4/1/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Veg (Day 59 overall) Water Change Day!!! Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. I will be taking two clones from each to breed over the next few weeks depending on when I am going to flip them. 4/3/2023 Week 7- Day 3 of Veg (Day 61 overall) A little FIMing, A little Topping, and a Little bit of defoliation. Might have to take my clones during the week this week, I am trying to wait until Saturday to hit week 8 but again they are getting all over the place and I need to trim some of the sides and lower areas. 4/4/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Veg (Day 62 overall) I decided to take my clones and clean up the lower half of the plants. I took 2 clones from each plant to go into the cloning machine. 4/5/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Veg (Day 63 overall) Water Temp is sitting at 73. Right in my ideal range for my setup. Ideal range 70-74 My Temp Tent is my ideal zone75.6 Ideal for this grow 70-78 The lights are still waiting the switch to flower to get maxed out... The Humidity is coming in right at 60% I love it.. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.

started LST, 2/4 plants preflowering, noticing weird twisting growth and trying to address it. Moved lights up a bit to 60/100/100 RBW at 36 inches.

fat banana is starting to frost and thicken branches are nice and thick and stacked quite well to say I was unable to spread as much as the purple queen she's drinking a good 3l before any runoff and is one of the thirstiest strains iv grown so far iv been removing odd leaves here and there to try keep a decent penetration shes going to have a mini flush and a few days water and start back on nutes thanks for reading happy growing guys

Day 61 of flower 🌼 today. On Day 59 I used koolbloom one last time along with a dose of recharge. Going forward I'll only use the Ripen this week and allow the flushing out to continue. Rainbow cake is almost finished and looking great. The listed flower time is 68 days, so we're definitely getting close. The fan leaves are really green still so there's definitely some more flushing needed. Pineapple express is flushing at a faster rate than the other 2 plants. I recon it's the size difference. Flower time is listed at 56 days but it's not showing finished yet. Buds still have a lot of white pistols and a lot of clear tri. Hopefully she'll be good in around 10 days. London mint cake is doing well. Flower time is listed at 60 days. Tri is 50 percent cloudy and 10 days of flushing out will put her ready right on time. Thanks for checking my diary everyone. Took some more leaves this week responds like most by filling in the gaps over night incredible plant this cannabis started budding already hence the bud blood and igniter I use these 2 religiously even on my photo plants 1 week before light switch or starting week 3thru to week 5 on autoS

The calmag deficiency has improved significantly and the plants are now putting all their energy into the flowers. In the meantime, no new eggs are forming, which makes us very happy :)

F week 3. It gets really bushy. I had to do a second defoliation. At this point everything seems to go well.

Quelques pointes de feuilles commencent à montrer une production, confirmant le début d'un stress lié à l'accumulation de sels. 📈 Note personel. ​la plante est magnifique malgré ce souci de substrat. Le "stretch" à 54 cm montre qu'elle a de la ressource. la décision de la surélever est la meilleure chose à faire. On attend maintenant qu'elle "demande" de l'eau (légère baisse de tension des feuilles) avant de réintervenir. ​Prochaine étape : Surveiller l'évolution du "gonflement" des têtes et de la couleur des feuilles. Une fois que le pot est sec, il faudra peut-être envisager un rinçage léger avant de reprendre une nutrition de floraison. 24/03 le pot sec j'ai effectué un rinçage pour retirer le sel accumulés dans le pot avec de l'eau claire 3 bouteille de 1,5 litres d'eau PH 6,3 et 0,5 litres d'eau avec 2 ml d'orgatrex PH 6,3 pour lui laisser des nutriments dans la terre après le rinçage. vue que c'était sûrement un blocage dû au sel accumulés. après 6h on remarque déjà une différence de vitalité. je pense qu'elle à du apprécier.

Well started flush on out door cheese well greenhouse indoor only just preflowering off site so less pics like the gorilla frisan duck so yeah more pics this week peace ended up chopping cheese 2 as bud rot struck so got rid and got 11.3 grams wet from 1 so quite low yield mould resistances not the best not the most crystals I have seen nor the least it's a 2 out of 10 so far yeah staying at 2 as was fun to grow but yeil was disgraceful 1.6 g dried she had the cheese smell and taste but little vegy so going to cure the remainder try in 2 weeks utterly as for the rest can't wait frisan duck has like 70+branches so she's going to be a nice harvest no pre flower yet peace

My first ever harvest went great! I trimmed 3 different ways as well as flushed for different amounts of time. 24hr flush and wet trim with bowl trimmer, dried on dry rack. Aprox 4 ounces as i was smoking it soon as it dried, small buds first. 🤷‍♂️🏻 3 day flush. Wet trimmed by hand. Hung to dry. 119 grams Last two ladies were the bushy ones. I let them flush for a full week and then hung to dry. We hand trimmed them both(not as close of trim) to make edibles and oils with. 412 grams! I think I did pretty well on my harvest. I have over a pound of bud! I’m all smiles!

Hello. This is the end of week 5 and the beginning of week 6 of flowering. The plants are bulking up. Getting some weight put on the buds. I can see some branches starting to lean and wondering if I should raise my top net or leave it.... Hmm... Life's decision's... It's been a coolish week here. I'm putting an extra floor fan on low in the tent at nights to ward off the evil... WPM. Sometimes it just takes a bit more air flow and it won't bother you. Another good reason to trim some fan leaves in the middle for better air flow. The stretch has stopped... some branches stopping 6 inches short of the roof. Smells wonderful in here. An overall gelato type of smell with some sweet candy fruit smells. Plant #5 is developing a funky sweet fruity cheezie type of smell. Funky.... The wife and I both said, Mmmm... when we smell it. The garden is going good. Lots of zucchini flowers and tomato's started. I didn't add any wood ash this year, it turns the soil alkaline and I have to guess the right amount of lime to add and get the ph lower, and I don't always get it right. Only added compost from my composter this year and just a sprinkle of lime. Plants love the wood ash but it takes handful's of lime to correct the balance. OK. Have Fun. Chuck.

This was not cosmetic trimming. It was: • Removing large fan leaves blocking interior bud sites • Cleaning inner congestion • Opening airflow channels • Resetting light distribution across the canopy • Helping the entire room environment (not just this plant) The room needed air — this plant was advanced enough to handle stress. That’s key. Week 3 of flower is the transition window: • Stretch is slowing • Bud sites are set • Energy shifts toward stacking At this stage, a strategic defoliation: • Improves transpiration efficiency • Reduces microclimate humidity pockets • Prevents internal leaf-to-leaf condensation • Encourages bud site activation below the top canopy This was structural architecture. Not haircut vanity. ⸻ 🌡️ 28°C in Flower — “Too Hot?” Let’s Go Deep. People panic when they hear 28°C in flower. But here’s where most growers confuse: 🔥 HPS vs LED Heat Behavior Under HPS: • Radiant heat warms leaf surfaces directly • Leaf temperature often equals or exceeds room temp • 28°C air under HPS can mean 30–32°C leaf temp • That pushes VPD dangerously high Under LED: • Less infrared radiation • Leaf surface temp is typically 1–3°C LOWER than room temp • So at 28°C room temp, leaf temp might be 25–26°C And VPD calculations depend on leaf temperature, not air temperature. ⸻ 🌿 What Is Leaf VPD? VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) measures the difference between: • Moisture inside the leaf • Moisture in the surrounding air But if you calculate VPD using only room temp, you’re missing the real transpiration dynamics. With: • 28°C air • ~25–26°C leaf surface (LED) • 65% RH Leaf VPD sits in a very workable mid-flower zone. Not extreme. Not stress-inducing. Not shutdown territory. We’re driving metabolism, not cooking terpenes. ⸻ 💧 Why 65% RH Isn’t Dangerous Here Context matters: • Good airflow • Opened canopy • Compact but cleaned structure • Early-mid flower (Week 3, not Week 7) At this stage: • Pistils are forming • Bud density is still moderate • Transpiration is active High humidity becomes dangerous when: • Bud mass is dense • Internal airflow is poor • Late flower resin traps moisture We’re not there yet.
