- next meal 19th or 20th depending on moisture of the soil; 5L Congo / 4.5L N.M. (getting close to target)

- did a little defoliation in removing some of the leaves along the branches. Removing any Larf from this grow… Its the Colas we are after this grow
- man has the Natural Mystic (guest) ever turned things up. Its hapnin.
- wondering about the life expectancy of the Autoflower in the tent. The Northern Lites Express will dictate when “Lights-out” happens for these 3 photo-periods, as they then go into flower. May need all the room available lol as it looks like a 10 week veg is easily going to happen. (Not rushing auto)
- Power Failure has entered the 3rd hour for half of Sarnia. Its all new for me on this one
- just opened the tent doors for some air flow/O2
- 4+ Hour power outage last nite. Power returned and they will get a couple of hours of extra lite today

Northern lights Express auto… is going to take too long to finish, so it is being moved, and a 4-week old Green Mountain Grape will be taking its spot. This tent will be ready for flower with such a strange cast***
- 2x 9-week plants, 1 x 8-week plant and a 4-week old hybrid will be ready at lites-out in 2 weeks ** had to make a call, cant veg forever. My early LST actions really seem to have delayed basic bud development on the auto. Things are moving, just seems another 5-6 weeks is realistic for it

I am happy with my grow. She is looking great. I had never seen anything like that. She is 124 cm tall and full of trichomes as you can see in the picture.
As advised by an experienced user, i defoliated the damaged leaves. She is looking way cleaner now. I also added Big One as advised
I can see some brown trichomes appearing. I hope to see more brown trichomes in the end of this week.

She is 76 cm tall and still under growing process. She has way less damaged leaves and is greener than Wedding Cake but way smaller tho.

Beginning of 6th week of flowering F36
SD2 smells like a burning tire next to an engine oil spill. The smell is aggressive and gets into your nose.
SD3 smells like sweet engine grease with a warmth.The smell is inviting.

Die Woche verging wie im Fluge. Purple Punch Auto glitzert in den Morgenstunden wunderschön und verströmt einen sehr angenehmen Duft. Momentan duftet diese hier von unseren vier Pflänzchen am stärksten.
Die Blüten schwellen nach einem krassen Stretch an. Das intensive LST und das Entfernen störender Blätter hat dazu geführt, dass die Blüten sehr gleichmäßig Sonnenlicht bekommen und später in der Blüte die Luft gut zirkulieren kann.
Zwei Tage der Woche standen die Pflanzen unter der Markise, es hat über Stunden heftig geregnet.
Nachdem ich meine Grashüpfer letzte Woche umgesiedelt habe, der Fraß ging mir zu weit, sehen die nachwachsenden Pistillen wieder gut aus. Vorher wurden die von den Hüpfern gerne angeknabbert.
Das Gießen läuft wie gewohnt nach Gefühl. An heißen Sonnentagen bis zu 1,5 Liter.
Soweit die News von unserem Balkon, die nächsten Wochen werden vergehen und dann ist die erste Saison als Weed Gärtner auch schon wieder beendet.

Que pasa familia, vamos con la primera semana de floración de estas Green Gelato feminizadas de RoyalQueenSeeds.
Vamos al lío ,se trasplantaron en macetas de 7 litros definitivamente.
El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/20 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%.
El ciclo de floración puse 12h de luz, el foco está al 50% de potencia.
De momento van creciendo a buen ritmo y tienen un buen color, estaban muy bien enraizadas al realizarle el trasplante se notaba la abundancia radicular.

The bushes are shooting up fast — the fan leaves, palm-sized by now, are already poking into the light. LED is not HPS lamp, good for me :)
I'm training the branches daily with soft wire ties from the garden shop — cheap as chips. Watering with RO water, pH dialled in. A 15-litre reservoir makes it easy to manage PPM and pH, and the air stone keeps the solution well-oxygenated — roots love it.
3 weeks in without Simplex Coco base. A couple of days ago the stems started showing a slight red tint. Figured I probably didn't mix enough nutrients into the top layer: I went with 3 grams per litre of substrate — 9 litres of Simplex coco brick and 3 scoops of nutes, carefully blended. Was worried about overdoing it.
Still, even at the minimum dose I got minor burn on the lower leaves. The substrate had been pre-soaked with Simplex Coco base — should've flushed it for a couple of days first with a CalMag solution and pH 5.6–6.3.
Three weeks later I top-dressed with another half scoop (5 g) per pot. For a long-flowering sativa that's pretty standard practice — topdressing every 2–3 weeks works well.
Overall, Bio Feeding is a really straightforward option — accessible and easy to follow even for a beginner like me. Can't wait to taste the end result: never grown bio before, only mineral nutrients.

All is developing nicely, introduced cannazym and boost to the mix. Finally I have access to a better camera which you will see on the later pics. The cuttings I took seem to survive for now, with some outrooting their cubes already.

Bubble og I still have 4 of these guys going. A few of them are still dark green and pretty decent growers they have thiner leaves. I'm sure a few of these will be on the chopping block later down a few of them just have crappy start growth and they need the humidity at 75% or above 100% the time with the light lower than normal or they start to shrivel up. That's not all of them just a couple. Also I am only going to flower 8 plants out if the 12 seedling and I have 5 strains going so can't have half my plants bubble og (wish I had room to grow the full 12 plants at a time)
It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold.
Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants.
I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving.
When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.

8/31 I harvested Auto Opium today. This is 7-10 days early. I intended to grow her inside the tent, but when she stretched quickly i had to take her outside. This did not give her time to harden off before going fully into flower. Then my area went into extreme heat over 110 for extended weeks. High heat and humidity. She couldn't handle this. Then Hurricane Debby whipped her back and bent her main stem in several places. Repaired with chopsticks and electrical tape. Her limbs were thin and spindly, I tried to support with garden hoops but many stems just bent regardless. One bent and cut off its water & nutrients and died. All in all Auto Opium did not transition well from tent to outside.
If I had understood her structure before her grow was underway, I would have done some topping or mainlining. I'm watching several growers demonstrate training techniques that I will try. You know you you are. Many thanks to you.
We had some cooler nights in the last week or so which allowed leaf color changes from lime green💚 to purples💜 and some reds. I see some lavender in her buds. Trichomes are mostly milky white, so a bit early. Harvest shows, many long, hollow stems which couldn't support her own weight. To be eco-friendly, you could use these for beverage straws 😅.

Penultima semana de FLoracion, ya comenzaremos con el lavado de raices, se siente bastante el olor que emana de las plantas. Pero este olor es mas a fruta, olores dulces bien marcados, el olor me recuerda mucho al mango

Ai Gude Growmies! Was für ein Traum vom Frostigen Harz Baum ist diese Mimosa Cake Auto 🍹 🍰 und hat mich dermaßen überrascht was für ein Harz in so kurzer Blüte Zeit erreicht wurde inklusive Terpenen wie in der SORTEN Beschreibung angepriesen! Ich war so skeptisch gegenüber Autoflower und viele sagen sie gehören nicht indoor balblabla... deswegen habe ich sie auch nur auf 18/6 gelassen und sie nicht getoppt. Wollte ihren Vorteil genießen sie normal mit wachsen zu lassen und ab Blüte extra 660nm Deep Red Adlite.

Spent a couple hours tonight making a few small adjustments to the grow. Did a fresh water swap again this week as a lot of the buckets were getting close to dry. Took the time to add some screws on each of the bucket lids to make some good anchor points for some LST to open up the canopies. Picked up a bag of clay pebbles to make sure the net pots were filled to the top to help block light/heat from getting inside the bucket and a roll of insulation wrap for the buckets. Last week the temps of the water started to creep up to about 72-74 in the day so wanted to try and get the temps back down to below 70. I also ordered 4.5” air stone discs for each bucket to replace the underwhelming 1” ball airstones I’ve been using. Been meaning to do this for awhile now and go once my schedule and adhd didn’t get in the way and they will be in tomorrow lol.
EC - 2.2 (average)
pH - 5.7 (average)
Water Temp - 66 (average)
Room Temp - 69 F
Humidity - 50%
Lights - 16-18” from canopy @ 60% Will be increasing lights to 70% and running 13/11 after a day or so for the following 2 weeks (hoping to help increase the density of the buds during weeks 5-7)
Overall I’m happy with how everything has been going with this grow. Where I was hoping to get to try out the current culture setup the weather here has went from snow storms to 73 degrees and back and forth over the past few weeks. Once I get the mini split installed in the actual grow room this won’t be an issue….just need to find the time to get it done 🙄😫. If things stay on track with this grow I’m hoping to pull at least 4lbs of dry weight 🤞🏽
The next grow I’ve been thinking of picking out 2 strains from my grows thus far and running 18 plants of each strain (considering i have 2 -18 site current culture systems) Want to focus on yield for the next grow. Want to aim for 10-12 pounds. Will most likely be trying out an outdoor grow as well since the timing will be perfect to do an outdoor run.

Girls got topped this week. I decided to only top once due to the herming last time. But they are growing well after the transplant last week. I'm happy with the growth and we'll look to flip in about three weeks. That'll put trim time around Christmas which I have off.

It’s finally getting a nice green colour
This week I changed the scrog net , it’s about 7” above the top of the pots .
upped the nutes to 1.8-2 ec.
Sprayed with canna cure
Watering every morning to about 10% run off
Lollipoped an defoliated ,Waiting to fill the net a bit more but will be switching to 12/12 very soon.

03.03.23: Started in glass of water in a dark warm area for 17 hours when the seeds sank.
03.04.23: Then put them in a damp paper towel for 24/48 hrs in a dark warm area. Checking on them to keep them from drying up.
03.05.23: Seed taproots were 3/4 inches and were ready to go into the pots. I then poked a small hole into the soil with my finger and carefully put the seeds in and gently covered them with dirt. Then sprayed a little water onto them and then covered them with a dome to keep them humid. Now we wait until they pop out of the ground.

The weathers been crap but could be worse. Everything is growing well. Watering is a pain but seems like I’m getting it right so far.
