The vegetative cycle ends, I started the 12/12 cycle. I gave them a foliar irrigation with a flora stimulant and I also stayed with a clone of Amnesia Haze. Work is coming during the flowering.

Buds getting super chunky now. This is probably my best grow to date. Afghan Kush looks the most mature, I'll likely harvest this one first Crack and The Beanstalk has a huuuge main cola. Gushers colas are fucking phat at this point Smell is louuuuud! I've increased the airflow to try and reduce the relative humidity. The air in general is just quite humid so increasing airflow and circulation reduces humidity around the colas. This is supposed to be the penultimate week. Next week is flush week. I'll likely harvest AK after about 3 days of flush, CATB will probably flush to close to 14 days simply because it needs more time to mature.

Hey yall, Temps were high, but under control now. My girls were droopy despite having moist soil. After a good compost tea they bounced right back. Pistol hairs are showing, haven't grown this specific cultivar before so the bud structure is a but different than others I am familiar with. Let's see what she does moving forward. I am not a super fan of these genetics. Already have new seeds I am ready to start once these ladies are done. Over all the Strawberry Diesel from Beaver Seeds is not a noob grow, you need to have your grow dialed in. And really be careful with PM. I am keeping humidity as low as I cam while still maintaining a decent VPD. Challenges with this strain definitely turns me off. Looking forward to a new cultivar, already have some genetics from Michigan, those cats are really something else, they are hellbent on being better than the West coast. And they are in my humble opinion 😌 ☺️ Pure Michigan looks good, also Honey Sticks Genetics out of Maine is killing it, their Bananaconda 4 tested over 40% total cannabinoids. They want like 3k per cut, so that won't be my next, but looking forward to new genetics nonetheless. Anyways made some new ferments, remember to use equal parts organic sugar, Jaggery is best, that is the closest form of sugar to the sugar cane plant. Cover with paper towel, 2 to 3 days later let gravity give you all that juice, don't squeeze it to get more. Keep that juice in the fridge, that is your food. Then add water to the solids and keep at room temperature for 3 months to make a vinegar. That is your cleanser. Starting week 2 and the bud sites have come outta nowhere. Got some LST hooks in but I’ll take them out soon. Gonna use more CalMag but besides that she looks cool! Changed the nutes to flower nutes of course. Adding some new LST to see what happens. So far the buds are growing and expanding. Went from one cola to many. Not sure if I’ll remove the hooks yet

Week 5 of flower update and this was not a good week at all. The light burn got progressively worse over a 4 day stretch that I was away and couldn’t address it earlier. Torched a few tops pretty good. Likely salvageable but it wont be a pretty finish. The only good news about this is that my 2 100% keeper plants were either unaffected or only minorly. Went full beast mode and ripped apart the whole system just to cut 2” off the legs, clean, prune and then reinstall everything. We’re also gonna swap the cob light with an xs2000 and sf1000 combo. Same power but room for clearance error. If we’re lucky - we still get to the finish with some quality smoke and an initial sampling of this new F1. Jesus - my issues never seem to end these days….

Still not flowering but she’s gaining height , by the end of next week if no signs of flowering I will accept that she is a photo plant . I am more confident she is a female 🤞🏽. Finding this seed has got me well into it now. Thanks to all you guys , you have given me plenty of info ,have got another two plants started which I will start a journal for soon . Jesus she's a beast. AutoPots where made for auto flowers! Biggest auto I've grown so far. Literally plant tripled in size this week 😫

26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I'm very excited to see them adapt and progress! 😁 there are videos above with before and after of my LST process. Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️
