Might get rid of GSC and just make more room for Trainwreck and G13 to spread. Going to do heavy defoliation for the first time tomorrow stripping everything underneath 2nd scrog and in between bud sites. Nervous it's going to really shock the plants but hopefully a handwatered feeding tomorrow helps keep it on track. Week Three of Flower... Baby Jesus, please give me the energy to continue watering twice a day for the next six weeks 🙏 Day 60 Update: Still some trimming to go but finally pulled the cord on GSC. Wish I had a while ago so the other plants could stretch more proper. Placed a riser under the Banana to even out the height. Going to tie down any tall sites and see if I can trigger a nice long cola down the scrog. G13 already has one forming nicely. If it withstands all that trimming with little to no shock, I will be impressed for sure.

Really boring week, nothing changed, nothing exciting happened, just food and water. There's some really nice purples coming through the flower right now and I can make out the tell tale signs of the cookies on both phenos, they may not look the same but the smell coming of both plants is identical..

I shouldn't have started the lst training on her because she started flower very fast and early so she ended uo being very small, which I hate because It has a very skunk citric aroma very powerful, I had a little harvest of 10g counting the little flowers which I used to make cannabutter to make some edibles.I wish I could have a huge harvest of this amazing strain, looking forward to grow her again. 🤞💚🌱💎

This was another very good week for the plants, with the flowers beginning to swell up and take shape. Some of the lower leaves are starting to yellow, but this is expected. As the light doesn't penetrate as far, the plant will begin to 'consume' those leaves and drop them to redirect energy to the tops. The canopy is fairly even apart from 1 small spot, which does not have any colas at all. This is due to me bending away the GSC that was topped, with the intention of the lower branches stretching up. This happened with all the other plants I did it to, but not this one for some reason. I think it was due to airflow around the budsites so I added an extra fan last week to hopefully improve this. The strongest looking plants by far are still the ones that were Topped with LST, followed by the mainlined, with only LST in last place. I have found that the LST only ones do not have stems as thick as the others, so this may impact yield later. Not much done in the way of training apart from the odd leaf bending or stem tying. The next few weeks will most likely be fairly uneventful, as now we just need to wait for them to flower fully :D

Removed most of the leaves and a some lower branches, specially on the #1; 🥅- Still bending the #1 branches trough the ScrOG-net; 🌱- Flowering is ongoing, they're pretty fine. Both are not stretching as I expected, maybe due the gradual approach to the switch. That's a good info for the next time but I would have appreciated a bit more stretching, specially on the #2.

Welcome to my Tent-X Ultimate Grow Challenge diary. 💪 I'm germinating 2 seeds from every of the selected cultivars on paper towels: 👉 Strawberry Cough (Dutch Passion) 👉 Mimozz (Perfect Tree) 👉 Slurricane (Advanced Seeds) 👉 Cherry Atomic Sledgehammer (Welcome To The GrowTent) Did not have much success this time - germination rate was just over 60% - my worst in years. But still - I'll get enough plants for my tent - I always try to sprout 200% of what I really need, for ocasions like this one. 😎 After they germinated I moved sprouts to easy plugs - which is wher they normally start they life (I usually ommit paper towel step and go straight into plugs). First time in years I'm really having problems with germination. The one Slurricane that did germinate seems to have broken growth cone or something - it is no growing at all. Mimozz seems like it wants to die so it probably will... Hello. I've harvested the Mega Mouth. WOW!!! I'm very impressed with this strain. Over 1.5 k for 5 plants. and it was finished by Aug 20 with the tents help. I'm trying some new (for me) categories to add to my report. Plant Stretch (PS) 1 to 5- 1 is hardly any stretch. Bud Mutation (BM) 1 to 5- 1 is a beautiful normal bud- 5 is big weird growths like foxtails. Trim- How easy or hard it was to trim up 1- you blow on the branch and hang it up. 5- Is very hard to trim takes a long time. About- Best guess on the THC % (I've been smoking a long time) Resin- 1 is super slippery 5- is very sticky like Gorilla Glue. Size of Buds (SOB) 1- is very small 5- is the biggest buds Dense- 1- is the lightest or fluffiest 5- is the rock hard buds your bud buster has trouble busting up. Plant #1 Wet Trim 1647 g PS. 3.5 BM 3.5 Trim 4 About 21% Resin 4 SoB 4 Dense 4 Finished Dry Weight 289.5 g or 10.33 oz. Plant #2 Wet trim 1606 g PS 3,5 BM 3.9 Trim 4 About 22% Resin 3 SoB 4.7 Dense 4.3 Finished Dry Weight- 302 g or 10.78 oz. Plant #3 Wet Trim 1635 g PS 3.7 BM 3 Trim 2.8 About 20% Resin 2.8 SoB 3.7 Dense 4.5 Finished Dry Weight- 314 g or 11.21 oz. Plant #4 Wet Trim 1753 g PS 2.5 BM 2.5 Trim 3 About 22% Resin 4 Falls off easily- Clumpy Dense 2.5 Final Dry Weight- 343.5 g or 12.26 oz. Plant #5- Wet Trim 1787 g PS 3.5 BM 3.7 Trim 3 About 24% Resin 2.5 Dense 2.5 Finished Dry Weight- 355.5 g or 12.69 oz. The taste is sweet and smooth to go down with a nice balanced buzz. There was some pests around. I found thrips damage in veg and got some Spinosad to take care of that. Saw some fungus gnats around but they didn't do much damage. Easy to grow and trim. This is a recommended strain. Chuck.
