Harvest for Peyote Vally #2 Flushed and coming down Saterda Well she is down for harvest!!

Most of the week was spent setting up the hydro grow. Needed to build a DIY chiller since air temp in our grow room is hot, and water needs to be a good deal colder. Fridge from kijiji, garden hose, fittings, and submersible pump all in were under $100 but knowing what I know now I'd likely go with a thermoelectric chiller (DIY, with power supply and temp controller) next time around. Looking forward to tracking metrics and seeing how it goes :). Seems there's a lot of contradiction in terms of level of nutrients recommended, max water temperature, using H2O2 to boost water temp that can keep algae and rot at bay, etc. Got my hands on some Hydroguard via Amazon... despite local shops saying you can't get it in Canada... so I'm going to go with that instead of H2O2 to start, despite water temp getting up above 21 C (70 f) during the day. Fingers crossed. Update - keeping water reservoir tank under 20 C now by using reflective bubble wrap insulation on the reservoir itself and pipe insulation as well. It's a 10 C difference from the room temp, so I'm SUPER pleased with that.

Week 3 - Day 15 - She's still looking good, and starting to take off! PHing a little every day and watching her water carefully for signs of algae/cyanobacteria. Things are still looking good, so I think I may have this DWC thing under *some* sort control.

hello everyone, I thought the plants were already big enough and switched them to flowering. A shivaki (Three A Light) type of training was conducted for 27 days and after a day the plants recovered from stress and since this quarrel is going well, I thought that it was impossible to wait any longer. I expect to harvest in 70 days

Week 10...The plants are looking good! Took out the microscope to look at the trichomes...Starting to get milky but still another week or two before the harvest! Started flushing the plant this week!

Day 57 about to do my first schwazz Day 60 did a heavy defoliation. Not quite a schwazz. Almost Filled a 2 gallon bucket up with clippings a lot more light and air penetration is available. I think she’ll bounce back nicely Day 64. As the week comes to an end. I am very pleased with the progress. Canopy is nice and even. You can’t tell which one is the main cola. And for a little 300 watt light even the lower flowers are getting pretty dense. Still a long way to go. I would imagine this one will take over 90 days before see Amber. But we shall see

As she continues to stretch into the holidays and new year I am looking forward to growing this monster outdoor in 2025 probably in a 10 gallon pot.

Welcome! 5th week of flower and the ladies doing absolutely fine. Very rich odor when u open the tent. Pretty curious how every plant will turn out in the end. There is nothing much I could report, no pests, no diseases. So, I am pretty confident that this run will finish perfectly. If you want to have a look in those genetics, hit me up. 8/17 Watered everything but the 50. Found two leaves with sep markings on the pink kish in the 50. Definitely not using old soil again. I'm pretty sure THIS plant contracted it from the soil and not the way the others did with the lawn mower and birdseed hijinx. It's supposed to rain for the first time basically all summer. It's am 80% chance so I HELD OFF ON PLANT DOCTOR AND DID NOT APPLY as I'm supposed to have a clear day after. I'll apply the plant doctor in the morning. I'm hoping this rain will knock down a bunch of those thrips. They seem to be on a small branch on a plant or two. One or two leaves show damage and I'll pick them off. I figure I'll get them after I apply plant doctor. I'll use either citric acid or just my regular bt-k pillar treatment with Castille or liquid soap. That will kill them as well. I'm on really worried about it. I also might just buy a bunch of lady bugs and unleash them once things get further along.

Was a bit dissaointed, turned out my PH pen was faulty..... Made errors. Nearly lost crops. Got a new PH pen and EC pen. Back on track. Excited about my greenhouse starting September. My second grow room, and the seedling stations. 👌👌

Fifth week of flower and it was time to defoliate the indoor units as they were starting to get bushy and block exposure to the lower bud sites. Quick work with the bonsai shears and they were ready to soak in the sun. I left the rooftop plants alone as I believe having additional leaf mass enables them to withstand temp and environmental fluctuations better. Whether or not this is the case, it was an experiment.

The plants really took off this last week, but we started to notice some other issues. The plants looked a little dark in color after the watering/CalMag, and some of the new growth looks a little droopy. Hoping they bounce back in the next couple days and the CalMag fixes any issues.

So far, everything is going according to plan. The girl became more hungry, it turned out to be necessary to supplement with mineral (already on the way).
