These girls got lollipopped and a defoliation this week. I think having some more air flow at the pots level they'll get the dryback I'm shooting for. Now they'll also be able to focus all there energy on the top colas. All in all Happy Growing.

🍏🍌 Apples and Bananas – Harvest Update Two beautiful, healthy plants with very dense, chunky buds. I did run into some bud rot, but humidity wasn’t extremely high — it stayed around 60%. Most likely the issue came from insufficient air exchange, combined with how tight and compact the buds were. This has already been fixed with a ventilation upgrade, so the next run will have proper airflow. 🔥 Effects A very pleasant smoke overall. For me, this is a perfect afternoon/early evening strain. You come back from work, take a shower, relax on the couch, roll an Apples and Bananas… and everything just flows. It can easily pull you into a long gaming session — it takes you along for the ride. 😋 Flavour & Aroma I didn’t get a strong aroma from these phenos. Flavor-wise, one pheno gives some sweet touches, while the other has a slightly green/unripe note. Still, I can definitely imagine what this strain can become if you hit the right phenotype — there’s something promising underneath. Erste Harzansätze waren sichtbar, besonders an den Zuckerblättern. Der Geruch entwickelte sich bereits leicht – erste Anklänge von Zitrus und Cheese. Die Pflanze wirkte stabil und vital. Ende der 4. Woche das letzte Große entlauben. Mein Weihnachtsgeschenk, der spiderfarmer bodensensor, ist auch direkt zum Einsatz gekommen.

Last week I tried to fix the calmag issue, since it was my first time using calmag from biobizz, I didn't know how to apply it and got the nutrient deficiency. This week was time for the base plan from advanced nutrients, and I could saw a sign of nutrients oversode, hence I used 1.5ml/L of each base plan (micro, grow, and bloom), and I set 200 µS/cm as base for the solution. Then I used some befetial bacteria as usual from the "Colectivo cientifico" (scientific hub) from Chile. I gently watered my girl and applied some leafcoat to prevent plagues. Next week I want to apply other natural anti-plagues, since I had plagues in my prior grow. I also decided to apply LST, the plant has more branches and it's ready for it. I really like how LST improves the yields and helps the plant develop several "colas". I final note is that the plant now has a strong smell compared to, lets say, my prior grow (think different from dutch passion). Please let me know any thoughts about my girl, the nutrients or the LST technique.

Start of week 3 of flowering. Bud site development over the last week was impressive! This girl is starting to smell and is already sticky to the touch. Hopefully this girl will stretch a bit more this week.

Started Training Late! Was on summer holiday for a week and only started training now. Above are the plants during training as well as a few hours after training. Autos are definitely more delicate and the two runts are growing slow but yet still showing some progress. Changed my bulbs back to the CMH set to 400w each (2) Also gave them a good amount of water as the FloraCaps aren’t covering the whole pot I felt like it was necessary to wet the entire grow medium well for a change. Some of them were a bit far along for training but I did the best I could. Also the Purple Lemonade and 2 other plants are showing signs of flowering.

Diese Woche wurden die Pflanzen umgetopft, leider ist eine der 2x Purple Punch kaputt gegangen aufgrund der Genetik, und ganz plötzlich ist auch eine der 3x Runtz umgeknickt, wahrscheinlich durch die zu großen Temperaturschwankungen von Tag/Nacht. Die Banana zweigt leichte weisse Färbung auf den Blättern und die unterren ersten zwei Richtigen Blätter sind leicht verfärbt ( gelblich) . Ausserdem wurde heute zum ersten mal gedüngt mit Rootjuice und Bio Grow.

A more difficult week. I've been battling the water consumption on two of the girls. I ordered and hooked up the Blumats auto watering system. I followed the instructions to a T but they don't work on those settings for this type of plant. They must be recommending for succulents cause the girls dried out right away with the settings. So I've been slowing dialing it in the get the proper amount to release. This girl is doing fine with the water. Prolly because she was stunted and doesn't need as much. Otra semana más de floración y las plantas presentan un evidente engorde en ellas, por el momento el clima está bastante frío y hay bastante humedad como para una fase de floración pero fuera de eso las plantas lo han sabido llevar de buena forma, ya culminamos con las fertilizaciones y solo estamos aplicando agua de bidón. Próximo semana vendré con otro informe de cómo va el cultivo, espero cosechar en unas 2 semana aproximadamente🧑‍🔬

On Day 127 i harvested a few buds from the right plant because she had perfekt condicioned trichomes and a lot from the left because i dont want to risk more mold.
