Everything looks really great. Flower has reallt taken hold here at the end of week 5. Ive started my flower hardener (mendocino avalanche) and they really have perked up. Im getting much slower dry out than i woukd like, next time more perlite in my bottom layer for sure. These larger pots (7.5 gallon) really take some dialing in but the plants love them for sure. I habe 6 inches of roots coming out of the bottom of all of them. Ill try to get a picture.

been quite busy, due to my birthday and a new semester, which resulted in my Orange Apricot grew too close to the light and i mistakingly turned ny lights to 100% for a few days which ended up in light burn, so i had to re-adjust my setup and raised the lights.. also threw some netting on the orange apricot glue and some lst clips in an effort to hold them down abit.. still havent got the time to remove the burned leafs, but everything else looks perfect. ive also raised the Sweet cheese closer to the light.

Week 2 - Cash Express (Pheno B) 💸🌱 Hello everyone, and welcome back to another update from the 8×8 Adventure! For those joining us for the first time, this project follows multiple Zamnesia cultivars and phenotypes grown side-by-side under a 12/12-from-seed schedule. Every phenotype receives its own dedicated diary so we can document individual development, compare expressions, and follow each plant’s unique journey from seed to harvest. Rather than combining multiple plants into a single report, Pheno A and Pheno B are documented separately. Even when two plants come from the same pack, they often express themselves differently, and that’s exactly what makes these side-by-side comparisons so interesting. This run remains under a 12/12 light schedule from the very first day of life. The goal is not to maximize vegetative size but to explore genetic diversity, plant structure, vigor, and flowering characteristics while maintaining a manageable and educational garden. Week 2 Overview The second week has been another excellent one across the entire room. Growth rates have accelerated noticeably compared to Week 1, root systems continue expanding below the surface, and plants are beginning the transition from seedlings into young vegetative plants. Lighting intensity has now been increased to approximately 370 µmol/m²/s throughout the room, giving the plants additional energy while remaining well within a comfortable range for this stage of development. Environmental conditions remained stable throughout the week: • Light Schedule: 12/12 • Day Temperature: 27°C • Night Temperature: 25°C • Relative Humidity: 55% • Solution Temperature: 20.1°C • Substrate Temperature: 21°C • CO₂: Ambient (~600 ppm) Watering remained intentionally controlled. Each plant received approximately 250 ml on Day 8 and another 250 ml on Day 11. Nutrient levels were gradually increased throughout the week as the entire room continued responding positively to feeding. Week-ending values: • EC: 0.9 mS/cm • pH: 6.0 Current feeding schedule: • Terra Grow – 1.8 ml/L • Pure Zym – 1 ml/L • Power Roots – 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L The response has been excellent throughout the garden, with healthy color, vigorous growth, and no signs of nutrient stress. Cash Express Pheno B Living next to a sibling that seems determined to become the biggest plant in the room is not always an easy job. Cash Express Pheno A may currently be winning the size competition, but Pheno B is quietly building an impressive case of her own. While slightly smaller than her sister at this stage, she remains healthy, vigorous, symmetrical, and extremely attractive overall. One thing that stands out immediately is the consistency of her development. The plant continues producing healthy leaves with excellent coloration and balanced structure throughout the canopy. Growth remains steady, internodal spacing looks clean, and every new set of leaves arrives looking stronger than the last. She may not be racing ahead like her sibling, but she is progressing with confidence and stability. And sometimes those are exactly the traits growers appreciate most later in a run. Development Notes Week 2 brought significant progress for this phenotype. Five-finger leaves are now becoming established, new growth is arriving rapidly, and the plant is building a strong framework for the weeks ahead. The canopy remains balanced and symmetrical while maintaining a healthy green color across all visible growth. What I particularly enjoy about this phenotype is that she feels very comfortable in her own lane. She is not trying to compete. She is not trying to be the largest. She is simply growing exactly as she wants to grow. And she is doing a beautiful job of it. While her sister attracts attention through sheer vigor and size, Pheno B stands out through balance, consistency, and elegant development. A Little Macro Photography Fun One of the highlights of this week’s update came during a macro photography session. Tiny water droplets resting on the leaves created beautiful reflections of the LED lighting above, producing some fascinating close-up images. These little moments are easy to miss during daily garden work, but slowing down and looking closely often reveals an entirely different world hidden within the canopy. The reflected light patterns inside the droplets created some surprisingly artistic images and offered a fun reminder that there is beauty to be found at every scale inside a grow room. Not every photograph needs to be about measuring growth. Sometimes it’s simply about appreciating the details. Mr. Baggy Report Mr. Baggy continues his important role as Chief Observation Officer of the 8×8 Adventure. Current duties include: • Supervising daily garden activities • Inspecting plant development • Monitoring environmental conditions • Participating in weekly photography sessions • Providing emotional support to nervous growers His performance review remains pending. Looking Ahead If development continues at its current pace, next week should bring: • Continued canopy expansion • Larger five-finger leaves • Additional node development • Stronger stem growth • Increasing phenotype expression • Further separation between sibling growth patterns It will be particularly interesting to see whether Pheno B maintains her more compact and balanced structure as the project moves forward. Final Thoughts Week 2 leaves me very happy with Cash Express Pheno B. Healthy growth. Excellent color. Strong development. Balanced structure. While she may currently be slightly smaller than her sister, she continues demonstrating exactly the qualities growers love to see at this stage of life. Strong roots. Healthy leaves. Steady progress. And absolutely no signs of slowing down. Every phenotype tells its own story, and Cash Express Pheno B is already writing a very enjoyable chapter. A huge thank you to everyone following along, commenting, sharing advice, and supporting the project. Special thanks to Zamnesia, Plagron, Future of Grow, and everyone helping make this adventure possible. Most importantly, thank you to the growing community. Your support, knowledge, encouragement, and passion are what make projects like this so enjoyable to document and share. Thank you for stopping by, and I’ll see you all next week for another update from the 8×8 Adventure. Grower Love DD🌱💚

5/5 MONDAY Took out the AC Infinity lights and just went with the 2 cheap blue and red lights. Samsung 301B.. H?....great lights but so powerful and no blue red combo. I noticed the plant grow towards the red spectrum LED than the whiter ones on the AC system. There are 2 on each bar. I use the AC lights as auxiliary when I get need it for taller plants with lots of vegetation. 2pm looking great. '"Sir, I have seen nae deerskin treaty, nor have I seen fairies or water sprites. But what I do have are Malay coins, enough to bury you. Prayer beads, not enough to get you to heaven. And hashish, enough to ease my grieving when the East India Company slit your throat, which, of course, they will." ― Brace in a conversation with James. 5/5 11pm Monday night, MORNING for me.....WHAT IS THIS????? CONKEY IS ALIVE!!!!!! CONKEY IS ALIVE!!!!!! CONKEY IS ALIVE!!!!!! CONKEY IS ALIVE!!!!!! CONKEY IS ALIVE!!!!!! HOLDY SHILT I CANT BELIVE IT, NOW WHAT THE FUCK DO I DO???? I GOT OUTSMARTED BY A SEED!!!!!! A-FUCKING-GAIN!!!! HOW CAN I NOT BE SMARTER THAN A SEED....??????🚨 5/6 1230am..... ALL OF THIS IS SOMEONE ELSE FAULT....... Now I have a freakshow Siamese twin plant, PERFECT. When Im not flying off in a rage about things I break....it's a fucking comet of disaster.... I typed comedy you stupid ficler.... Maybe I keep them in the same pot and call them Cory & Trevor!!! 2am They are getting a little humid so I have to open the top for a while. The cheaper lights work better. and are less than 15w 5/7👍🚨Looks like Cory & Trevor are fighting 😂😂 5/8 looks good. 8am getting great photos on small iPhone by pulling back a little bit so it doesn’t focus too far behind. 5/10 2am. I was able to empty my disgusting body of toxic shit...these plants are rebuilding by digestive tract and systems. A multi-year painful endeavor I have achieved through weed. so fuck you if you dont like it. I will defend my rights with overwhelming force. if you try and take it. you know exactly what I mean and yes this means you badgey mc fafo. 5/11 12 pm

The trichomes are slowly getting closer to harvest date . The bud sites have filled out beautifully & things are getting very stinky around here😁🤤 I flushed each plant with pure filtered water @ 6.25pH

17/08 - I had a 5 days travel, which worried me a little, mainly because my irrigation system did not arrive in time. But when I came back the plant seemed very healthy. The medium was dehydrated but as you can see even after some defoliation the plant continues to be very bushy. 19/08 - Very wide canopy! I have a 60x60cm tent and half of it it's taken by the Gelat. Og. Had to rearrange the tent. The Gelat. OG is little bit ahead of the other plant. 21/08 - Did defoliation to open more the canopy.
