Hi all, End of week 6 flowering, this week I noticed some of the plants seemed to have nutrient burn from overfeeding even though I had lowered the EC from previous run. So all the plants got flushed with 6.2 pure RO water and the run off measured 1.2 EC with 5.9 PH so I will give them a second flush in the coming week. Also the plants are becoming unstable due to the nicely forming dense fat nuggs so need to keep humidity under control to avoid bud rot and tie them up for support.. Man this week has been taking forever, my theory is it will only get slower relative to harvest just because my excitement. I top dressed with about 2 inches of worm castings with an eyeballed mix of 2tbps of bone meal (3-14-0, bloom fert.), 1.5-2tbps of Gaia green all purp.(4-4-4, I don’t have an actual potassium fert. Like leingbenite So I use this), 3tbps of dr earth kelp meal (1-.05-2 has many different vitamins, amino acids, carbohydrates) and 2tbps of mykos (for microbiology inoculation and nutrient uptake/upkeep). So I every time I water I have this old 2gallon water tin that I usually fill up about a quarter to half way full. Using this amount of water and the 5 gallon bucket of my soil mix makes my watering schedule once every 3 days (on average). I do use bottle nutrients but it’s mainly for the supplementing. For feeding I use 2-3ml to half a gallon for all bottle nutrients, I have never gone over, and I have never had deficiency’s that can hinder plant development. Deficiency's: PSA: Now if anyone happens to read and actually look at my plants please do look closely and maybe let me know if you see something that I have missed since I’m still very new. I noticed my plant was having a cal mag issue so that’s why I top dressed with worm castings, I also top dressed with about 3tbps of azomite (I feel using azomite it may help with all those unnoticeable deficiency’s that a new grower might miss). I’ve been noticing on some of the leaves the very tips are showing discoloring, since the color is still so vibrant mostly I can rule out nitrogen, phosphorus, Iron, manganese, and sulphuric. It’s still very early stage so I did an extremely light foliage feeding (in the dark to prevent UV damage) of 2ml of big bud, big bloom, and tiger bloom, mixed into half a liter of water, I then emptied the spray bottle and sprayed with tap water just to make sure there’s no nute burning. Today I fed the plant through water amendments with 3ml of big bud, 3ml of bud candy, 3ml of big bloom, and 2ml of tiger bloom;(my theory is hopefully the nutrient deficiency’s will go away) My soil mix is pretty basic. 40% coco, 10% perlite, 10% well composted chicken manure, 20% black gold compost, 20% worm castings. I’m not going to put the fertilizer amendment percentage to be honest I eye ball it but there’s a rough general measurements that I do.

04/11 - (M) - As stated on my last update mom came back strong from losing a week with no feed because of drip emitter malfunction - Ran a hard defilation to remove dead or dying leaves - Res was cleaned out and reloaded with a fresh nute feed clean water heavy. 04/11 - (C) - The babies came back from the PPM burn as previously stated - Had some yellowing going on as well but after flush and slow dose nutrient/clean water feed their green is coming back strong.

This week has been sunny, hot and wet. I have not done a thing except to keep an eye on Miss Gorilla Cookies. It has been a hot and rainy week and I did not feed this plant this week. That is why I did not record Ph levels and PPM, etc this week. I have really wanted to give this diary an honest, straight up review of Gorilla Cookies growing in whatever Mother Nature threw her way. She is tall and thin but has a lot of bud growth. I am eager to see how big her buds will get. One thing that I have not been super pleased with is using Miracle Grow as a nutrient. This outside grow was an experiment using Miracle and not my typical Fox Farm nutrients. At this point in my grow, Fox Farm beats out Miracle Grow. @Hindugod and I have been growing our Gorilla Cookie plants simultaneously and his plants look thicker than mine do. His weather has not been as hard on his plants as I have had here in Virginia. He is also using different nutrients. I think the pictures pretty much speak for themselves, I owe you guys some nice pictures and videos for your patience. The stretch is looking good and structure is nice juat from LST. I have managed to achieve somewhat of a decent canopy. Phase 2.. grow some beautiful fruits ;) Stay tuneddd

Bueno, empezamos por el final familia. Gorilla girl, me parece una cepa BRU-TAL , ya partiendo de esa base, mi error, creo que e cometido , es poner estos ejemplares en macetas de 5L, que tonto... mínimo recomendado 7L y a ser posible 11L Otro error fue no dejarlas una semana más. pero, escasez. (intentaremos curarla un par de semanas). Cepa con flores muy compactas, hay bastante separación entre nudos pero compensa las flores de verdad. Sabor muy dulzón a mi me recuerda a melón , es un pepino recomendado para amantes de la hierba que llevan tiempo en esto, un colocón muy fuerte, ahora mismo estoy bajo los efectos de esta vaina, aseguro que con cada frase, leo varias veces y detenidamente por que válgame.

This one is the runt of the group, but she is still kicking. Started getting some yellowing on the lower leaves on all the plants. I increased the maxibloom a little today so hoping that makes them a little happier. I also changed the setup where the plants dont sit on top of the reservoir. This will make it easier to adjust the nutes if needed. I also hooked up a valve to adjust the water flow because I had a couple overflows last week. These cups are just packed full of roots. This "little" grow has become a lot of work. Chugging along though....
