This was a week. The drama at the beginning was one of the fans falling down onto my gorilla cookies. It snapped a branch off really bad but the girl hung onto it by threads. I duct taped her up and somehow took. 😎😢 I defoliated and did a little lst on a couple of the girls. Nothing major. Also increased the light to 80% now. I think I'll stay there until late flower when I switch to 12/12. I also added blocks to a couple of the girls to make the canopy level. That put the light at 15" as recommended by Medic Grow. This Gorilla Cookie is a beast. Even took a beating from a falling fan but kept going. She'll do the best out of the group I bet. A whole square meter plant. It even fills the corners. I move the light over the canopy every few hours now... Defoliated the bottoms. Wondering if I should take the rest of the long stem leaves off but worried about shocking it. Will continue tucking if possible and removing as a last resort. Found out I been slowing it down, should have been runing it 2 holes up the big netpot that it was transplanted to. I was running it just below it, the whole time. Roots are starting to shape like the bucket and it is impossible to get out of the tent now. Up to 1.5 gallons a day since raising the water level. I only have 1 small fan and it stopped oscillating so I set it on the floor blowing upwards, now all the leaves dance around a little bit instead of a few being blown sideways.

So this week has really absolutely crawled by from my perspective, I imagine it is common with growing that the closer you get to harvest the further away it seems. Anyway I am a bit worried about the middle sized plant - she has a lot more yellowing of fan leaves from the inside out. My reaction to this was to flush her with clean water, my thinking is that everything was fine before I started feeding, and perhaps I didn't mix properly and the soluble stuff was unevenly distributed. That was yesterday (week 6 day 4) It's too soon to tell if this has helped, fingers crossed it doesn't begin to affect other leaves. Despite this being only 5 days into week 6, there have already been fairly drastic changes. Some of the buds are starting to fatten more, and I'd say we're at about 15% pistils amber now, the smell has noticeably increased day by day. It's really beautiful to look the plants in the dark with a flashlight or phone light, the way the light bounces off the frosting of trichomes, as if someone had sneaked in the middle of the night and misted my plants with a million tiny diamonds. I think I will stop feeding the middle plant now and water only (unless it gets worse). The other two I will continue to feed until the end of this week. At the rate of accelerated change I suspect harvest time may not be too long past the end of next week. It's a shame they don't have much more time to grow but at least what small quantity does come from them, I am determined it is harvested at the right time. At the end of week six I have watered only as I now think these plants are maybe 7-12 days away from harvest.

Пришлось повозится с капельным поливом,из-за того,что не менял предфильтр - забились капельницы,пришлось исправлять в неудобном положении тела,но всё сделал,полив снова в рабочем состоянии. Всё так-же подвязываю проволокой шишки,начинают падать под своим весом,по листу свитч раз в 10 дней,патока+триходерма+аминокислоты раз в неделю под корень. К слову,указал удобрения канна,на самом деле это мои удобрения из обычных солей,как кальциевая селитра,магниевая селитра и тд. замес делаю сам себе,нужно будет,покажу фото пофасованных сухих удобрений + ко всему магнитная мешалка,которой замешиваю.

Start of week 5 gonna hit these girls with some water ph’d a little bit higher see if that helps with the white tips but seems to be doing better Update 3/13: fed them with 1/3 of a gallon each plant with feed ph’d at 7.5 blue lab pen said my soil ph was at 5.7 causing the white tips let’s see how these girls do within the next 3 days 3/17 update soil PH has been brought up to 6.5.. all good and doing wat better end of week 5

Girls started to flower about a week ago and so far looks good and healthy to me. I have only 20cm space left above the light so I truly hope the stretch phase is getting to the end :) I feel like every grow I have done so far I thought I switched too early and in the end I worry about the space so my next grow will be experiment 12/12 from seed. I have seen very interesting diaries utilising this method so I can't wait to test it. Not much else to mention, standard 2.5 EC (my starting tap water is 0.4 probably due to chlorine?) ph 6.0 humidity is around 55% and 60% during the night, I will definitely get dehumidifier foe the last month, because mould has been my biggest enemy during my previous grows. temp is getting close to 29 celsius during the day. I just ordered some additional clip fans so it hope fully helps to reduce any possible heat stress. I defoliated quite heavily about a week ago and when I finished and put them back, I was a bit worried if I didn't go too hard on them, however just two days ago it was back to normal. Did little bit of defoliation once again today, got rid of some bottom branches and older fan leaves getting no light at the bottom. Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Seems that not much happened during the last week. Only the comeback of the damn fungus gnats..H2O2 treatment....again. Switched to Athena Fade for the last two week phase. Let's see if the buds swell a bit more. I'm not expecting much in terms of quantity from this grow, unfortunately. But I'm expecting quality. The smell in the tent (especially from Sour Fraise) is simply divine. And there's way much more frost then last time. I'm really excited how the Sour Fraise will taste after drying and curing. 03/22/2026 The leaves are getting darker and the smell is becoming more intense. Unfortunately, they're all just small nuggets. I'll give the plants about 10 more days before harvesting.

Ended up with about 3 ounces from this girl even with the 12 an 12 light cycle she still came put great

This week on the chem dog hs amazing putting on so much weight! The buds have swelled like no bussiness this week! Only been doing straight water for little over a week trying to let her know its time to finish up. Put on alot of color looks like the nodes are just so swollen that they gana pop. Of a tric shot on friday shows they are about 10 % amber on very top buds lower buds r further along. Smell is so strong like a desil lemon possibly. Still dont know where to take the smell will prolly after dry ir cure!!! Sooo

Another week passes and it's official.I will never ever know what strain this is smh .. i feel like she has a few weeks at minimum left so I gave her some green sensation in hopes of helping her bulk up .. hope everyone is doing well.God bless and happy growing ✌️
