Two days ago I removed alot of fanleaves so light can penetrate all the way down. I was looking for a specific shape with these plants and it seems like it worked. Now it's mostly the buds that have leaves and only a few fanleaves on the bottom of plant that didnt block any light. With my next watering I'm going to reduce the amount of nutrients because there is alot less plant matter to process those nutrients. With my last grow I ran in to some nutrient problems after the heavy defoliation. So less will be more this time😁 Day 17 of flower Follow my IG @Growinhome_

Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , she is well into pre flower now but the stretch has not yet started so I figured it's no or never too defoliate and tigh them down , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

She'll be 7 weeks Friday and today is Wednesday July 15th. Her buds are as round as a baseball! Some are 6 inches long and she is full of resin and sticky as hell!

Well I’ve flipped the light schedule. We’re on 12/12. It’s only been 4 days and they’re definitely getting their stretch on! Let’s see what happens over the next week or so…

4/9/25 Welcome to another week. Week 5 since the flip of 12/12 just ended. So today is day 36 since 12/12. The begining of week 6. About halfway done with flowering. Time to start packing on weight. also its important to note that it took a week or so after 12/12 to have pistils show up. So its closer to 28 -30 days of Flowering. I have a foxtailing pheno thats mostly green with thin buds. I have a super chonker green pheno with ridiculously chunked up golfball sized nugs everywhere.(R3) I have a sativa style but thicker buds with nice long connected colas (R2) another smaller pheno with traits of some of the others and also green. and then a singlular pheno that looks gelato dominant and its purple pretty much everywhere to the point that i didnt notice its coloring until it was next to all of its sisters that are straight green. Very beautiful plants and a nice display of phenotypical expressions Top dressed 2tsp bloom 2tsp microbe charge 1tsp bloom booster A Special thank you to Zamnesia and

Amber is coming in nicely, top to bottom - starting 1 week flush! ~As one only can in *Hydroponics (& coco). It's not "bro science" it's biology 101. It does not boost thc, it does nothing to terpene production. Simply put - we are ensuring/pushing a fall fade, that in soil you may or may not get naturally as nutrients are always present, (I'm not seeing growers emulate late fall weather outside of ice bathes-about all there is for soil). Color change! With that you geeeeeet *the breakdown of chlorophyll, and a better taste as a result. Lots of purple popped up this week, two gals with foxtailing (one mother / one clone - but no herms thankfully - all nat-ur-al) First thought it would just be the mother / being too close to LEDs, but her clone did the same thing at 10'' Very excited for this harvest! ~~~~~~~~~~ Granddaddy Purple (Feminized Photoperiod) (Sponsored By) ~Zamnesia~ https://www.zamnesia.com/us/11056-zamnesia-seeds-granddaddy-purple.html Hybrid: Grandaddy Purple x Purple Kush (Purple Urkel x Big Bud*) 30% Sativa / 70% Indica Flowering Time: 63-70 Days 22% THC CBD 1% ~~~~~~~~~~ Zamnesia was kind enough to give us a discount code with this grow ~ go get you 20% off at checkout!!! 20% Off Code: ZAMMIGROW2024 https://www.zamnesia.com/us/ ~~~ In-depth information regarding my day-to-day / common practice may be found on the front page of my profile (in the comments). ~~~ Breeders - my services are available! Tropicana Cookies - Starting to see amber/cloudy trichomes. Will probably harvest in the next couple of days. Not a big plant by any means but I’m stoked on it. Covered in trichomes, smells like god and nice, dense buds.

This week the plants have started to get hungry. The 3 gal pots feel solid with roots and the growth has slowed down, so I’ve made the decision to repot into 7 gal. It’s a little late for it but i still think they’ll benefit from the fresh soil and more root space. Currently feeds are Feed 1 .. grow,bloom,topmax,cal-mag Feed 2 .. bio heaven, acti-Vera Feed 3 .. Alg a mic I also added a watering of fish mix to the master kush and alienz to give them some extra N.

They look good so far. I mixed a teaspoon of mega crop into the bottom half of soil prior to planting these babies hope things work out.

Cereal milk has some really nice small leaves I like when plants have small leaves I feel it’s easier todo a sea of green. Most plants I see now days have medium size leaves but some have huge and some have small. Plants smell is pretty strong. This plant reminds me of the best black valentine plant i grew awhile back. All of the plants have really taken off. Usually I have a couple plants that are much smaller but all of these plants are getting huge. Seeing I got a new eluefah uap1500 the other day and I have my 2 fastbuds plants under that now I have my spider farmer light free. So I popped up another 2x2 and moved 3 of the 10 plants into the 2x2 and left the 7 other in the 2x4.

Cheese..

Well, I've confirmed through sources that we officially entered the flowering stage as of last week. Time for some adjustments. Just prior to confirming flowering, I did one last trim, removing the larger fan leaves at the top to allow more light to the bottom. Good thing I did this now, as any later I've been told will shock them too much. With confirmed flowering, I switched over from both blue and red lights to just red. I also lowered the lights closer to about 9 inches after being assured that they won't burn the leaves any. With the transition, I gave the plants one last watering with the N-P-P mixture.

Start of week four and things are looking great! Girls recovered from day 21 defoliation. I’m pretty sure I did mess up and didn’t leave enough nodes, but only time will tell! Buds look delicious but not much of a smell yet
