Week 5 it is then. I had hoped on a 4 week veg period as I have been so used to autoflowers that this has become my normal. I had also forgot how much I enjoy training the ladies to work better with the l.e.d coverage and limitations of my grow room height. The HST is goi g really well with the Bruce responding with so.e nice fattening limbs and great potential mainstays. The idea is to fool the plant into thinking that each growing tip is the main-stem ( merristem) This will ensure an even distribution of all the available resources. As they progress towards flowering flip , i am trying to get each tip to the pots edge. This will allow me to tie them down to the edges and when the stretch period begins , they will grow vertically to create a ring of main buds. This allows airflow around each bud, which lessens the risk of mould and also allows lots of available light to reach the whole lengths. I did snap one limb of rhe Bruce bit it was the f.i.m so it won't be a huge loss of it doesn't repair in Time. The candy rain is doing a great job of catching up now with only 4 tips to train and plenty of light, I am hoping she catches up this week to be flipped to flower. Both of the Jealousy girls are really healthy and happy. again they are being trained fairly aggressive and are handling all I am throwing at them with twists and bends. No issues with anything so far so fingers crossed that I can flip them next update and begin the real fun of seeing the training pay off. Be safe and well Growmies. The Bubble OG plants are looking awesome! My tallest one is stacking up with super dense buds. It's crazy to think that the other one is almost ready to chop – the colors are so vibrant. And then there's that short and squat one with the purple leaves. It's definitely the oddball of the bunch, but I kind of like it. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

Buds are drying in a 55% relative humidity! They are already trimmed & in about a few days they will be cured in the grove bags! Happy with the end result for this run!

Summertime has said in temperatures are in the 90° range this will make the tent harder to cool and I definitely need to get a bigger humidifier. Soon all the outdoor will be out of the chance describing it will go in and we will structure and get ready for flower

So excited, been very busy again so I didn't pull as many leaves as I wanted, still pretty proud though. The smell is very strong, the buds feel rock hard. I'm going to invest in a 2nd dehumidifier before I start another run, 2 of the plants are WAY behind, both of them have been little jerks the whole run, starting from runty ugly seeds and limping the whole way, one is so sparce, the other "runty one, is actually way too compact, I didn't get it open enough early, so it has just been a little mess the whole time, she IS the frostiest, but her buds are tiny tiny, even the tops are tiny, but I will just make dry ice hash with that one and make rosin. I'm super stoke though, I need to clean the room pretty good this next week during my 1st week of flush to get ready for a harvest in 10-14 more days...

Beginning of week.. So I went ahead and did a late defoliation.. humidity is sitting too high in the tent.. its been around 50 - 55 % RH but it does sometimes get up to 60% RH.. removing some of these leaves should help lower the RH AND lower the chances of getting mold.. these are gonna be some fat colas.. and those are the ones mold can creep up on.. doing my best.. dehumidifier just cant keep up.. but I also dont run it inside the tent due to the heat that thing and it's transformer give off when it runs for over 24 hours or so.. but she shouldn't mold.. I've got 3 fans inside just moving air.. but of course, sometimes that isn't enough.. but we will see how this goes.. may even add another fan.. keep it on the floor of the tent an point it up.. we shall see! But damn she smells so amazing.. i can smell alot of similarities from the Mandarin Cookies in here.. which also has Mandarin Sunset as a mother.. just as this one does.. but you can smell the skunk along with it.. but not as powerful as the citrus.. aw man the citrus.. love that shit.. I even chewed on a trichome covered fan leaf.. very delicious! So glad I have 9 more of this strain and a few others from ETHOS.. next run may be some Aura Genetix.. I've gotta see what fast versions are all about.. I bougt some of the Peach Bellini.. should be pretty epic.. keep an eye out for that diary after this one! Mid week.. Lower branches are getting plenty of light after the defoliation. The smell is getting intense. My carbon filter has began to smell like shit lol. Not literally.. but it stinks.. maybe like rotten skunk or something.. I've ordered a new one but I took that smelly one off for now.. so the whole block smells like member berries right now till the new filter comes in.. tomorrow. I couldn't figure out what the smell was untill i accidentally got my face into the exhaust fan wind.. smelled like rotten skunky shit.. lol. I guess I forgot things need to be changed out every so often.. just figured "air" running thru it wouldn't make it crap out so fast. Been maybe 8 - 12 months.. something like that. Never used one before this.. but running some ETHOS, it is a must! So citrusy! Purples are slowly coming in. She really reminds me of the Mandarin Cookies I grew.. but I also think the Mandarin Cookies was heavier on the Mandarin Sunset phenotype side.. and this one is pretty similar. Scent, growth, stretch.. but I know I cant say for sure that's what it is.. this is just what I believe is going on. But wow.. such a beautiful plant.. I've had to run a a few twist ties to other branches in order to keep them from flopping over, leaning on eachother and the sides of the tent.. should have scrogged I guess lol.. live and learn tho.. but so far its not too bad.. but this early on shows me what I might have to be dealing with in the next couple of weeks cuz they are beginning to get STACKED! I've said it before, and I'll say it again... ETHOS for the win 🏆 Later that day... Wow.. going back in again and now she smells just like the Early Lemon Berry! Wth! How is that even possible?! She is doing amazing things! Some calyxes are beginning to turn purple. Some of the top leaves are as well. Tried to get some decent pics of it.. but I guess I cant figure the new phone out.. as you can see, some pics are a little blurry. And sometims the capture is delayed behind the flash and I still get a dark pic as if it didnt even flash.. but whatever.. I can't wait to see what she has to offer! Such a gorgeous girlie! So happy and excited for this one! End of week.. Nothing left to do now but feed/water for about 1 more week and she will be ready for the 2 week flush!.. I normally like to just water as normal (without nutes, duh) for the entire 2 weeks and still keep checking runoff.. maybe FloraKleen once a week and then just water till harvest! So far, I am starting to see some milky! Still mostly clear, but that means she is getting closer! So excited! This girl really smells just like the Early Lemon Berry I grew! But still with a bit of sweetness to it too! Aw man I can't wait! Anyways... on to the next week!...

Switched to bloom nutes. The lowered screen has already filled up to the second level and filled in very nicely. About ready for autopilot.

You have to check the roots !! This combination works flawless.. You walk outside and it’s a variety of flavors hitting you all at once. Cloned everything but the white rhino didn’t take so I’ll have 3 of the better out door strains for next out door season to continue learning this strain

Start of week 5 today, everything seems to be going great! The Gelato OG is by far the biggest plant of the bunch so far but they all seem to be taking well to LST, HST , Topping & defoliation! Will be going in the flower tent as soon as the other ladies harvest so they will probably have atleast 2 to 3 more weeks of veg!

1/23/23 Well everything’s in flower now so I’m changing the journal to flower in the perpetual garden. Added humidifier. I top dressed everything w buildasoil top dress and build a bloom. Watering everything w the Q watering agent as well. It’s all taking off beautifully. I tossed a buncha lady bugs in there to help w the thrips. Also got spinosad but not sure if I can use it now with the lady bugs. We’ll see how it goes this week. Mandarin cookie Doing well, bushing out and up more. Stopped lst bc it’s getting very bushy and I need to defoliate. But waiting until there’s more stretch bc it’s a small little bush and I don’t want to take away too many fan leaves bc they have thrips. Would rather allow for more light to be absorbed. Head knock Looking like the best one after it was the safest! So much flower so many trichs. Fan leaves are all sorts of colors. It’s really poppin off. I defóliate da but so the lower flowers could pop through and they’re really colorful. I’d grow this guy again for sure. Might actually see it there are anymore clones avail. Headknock 2 We got big in veg. Defoliated a bit and got it to a great place before moving to flower tent. But ultimately I’m ready to flip it even if it’s kinda smaller than I’d want. Probably need a stronger light in veg tent to keep them up to par when moving to flower. Pre bloomed and moved to flower. Haven’t seen any trichs but it’s only been in flower since Sunday. Secret scone Finally looking like it’s supposed to with happy buds and flowers coming along. Thrips really. Did some damage to this guy and he went thru it with all the mishaps since September. Finally looking good. Sabowaka Tepremental little bitch. Starting to show trichs. Gave it too much water and it was sitting next to humidifier tube so old growth was not looking too hot. Cutting back in water bc he wonders drink fast enough. As Barnyard apples Got massive in veg just like headknock. Really happy with it and can’t wait to see how it flowers over the next month.
