Had to ad in some more support. The girls are getting heavy. One of the buds took some heat damage 💔 😢 but all is good. Only got 3 feedings in with the overdrive and ran out. Funds are low so that's it. See how she grows lol.

I started germination of 4 Gelat.Og beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! Some background information on my experience with Gelat.Og. I've grown this one out several times and I'm just absolutely in love with these genetics. One of the best terp pallets I've came across. Extremely creamy and rich aroma with a kush kick... majestic! She packs amazing bud structure and is a real branchy hauler. She packs a pretty large stretch, about 200% on average. Plus she has a bit longer of a flower time for a indica dominant... in my experience about 11 weeks. She gets a strong demand for more phosphorus mid flower. A good spike with the pk booster and shes happy as Larry! Another Seedsman masterpiece right her! Amped to dive In to this grow.

🌱: started this week with intensive LST and little Defoliation, Day 46 Lollipopping 💧 : 8l, 10l SIP 💡 : Dli: 45 mol/m²/d, 🤔: The plant has a rectangular area in the middle where it is not growing as quickly. The difference is almost 10cm. I suspect the lamp. Could it be that the centrally installed UV LEDs are triggering it? I noticed this in previous grows. There is actually less light outside, which can lead to slower growth or even stretching, right? I taped up the LEDs.

We are about on earth since a month our photoperiod plants are multiplying their florets and then going into flowering. The Black Runtz is a short lady like her normal colored little sister, with a low internodal distance. This characteristic greatly influences the application of growing techniques. In this case it is a plant that responds to topping a little slower than the others and it is best to wait for the branches to grow to avoid damaging the little ones. However, we are at 4 florets and between tomorrow and the day after tomorrow we will cut 8. My plan for photoperiod plants is to get to 16, wait a few days and go into flowering. 16 florets as I see it is the perfect size for the 11 liter pot. Topping is an extremely delicate moment as regards cutting the tops to split them, we always pay attention not to damage the new branches growing. Topping is also a delicate moment as regards fertilization because the plant slows down and absolutely does not need all that nitrogen that it would normally need and that the producers recommend in their sheets. So you should arrive with the plant green and perfectly in shape at this moment and dose the fertilizer very well for growth. Mine came from a slightly deficient veg because I kept it low fearing this over effect during the topping that I know well and now I am a bit over. Dec 28 - Both plants are close to harvest. Had 5.5. hours of darkness after 24 hr period to prevent budrot developing. Also moved plants inside tent moreso, and closer to fans. Dec 28 - Watered healthy plant today at 2PM - I'll chop unhealthy plant tomorrow, so didn't water, instead inspected trichomes. Dec 28 - Unhealthy Plant is showing amber trichomes, but also clear - Unsure if I should chop tomorrow or not. Dec 29 - DAY 73 - CHOPPED - Trimmed larger fan leaves (accidentally trimmed a sugar leaf or two) and harvested to dry whole, upside down. I'm hoping for a half ounce per plant. Dec 19 - 11.50PM Trichome Calyx' were observed, there are new calyx' appearing. Calyx' are swelling. Dec 30 - Plant developing more senescence and calyx are swelling. Dec 30 - Trichomes are still clear, but I'm seeing some PM develop so I think I'll chop tomorrow morning. Dec 31 - Nice Senescence occurring, Happy to have left it this last day. Accidentally left temps up to 78F for a half hour. Dec 31 - Decided to push another week as per feedback from GD member. When watering I noticed she was perky after 3 days w. no water. Interesting and likely the frequency I'll continue watering at. Dec 31 - Watered at 9PM. Jan 1 - Removed small fan leaf with signs of PM at the base. This defoliation should help with airflow. Checked newly formed calyx' and they're clear enough not to document. Jan 2 - Buds are developing nicely, calyxes are noticably swelling nicely too. I see some green pistils appearing in the lowest buds. Clear Trichomes. Jan 3 - Watered at 8AM. Woke up to 90F temp. Unfortunately they'd been cooking for about an hour. Jan 3 - DRYING UPDATE - I'm seeing fluctuations in the drying room between RH 49% and 70%. As of 3.10PM @ 61RH after adding jars of water. I want to maintain this RH. Jan 3 - Senesence looking good, calyx' are continuing to swell. Will inspect trichomes tomorrow at latest.

I figured out my tent cam and was able to pull Timelapse vids going back a full year! I edited out the night time and tried to squeeze these long grows into 2min. I def need to water more often. I think I’d have had fewer crispy leaves. Otherwise, she’s a tasty plant and a super stony smoke!!

Last week .. trichomes are nice cloudy with a little bit od Amber around 5-10%. Its time for harvest 😀

This week I had a few days of rain, which caused a slight increase in humidity and temperature. Despite that, everything is going perfectly and the plant continues to develop without any issues 🌸💪

Did a reservoir change. Found a bunch of seeds at the top buds, did not find any nanners or balls, most likely somewhere hidden in the bud or non at all and still seeds. The other plant in the same tent does not have a single seed on it. Values are average of the day. La numero 2 ha staccato le altre di 5 cm, ora è lei la più alta con i suoi 155 cm. La numero 3 invece ha i buds già bellissimi. Nel complesso crescono bene e forti con una distanza intermodale marcata che le fanno respirare bene. Ora le fragoline misurano circa 1 cm di diametro e quelle della numero 3 misurano circa 1.5 cm💪 L odore inizia a marcare i suoi aromi, pungenti note di mapo (Citrus × tangelo) si mischiano a leggeri sentori di gasolio.😋 Ho defogliato loro nel giorno 67 e ho allargato tutti le apicale dalla pianta 1 con Lst, i nuts rimangono invariati.👍 Eh niente! This week I took a few clones while I still could, didn’t want them too far into flowering. Normal week of (vigorous) growing in our Scrog canopy. Very surprised how quick she grew her leaves back after the defoliate. The clone rooted quite quickly and has shown amazing vigor. It was reintroduced and will begin flowering immediately. It will still get 10 days of Veg while the plant figures out that it’s Fall time in here. (before it truly starts flowering)
