Day 78. 4 girls started to fade away, for them its last feed and i hope by january 9 they will be choped. I see some cloudy trich, got small bud for a test and better view under microscope, still early, hope two weeks for them and 3 for other except Strabery Cough which is still in veg and late FastDiesel which will flower till mid-late february .. StrawberyCough will have heavy defoliation on friday. Merry Christmas ! Day 80. Strawbery cough had a hard life, she was the biggest plant, but didnt fit into my edited plans, so i gave her away.. she had low temps, no light for 6 weeks, i took her back totaly f**ked. Now she has new home, will defoliate and Lst her on saturday, thought i will have to wait couple days for her to recover from transplanting but she loves life ! Other girls are fine, not so fat as i would want it 4sure ... One girl will fall on new years eve and time will be changed to 12/12 for strawbery cough to finish in februrary... Just havent made my mind, have super sugary Fatty or Early Tangie, those two plants are most matured and i need one space for Strawbery ... Day 81. All girls are geting second round of water after heavy feed. Trich still clear or partly cloudy, thinking to make one more feed for all. Decided to leave all girls to mature, even under weaker light because of Strawbery Cough, which got heavy training, now couple days to recover and she goes to 12/12. Day 82. Couldnt hold it, some of them smells so nice, that my patience was weakend ;))) Bud is dense and really sticky, now i know, they need minimum two weeks. Low light hours, leds, couple mistakes made them to mature really slowly compaired to my expectations. Think some of them will need maybe 3 weeks+ to mature ... Rethought my feed plan, no more nutes for all girls , just Late FastDiesel and StrawberyCough will be on nutes schedule. For all other girls its ph water 2x and light molasses mix to finish round, will repeat it till chop day . Hope they will start to fade away quicker. Plus when i was transplanting Strawbery noticed nutes salts inbetween air stones, quess they have a lot in pots, maybe taste will be cleaner even if i loose part of weight. Never bumped them so much, my cheap ppm meters shows 780-950 readings and i put almost recomended dose, usually i go with 1/4 of recomended dose of nutes. Strawbery loves new 50 L pot and recovers from haircut, couple more days and she goes into flower mode. Night temps droped to 19 from 22. Day 83. Got Christmas presents from RQS, now will have to start new crop in midle of February if i want to finish it before real summer heat will kick in. Girls dont grow indoors at mines, too hot. So plan is to finish Late FastDiesel in main tent( Strawbery Cough forcing me to buy new small tent for it to finish and save some time for me), hope it will be around midle of February and to start new my dream run by then ;) Will try to do diary with all my mistakes from previos grows explained and hopfuly prevented ;)))) I will see how much time it takes, but next will be 100% of action documented and explained. Herrrrro gang! Welcome to another week of Daank's grow! 8/2: Brought back the Great White. I was reading that it works well in conjunction with other root excelurators, like Rapid Start. I got 2 more temp/humidity sensors for the tent. It allows me to keep track of 100% of what is really going on, I find it to take away worry (b/c temps are very important!). Today was a "eureka!" moment in terms of understanding run-off pH and it's value to telling the grower how healthy the plant is and what nutes may, or may not, be needed. I also got some new LED glasses so I don't burn my fucking corneas when tending to the garden - they are phenomenal and I suggest them if you grow with an LED. Check the videos and photos. Pistils are growing rapidly and baby budlets are starting to form. I'm actually getting a nice subtle purple color - it's very neat. Today's run-off pH was 6.3, and I gave it 6.3 for water - so that's a good sign (I bounce the pH all around from 5.5-6.3). I'll keep track of this moving forward in the diary. Minor defoliation. ***Pro-Tip: If you're wondering what the run-off should be... around +.5/-.5 of what you put in is good. By the end of this week I assume we'll be in full swing. Day 39: I have ordered new nutes, Advanced Nutrients. The reviews, photos, and research all point to using this for the best results. I found them to be a bit expensive, but if I can always get perfect pH values without much of a hassle... I'm down. They will be here by end of the week and I'll transition that over this weekend. I can't wait. Day 40: 8/6 - Advanced Nutrient nutes arrive today. Watering will be a pleasure. The plants look great. The buds are real. Small smell. Trimmed last night quite a bit for bud production. They love George Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue". It perks 'em up.

WEEK 1 FLOWERING Since I will use the 7 weeks AN full nutrients program, one week is only 5 days Keep doing LST and defoliation every day or two I am using 100% RO water and give water every morning with nutrients included 🌱

I am so glad I decided to do some low stress training!! After that one feeding at the end of last week the plant truly bounced back and showed no more signs of deficiency problems.. 😅 Because I started some early LST I began to see the much smaller nodes develop over this week and it started to give me hope lmao. There was not only a difference in the vibrancy of the green leaves but there was also a difference in the texture of the leaves as well! The ones that were damaged were thicker and more rough, while the new healthy leaves were much softer! For now I will leave some of the damaged leaves on because I don't want to strip her too early but periodically over the next couple of weeks I am going to start pruning and training her more (especially since she's a keeper). I also went ahead and started giving my girl a foliar spray feeding of diluted garlic & onion peel water which I plan on continuing with while in veg.

1st day of week 3/last day of week 2. Tmrw on day 15 i will change lighting to 18/6. I transfered to larger containers today, and like to give them 24hrs before the light adjustment to avoid shock. Running Two Maxsisun 300w units. Day 16 started nutes with a light woodering 😁

Growing some seeds I won from Diary of the Month here on Grow Diaries!!! I'm so grateful and excited for another learning experience doing what I love! Thank you, FastBuds! 🙏 Seed was germinated directly in Rapid Rooter placed in a seedling tray. I put her in darkness for 48 hours and then in a sunny window. Three days later, the seedling's little head poked up and the next day she showed me her first true leaves - calling this day 1. I kept the seedling tray in a sunny window and brought her outside for lunch on my sunny deck with me for the rest of the week. Given the heatwave we were having here, I got her settled into her net basket sooner rather than later so that she could have a more stable environment. This plant will is being grown indoors in an 2x4x8 Gorilla Grow Tent using an 8 gallon Current Culture Solo Bucket under California Lightworks 550 Solar System LED. For grow media I am using clay pellets and I use the entire Cultured Solutions line of nutrients. I will be showcasing this plant in a grow tutorial over on my YouTube channel and IGTV where I am going to show a detailed walk through of how I grew my original "Budzilla" plant. Unfortunately, I don't have a grow diary for her, but she is featured on my IG account. The technique I use I created after harvesting my first grow. I had used low stress training on an autoflower and achieved beautiful results. I took notes the entire grow and conducted a postmortem. I sincerely advise doing this for EVERY grow - especially when you are learning. It provides you opportunity to figure out what went right, what went wrong, what could have gone better, and what ideas you think you can toss into the mix to try to improve on the places that need revamping. I did this and I came up with the hypothesis of starting my plant off-center in the net basket, and then growing it low and in a spiral around the outside. In my head, I thought something like this could really push the limits of low stress training, especially when used on an autoflower where we have a limited time of vegetative growth. I didn't realize, at the time, JUST how effective the technique would be, but when the grower community on IG exploded over the sight of my plant, I started to get a feeling a did something right. As I was still only growing my second plant in my entire grow career, I was completely oblivious to the fact that I had pushed the normal boundaries of an autoflower.... I had nothing else to really compare it to. Nearly a year later, photos of my Budzilla are still being shared around social media in the grow community and I still get asked regularly about how I grew her. And with that, we start here on the journey to attempt the recreation of my former masterpiece. But I'm taking it one step further and giving you a detailed, step-by-step guide so that even the newest of growers can follow along and learn how to push an autoflower to its beautiful edge. Another successful week has passed, excluding the fact that one of the seeds didn't germinate. Our little one is growing rapidly, and it's undoubtedly thanks to the fertilizers from Xpert Nutrients. This is my first experience with this company's products, and I'm already impressed not only by the results but also by how well our girl responds to these nutrients. There's a lot of exciting things ahead, and I'm eagerly anticipating what's in store for us!
