Right now, there are practically no leaves left on them—just the bare branches and nodes staring back at me. It looks a bit brutal, but it was a necessary step to finally get this thrips situation under control and ensure the light hits exactly where it needs to. They look less like a lush garden right now and more like a bunch of green twigs trying to survive a storm, but we know the rebound is going to be massive. 06/13 - Preparation's for cut down have begun - Currently in hour 26 in the 48 hour blackout cycle before cutting down - Gave them a lite defol trim to remove larger leaves - The plan is to run 60/60 for about 7 to 10 days or when branch's have snap without folding - They will dry in the 2x2 with a Exhale C02 bag a fan and exhaust to control temp and humidity - If everything goes as plans they will be clipped from the stem, trimmed and placed in cure bags in about 10 days. 06/14 - Chopped all 8 today - They are hanging in the 2x2 - Working on getting the temps lower then 75 degrees (F) but I can maintain a steady percentage with humidity of 65-69% consistently without a humidify - This harvest is the a yield harvest - My goal for this harvest was to work on my cloning program, Veg cycle and final product technique (Drying, trimming, curing etc) - I am hoping I can replicate the same results that I did with the mother in harvest and completely negating the hay smell after drying - Thus far all is proceeding accordingly. 😎😎😎😎😎

I will be growing her again, as I feel like I let her down, by letting her PH drift so low.. Other than that, she grew beautifully, and fumes of potency as you gaze at her! She yielded more than I expected! She's not that far below my previously lowest yielding plant! :)

Branch broke off, but I actually decided later to put the rest of the plant back for ripening. When I pull the rest I'll update the diary with a new week. Then when I press rosin I'll see if ripening made the yield better or terps improved, etc. This pheno that I have has this quite offensive terpene profile, I would almost describe it as leathery, like the leather in manly cologne that's usually paired with tobacco. As I write this I just took a dab off my third generation plant that I harvested almost two weeks ago now. This run I focused on feeding to maximize terpenes. I did get fantastic yields of beautiful golden rosin, and possibly a more complex terpene profile. That dab blasted my entire throat and sinus with this sort of green, undeniable weed taste, not exactly skunk but definitely a pungent green. No candy, not getting any purple punch, really no sweetness either that you find with a lot of strains these days. Just pure green dank. It's been maybe 15 mins since I took that dab, I'm lying in bed, my sinuses are COATED I can taste it on my entire palate. Can't wait to run some other genetics like this! 😂 Just not my favorite terpene profile I guess. Damn I can appreciate the difference in my old runs and this run though. I always said I wanted to make rosin that punches you in the face with flavor.

Day 79, 28th of November 2020: Hi there! Here we go let's say half way. Plants are pretty these Original Sensible Seeds genetics are fantastic! The 2 OG and the Runtz Gum is very strechy. Black Ghost is pretty shorter bushier plant. Runtz Gum and Do-Si-Dos OG approx the same height Do-Si-Dos OG is taller a bit. Wedding Gelato is really cool little, bushy anf nice buds forming not problem with her all she is quiet. Do-Si-Dos OG has some deficiency and leaf gets dry but nothing very serious..... Fertilization is still the same every second day with the rationand mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.
