She is coming along nicely. She had good growth this week. The root has made its way into the reservoir now. So she will begin to start drinking more water/nutes real soon. I did turn off my flower light setting and now it is only running the veg lighting. So you can tell in the pics that’s it’s very blue compared to last week and the purple/pink colour. I noticed when I made that change the leaves doubled in size in just a day. I probably should have made that change a while ago.

This week saw the most explosive growth I have ever seen growing cannabis. I’m astonished at how fast and robust these ladies are. My BPP it seems like I have to LST new shoots daily and if I don’t defoliate it would be a blanket and there are to many bud sites to let go to waste.

20/03: most of the plants are very near the end - there has been an issue with two kush - severe nute burn - I have hung them up to dry before the burn killed off any of the buds - will cut later this week and add the weight to the overall harvest. 1 more week nutes - 1 week flush and 1 week to dry. The white widow colas are blooming so that the stalks are unable to hold them up - added cable ties to keep everything in place

Here I am, back from Mary Jane Berlin, finding my plants in a completely different stage. Day 16 of 12/12 and now I'm ending with 4 female plants from initial 9 plants. In this week plants are finnishing the early flower stage, and next week they enter the late flowering phase, which lasts 3 weeks, before ending up in maturation phase for the last third of the flowering. I do expect this cultivar to finnish in between weeks 9 & 10. Enough balls already, right? 🤞😅

So I really wish I could say this last week has been all sunshine and rainbows, but it has not. First well start with the good. Plant FINALLY stopped growing right at the best spot possible. Light is basically maxed out as far as it can go up. I could still do still do few things to maybe get a extra 1-2" but I'll wait and see if I'll need to. As you can see from the photos there is a massive amount of stacking going on with the buds. Words can't describe the excitement I have to see how big they all get and the yeild of the plant as long as I don't have anymore hiccups. Now the bad... didn't have any run off for a few days so I gave it a solid watering and got lots of run off. Run off that had a ppm of 2500..... almost 1300 ppm above what I put into it.... well fuck. So I gave it a flush tell I I it down to 1700 because I didn't want to keep putting water into it. Next day it had bounced back up to 1900 so did a small flush again and got it down to 1400 ppm. Then yesterday it had jumped back up to 1700 so I decided to change how I water it. Instead of giving it a massive feeding ones a day and having the coco dry out probably more then I should, I'm going to split the quantity in half and start giving it 2 feedings a day. 1 when lights turn on and another a hour before lights turn off. Hopefully I'll still get run off both times so that I can test it. Hopefully I'll get this corrected before next week. Well that's all everyone Happy growing!!!

There are some things that remain memorable in my journey as a grower, and one of them is my encounter with Nectar Drip. I begged my friends at Zamnesia on my knees, but they're adamant about this: once a Limited Edition is gone, it's gone forever. Think carefully before letting it slip away. Add to this the fact that I've been a hop-hop guy for about 30 years and have also followed the entire Meth journey, and it's incredible to grow a strain named after the albums that drove me crazy when I was 20. It's pure fire for my graying ass. And the best part is that it's not just conceptual fire, but the strain is a marvel like very few on the market, producing wonderful flowers in every way: hardness, density, and weight are unbeatable. The resin production is top-notch, and, as only American plants can do, the yield is consistently good and lends itself perfectly to mainlining, topping, mainfolding, and cloning. Maturity - The pistils have been looking super mature for quite some time, especially the upper ones, which are very red, and we're still over 90%. It's a 50-50 Indica/Sativa mix. Sorry, I may have written it wrong in previous diaries, so it'll be all day. I'll let you know how it goes. For now, it's curing. The plant was cloned and left in the vegetative stage for a short time, trained with a Main, but without bending it; I find it practical. We chose 100% organic soil, 1000% Plagron, as always. Anfang der Woche hab ich gleich mal das netzt drauf geschmissen und über die Woche angefangen ein zu weben dabei ist mir am 14.02 leider einer der spitzen der Seiten äste abgerissen naja halb so wild wächst ja weiter..... Hab mich am 14.02 auch dazu entschieden ein wenig zu entblättern unterm netzt für etwas mehr Licht habe allen 4 Ladys exakt 6 Fächer Blätter entfernt also insgesamt sind 24 Blätter raus geflogen aus dem Zelt (ich Weiss, ich muss nicht mit zählen) habe die größten Blätter mal fotografiert und auch mit hoch geladen aus Langeweile. REVIEW - Runtz (fem., photo.) from Zamnesia: ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬜⬜ The seeds from Zamnesia germinated rapidly, rooted strongly, went wild in veg, and produced an ample amount of high-quality medicinal flower. The diary speaks for itself on that front so this space will be more of a phenotype review. The plants were labelled A, B, and C from left to right respectively in photos. A and B were the 'clasicaly-appearing' sativa-esque leaves while C was the more 'indica-appearing' phenotype. Although A and B appear the same qualitatively, they did produce substantially different amounts of flower (despite their DLI being near max out for the entire tent footprint without supplementing CO2, so I do not think just being in the middle attributed to this). Past their different yields, A and B also have vastly different profiles. A is a classic gelato/ice cream cooler/Z terps, and my personal favorite of the plants (wish I had taken a clone of this one instead). B is the most on point for what I think of with Runtz, classic Z terps but with a slight tropical/rotten/sweetness to it. C had the misfortune of being ready to chop a little earlier than the other girls so her profile is mostly just spicey kush now. I did observe intersex flower sites but given the entire context of the diary and how the plants performed, I have to assume it was user error. No pollination observed in any of the flowers, as zero additional intersex sites occurred. The distinction between A, B and C is what I would expect from a typical F1 cannabis seed. I do not enjoy growing from seed much but these girls were manageable. Add to that the relative stability of the genetics for a Runtz recreation, and well, these are good quality beans for a great price. Not only is Zamnesia responsive and available, their confidence speaks volumes. How many vendors would have an in-house Runtz, knowing how much of a genetic-gravity-well it is in, and be confident enough to let ~200 randos grow it and show it? REVIEW - Green Sensation from Plagron: ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬜⬜ I enjoyed using the green sensation, the NPK values on it make it versatile in application and a power-house in flower. I can't say I noticed anything better or dramatically improved, although comparing to Heavy 16 and asking for a marked improvement is big ask in my opinion. What I was able to do was seamlessly integrate the Green Sensation into my current routine. The additive stayed homogenous, was easily introduced into solutions with no adverse impact to the water contents or pH. Most importantly, the plants enjoyed the additive and it did accomplish the main goal of being able to wane off your primary line. In this respect, by using Green Sensation I was able to save resources by lowering my Heavy 16 inputs across the board approximately 50% and supplementing with Plagron's Green Sensation.

A-Day 95, B&C-Day 91🌱😎💨 A-was watching her closely this week. All tricomes were cloudy, with about 10% amber by Saturday. She is getting the chop! B-she has stacked some weight on this week! Her ring of buds around the pot have thickened up quite a bit. Her tricomes are mostly cloudy, some amber. She has some nice purples, and the leaves have just started to fade like A did. Clear signs she is nearing her short auto lifespan🤗 C-there are still some clear tricomes, maybe 10-15%, but most are cloudy, and about 5% are amber coloured, or on their way. I have been drastically reducing the nutrients, not entirely but close. Bringing it down to just PH’d water. I will be harvesting A, and then giving B and C a little more time. I have been setting up my new tent this past week, made some orders on Valentine’s Day with Spider Farmer! Got a great deal on an upgraded version of the SF4000, and 6”in-line/digital humidity and temperature controlled fan. Fan is here but light is still on the way 😢
