time as much as possible. My dedicated 'Drying Room' has no outside light and is maintained at 58-60℉ with a RH of 50-60%. I use a de-humidifier, humidifier and two fans in the room. One fan is for air circulation, the other brings in cold outside air and the humidifier/de-humidifier handle the RH. I'm shooting for a 10-12 day dry, but that can always change because we all know 'shit happens'! 😁 My next diary entry will be after these fine ladies are done drying, get trimmed up, weighed and jarred. Watering 2-3 days 2 liters per plant

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now about 3 weeks into flower, and the stretch has just finished. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I did start to add a PK booster this week pushing the EC up to 1.4. I also will be switched the light from V1 to the F1 Spectrum at the beginning of this week, and will be integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The tallest plants are the Sundae Driver and the Durban Nights at 42" and the Red Hot Cookies is the shortest plant at 38" however they all look happy and healthy and capable of easily giving up a half pound each. The 5X5 is really starting to fill up nicely, I am running two dehumidifiers outside of the tent and I am able to maintain around 50% RH in the tent during lights on, and around 55% RH with lights off. We did get an unexpected heat wave this weekend and it has been a struggle keeping the heat and humidity down but the flowers are just starting so no need to worry about mold or anything like that yet. As soon as this heat wave is over the temps should be good to go the rest of the way this is by far the best time of year to be flowering plants in my region. I did defoliate twice this week and I may do one or two more rounds before just letting them do their thing. Not much to do from here on out except make sure the reservoir is full and the PH is in the proper range. 4/18: The slow one has turned the corner and starting to grow well now. 👍 I foliar fed them with big bloom and fulvic acid, and gave them a little drink of water with humic acid, endoboost, and molasses. 4/19: I foliar fed them again.👈 4/20: I gave them their first full-strength dose of nutes today and foliar fed again...hang on to your hats!🤠👍 4/22: I FIM'd both of them today and gave them about 20oz of water with cal-mag, humic acid, and boomerang and foliar fed with big bloom and fulvic acid. Later, I rinsed off the plants with a stiff stream of filtered water in preparation for tomorrow. 4/23: Today was BoomBoom Spray day! I just love how visible the growth is the day after a BoomBoom Spray day!😲 Tomorrow I'll spray them down with Axiom Harpin a|b proteins..they'll start flowering soon and I want them hitting their stretch with major vigor.👈 4/24: I did a foliar application of Harpin proteins and fed them with about 1/4-gallon each. They are both showing sex parts now 😊 I removed all the cool white and blue light, and turned on the 3rd set of QB's and bud boosters so they will get their stretch on- I also reduced their photoperiod to 20 hours so they can start getting some beauty sleep. 4/25: Didn't have much time today, but I looked in on them..sexy little bitches..👈 It's getting crowded in here, so I'll remove all the photos (clones and seedlings) tomorrow. This strain seriously surpassed my expectations this plant grew and grew and grew huge yields big chunky buds of some sticky dank goodness the grow went great no real problems very strong strain nothing slows this plants down the weather and my errors beat the shit out of it and it never missed a beat it just kept on growing this was one of the easiest cannabis strains I’ve ever grown it’s resistance to mold and mildew and stress was impressive if grown outdoor i would highly recommend that you take extra steps to Secure the tall long branch’s that’s grow big heavy buds this plant is definitely a big yielding plant and needs extra security I’m more the happy of the results hope everyone in joyed the diaries as much as I did making it I’ve been growing for many years now and had fun doing it but it wasn’t until I found grow diaries and all the benefits of grow diaries I found how amazing growing really can be I’ve learned so much and met so many great people on GD my experience with GD has been amazing Blue Gelato 41 Barney’s farm thanks guys for the seeds and great genetics I truly appreciate it I had a good time with this one 😁✌️🏻🇺🇸

[ Updates ] Day 10 - Watered today, 1.2ec feeding of mainly organics (Fulvic/Humic, Kelp, Molasses, Big Bloom) with runoff. 6.8ph. Group one is stretching much harder due to plant density, I will be adding a net soon. Day 13 - Watered today with the nutrients listed for this week. 2.2ec at 6.5ph. 80gals total. Added a small dose of Open Sesame for the first time today as bud sites are starting to form on all plants. Added a net to Group 1 yesterday, I will add the nets for Group 2 in a couple days. Group 1 plants are 38-40 inches, group 2 plants are 32-34 inches. I may adjust net height, this isn't normally how I run a cycle; I'm trying a few different things side-by-side. The "one plant per square foot of canopy" group has consistently shown that even with a short veg period there is far too many wasted growth nodes on the sides of the canopy. The plants around the edge tend to branch out instead of up, as they're naturally trying to find sunlight. My last attempt at using these side branches with heavy topping of the middle nodes resulted in a higher yield, as expected as the light footprint was 5x5 instead of 4x4, which defeats the purpose of "one plant per square foot of canopy" anyways. A better test would have been to stunt the growth of all middle nodes enough to weave the side branches into the main canopy, though this seems to be a waste of time without much gain. I'm much happier with Group 2 which has 1 plant per 2 square feet of canopy space. While it also has side branching, the difference in height at the canopy level of the sides and middles are not nearly as different as Group 1, which means a more even light distribution without the need of a net. As overgrown as the room is getting, they still have 7-8 days before they're defoliated a final time.

The Rosso Corsa is devoloping good. She's the biggest among the strains so far 😎 she has a little burn on 1 of her leafs deu to me no being carefull.

The time is coming. It's very healthy, I ended up exaggerating a little bit with the fert, but don't panic, it's organic, it caused just a little burnt on the edge of the leaves. The weather is stabilizing, it stopped raining here and the humidity is normal now. The pistils are starting to fester and are resining too much. She is very fat, the smell is strong every day and I am totally in love with her.
