D71/F23 - 11.29 - Maybe didn't love the defoliation, but looking ok. No discoloration or anything, just a little slower to start chunking up than its neighbors. <3 D73/F26 - 12.1 - The 3x3 9lb seems to have done better with the defoliation, but after I fed with a bit of molasses, found some fungus gnats flying around. Have traps and diatomaceous earth down, so we should nip this pretty quickly. D74/F27 - 12.2 - A little concerned about this one cola whose top pistils seem curled compared to the other on the plant. Take a look and let me know if this is normal or not. All my mature fungus gnats have been trapped, not seeing anymore buzzing around. I suppose the larva could still do a little damage for now? D76/F29 - 12.4 - Doing fine in the 4x5 tent :)

day 15: flowers start to appear day 16-17: temps go 24 celcius, i throw ice bottles in the res day 25: insane stretch stops flowers fatten up, even crystals around the young budz.

Weekly update on these gorgeous girls. Was gone for 9 days so wasn't sure how they'd look when I returned. Wow did they take off into full flower. They're all looking amazing, it looks like two different phenos which is awesome. Over all excited to see them progress as the flower period just started.

My first grow 'attempt'. I am growing in an insulated shipping container. Using two Fluence SpydrX LED 660W lights. Not currently supplementing Co2. Feeding by hand for now but I will set up an automated dripper. Drain to waste. Growing in Pro-Mix HP w/ Mycorrhizae which contains (65%-75%) Peat-Moss, Perlite, Mycorrhizae, pH adjusters, and a wetting agent. All 5 seeds sprouted!! 3 Peat Pellet, 2 Paper Towel Light intensity set to lowest setting. (8%) Feeding every couple days with 160ppm, 6.0 pH. Overall, pretty good week. Lights on! Using 18/6 light schedule. The peat pellets were placed into peat pots and under a dome. The lights should have been turned on a lot sooner, the seedlings stretched quite tall. Lesson learned there. They continued to grow quite tall. One fell over, it was replanted slightly deeper to support it. Fingers crossed it survives. Light intensity set to lowest setting (8%). A lot to learn.

For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. I'm still working out how much water to give, and I've probably under watered. The heat wave has driven the temps up, but these plants are still growing. Started flowering around day 23. Tied them down to try to get more light to the lower flower sites. Still haven't decided what to feed during flower, other than Big Bud. Any recommendations are welcome!

Not weighed her yet, going to give her a wash today before hanging her to dry.

Day 56 from seed(16flowering) Smoothie by name smoothie by nature !. She has been so easy to work with and train to this point and her smell is very sweet up close. #1 The Los girl is huge. she has sites throughout her structure that are developing nicely together. I expect she would have been a very big plant without the lst and would have outgrew my room very quickly. Buds are slowly developing and I expect she has at least another 3-4 weeks before harvest. #2 coco and mc have been keeping her happy. despite the poorly appearance of her mottled damage and some.dying lower leaf from before , she is growing well. her structure is natural and no ties or last at all so she is taller than her sisters. lots of sites on her so let's see what she does. #3 is one of the smaller girls in the grow and now moved into the middle to bathe her in more light. she has sites poking out of her low canopy so should still be a decent yield. Week 10 - flush has been going for a few days now. Buds are looking snowy, the smell is gorgeous. Some of the leaves are showing a deep purple colour which is common in this strain. She's gonna look great when she's finished. Most of the leaves are showing nutes burn from me being over exuberant in the last Week with the nutes (should've stuck to the plan). After a bit of a chat with a fellow grower who has convinced me that my plant is not ready yet I've decided to keep feeding her for another week or so just hope I haven't ruined her by not feeding for a week. Day 69 and pulled her out of the tent for a bit of a tidy up and she looks amazing. She looks far better in her full glory than his in a tent. I'm very pleased with my first grow, made a few mistakes along the way, but she's looking better than I would of imagined.

Finally peaked at the roots and they look healthy, all bright white. Flowers forming on all plants. Dark Purple KUSH plants have adjusted and the buds are growing well on those. Added Mammoth P microbes beginning of last week and again in the reservoir change this week. So far so good. Trimmed them all.

Another day another week and coming along nicely only difference this week is I have started pumping some overdrive through them now seems as it’s week 6 flower. 2 weeks on that then hopefully ready for a flush with pure water and a few days dark then harvest time. I’ve got a feeling the papaya is going to be ready before the cookies waiting for.my microscope for my phone to come then will update with some pictures of the trichomes.

The white residue is from Epsom salt foliar spray... Hydroponic buds (Banana Daddy) are getting noticeably denser than soil (Pluto Runtz)
