OK, so we started the 6th week and the plant is showing some growing signals. It's impressive how a plant that looks really bad, can actually keep growing and developing itself. This week I've started to see some development on bud zone/spot, and I believe that even making some mistakes ate the beginning, I'll be able to taste some buds from this little girl.

Environment + Pests + Setup This week (at day 31) I decided to end the battle against fungus gnats. Even after almost three weeks of dried-out soil, dozens of adult insects could be seen, which told me that there were pockets of moisture that I coouldn't influence. Accordingly, I went back to the original plan I had outlined earlier: bring the system into balance and use sand and nematodes. Since I should no longer have any problems with low RH, I have also reactivated the exhaust fan, which lead to the values you can see above. Nutrients + Environment From the outset, the plants showed a slight nitrogen deficiency, which was evident in their rather pale, light green color. This is probably due to the fact that the substrate (until now) did not contain enough moisture to allow metabolic and decomposition processes to proceed efficiently. Directly after watering I got reassured that my choice was right and the soil still alive, healthy, and ready to 'get back to work': look at those springtails! Plants On day 30, I topped the plants. Both had already formed three nodes and started to develop healthy side branches at all of these nodes. So, according to my plan, I removed the main shoot, leaving enough space for the stump to encapsulate without damaging the healthy plant. I also removed one shoot from each of the middle nodes, as I don't want branches that already grow towards the center (the branches will grow towards the light anyway, and this way I can ensure that there is enough air circulation and room for expansion). I did the topping after the fourth node, they are healthy, I watered 500ml each with em1, trichoderma and biogrow. 400ppfd

Hey guys/gals welcome to my first grow diary! Well it's week nine and it's still 🔥 in my tent. So I decided to change my light from the philizon 600w to a Viparspectra vs1000 to try to help the flowering and see if it would cool my tent down some. It helped by a degree or two but anything helps! The 🌸 were responding to the Viparspectra very well until I missed a watering day and she got to dry from my blazing tent. So when I came home and checked on my girls I noticed my Northern lights is lime green and the bottom leaves are yellow and falling off. So did some research and it's nitrogen and a lack of other nutrients that cause the loss of color. So gave a heavy feeding. The only problem with that is the top layer of soil absorbed water and then it all ran to the bottom of the pot and into the runoff tray so I let them soak for 10 mins and then drained runoff. So the top and bottom are moist and I can push on the side of pot and u can feel it's dry soil but the pot feels heavy. So I will wait it out and feed again. I have noticed the color coming back to the Northern lights so their is improvement! No issues with pineapple auto! UNTIL..... Don't use neem oil on your plants in flower!!! Before u wonder yes! I sprayed them in dark cycle. They soaked over 11 hrs before lights on. It literally says on the bottle u can use up till harvest day! So I drenched them in neem oil lastnight because I believe the bugs are causing a lot of my deficiency problems. Got up this morning and bugs are still flying all around. The neem oil is a bust! Also checked the plants as soon as lights on this morning to make sure oil was absorbed and noticed all the pistols on both plants are fried. They were white and plump yesterday so that's all I can think it could be. I did read an article that also says that neem oil shouldn't be used in flower because it has chemicals toxic to humans. Here I copied the article: Neem Oil will leave an unpleasant taste/smell on buds when used to treat flowering plants, so don’t let this stuff get near your buds! There’s also some evidence Neem oil may be harmful to humans so use with care! That being said, Neem oil is an all-natural remedy that is very effective against many different types of bugs and mold. You will need a mister (also called a “One-Hand Pressure Sprayer”) to spray all the leaves evenly since neem oil and water can separate easily. *Bugs* so I've said this before but in case your just reading this week of my diary I bought some cheap potting soil from Walmart for this grow. I spray my sapling with a spray bottle for the first 7 days for water and on day 2 spraying the soil I noticed little tiny white bugs crawling all over the soil and from then on it's been a battle that I'm losing. I have now ordered some dematious earth sure I didn't spell that right! Hoping this will help. We shall see. Well till next week! The last 100 meters shallow hahaha. The vegetative growth and bud formation are good I believe we will have at most 15 more days for plants # B1 # B2 # B4 # B5. Plant # B3 has small white pistils and, due to its structure, there is no way for it to be a photoperiod so it will have more days than its sisters. **UPDATE: B3 finally starting flowering with 66 Days ***UPDATE: 68Days flush Plants OK

Beefing up nicely. Really liking the bud structure and smell. Skunky gas.

I veg them for 10 weeks. The two on each end are Blue Dream, the back left is Purple Urkle, the back right is Grandaddy Purple, and the one up from in the middle is Wifi OG.

Topped the last 2 plants at the start of the week. And by the end did a bit lst with string. Topped dressed all with 3 tsp of gaia green 4-4-4. Not too many photos from this week for the most part just a recovery week. This veg stage has been a 10/10 barley had anything come up and they just bounced back from anything i dis too them (low humidity etc)

Soaked 7.27 for 36ishhrs, into paper towel for 12 hrs then into a solo cup with greentree garden supply pro ultra (coco/perlite). First feed was a diluted leftover feed from my other auto youngins. Basically about 1 ml/g of grow, 7ml/g humid acid, 1ml/g more roots, 1ml/g orca, cannazyme, hydroguard and a sprinkle of living organics in the nutes and on the top of the coco. Usually the ppm will be higher than I want it so I just dilute with r/o water until I'm down to 200-250. It makes it so I cant be accurate on ratios so that's why I'm tellin ya, but it's how I always do it no matter what nutes I use. I started this, a pineapple express and mexican airlines cuz I had 2 slow growers from the first crop I germinated so I just ripped em out and started these in the same cups.

She‘s doing okay. Buds are building pretty nicely. Top leaves are yellowing just a bit.

It’s more improved than last time. I hope I can buy fertilizers from major foreign manufacturers next time. There are relatively few resources in countries where cannabis is illegal.
