Day 65, 14th of November 2020: Amazing week.... RQS Wedding Gelato does not strech a lot and pistils coming out nicely.... Original Sensible Seeds has amazing gentics they are so strechy except Black Ghost OG, rest of them crazyyyyyyy..... I also broke two of the sides from Gelato Original Sensible Seeds but fixed with tape and now all good lol 🤣🤣🤣 Pre flowers out and I really hope they stop growing lol. I also noticed that the Original Sensible Seeds strains have nice purple colours of the fan leave's stem. All the same fertilization happens every 2nd day with the mix above and ratio. One more thing: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so they receive 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when they will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week....

Weekly update on these lovely ladies. This week has been fun to watch the flowers form and swell. They definitely are starting to smell, as soon as you open the tent it hits you like a ton of bricks. I'll be doing my final dedoliation this week taking off some of the bigger fan leafs allowing more light to the lower flower sites. All in all Happy Growing

Today is Day 11 in flower since the flipped. They starting to drink more water and I pay attention now to the EC to make sure they have their proper feeding . I got my ppfd set to 60-70% it was sitting at 40 % on the disable.. when I switch to 70% it get hot up in 4 by 4 so I brought it back down to 60 left it there cause room temperature steady at 74-76. I do need to add more fan though. I am working on it plus the reup on nutrition. My grow store finally got Athena I was like oh sh!t lol. Like a candy store to a grown man I’m 28 … growing my addition seeing the plants prosper and end goals beauty . Gotta love it 💯

It’s still been a trial & error process, while “training” I’m constantly afraid of hurting the plant haha. But so far I’m satisfied, if I could get 10 decent grams out of her I’d be happy. Weather has been picking up nicely but still some cold evenings 7-10 d.celcius. Started feeding her some Black Strap Molasses. I forgot to add that I’m really not sure whether she is in flowering or not. & would cutting of like 3 fan leaves be a problem?

Week 6! This is a seed from this mix (https://www.dutch-headshop.eu/auto-rainbow-mix-private-label-5-cannabis-seeds), and I started the others about two and a half weeks before this one. I can see the others started flowering this week, but this one seems content to keep vegging out. The others had smaller pots and shared resources, so this makes sense. It's going to be very hot and bright here this week, which is terrible for me, but lovely for the weedlings. The shape is like a lovely squatty Christmas tree. I'd grow it again so it'd be at this stage for the holidays, but we'll be back to sunup at 10AM and sundown at 4PM by then :/

The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #12 Week #3 of flowering, having some issues with 2 ladies. I haven’t been able to check the room during 4 days, one plant has a Nitrogen excess, and the other one run out of P-K, Mg. Check the video, it’s not often that this situation happens, so let’s learn to diagnose the situation. The plant with banana peels style leaves is a Nitrogen excess, it start with the tips of the leaves pointing down, like claws, then it turns into some old bananas peels looking. The other one, with the crispy looking leaves is a lack of P-K, it starts with some kind of dark brown/purple stripes marks on the leaves with the tips starting to points up + a lack of Mag , the leaf is cupping like a taco shell ! The game now is to loose less yield than possible on those two ladies, but from now it’s already 25% gone .... This is a good example to show that every plants are different, all of them are running on the same diet, all others plants are doing great except those 2. Morality is to check your plants daily, those problems can be fixed before it happens, when you know how to diagnose the primary symptom 😉 Week 3 trimming !!! You must clean your plants legs and cut off all the lil shoots, in the bottom, that haven’t reach the top ! Main goal to keep in mind is to spend all the energy on the top, cleaning the legs will help to avoid wasting energy on the bottom of your plants Once again, Mars-Hydro has definitely improved their performance, the shoots structure of the plants under the SP-250 is amazing. The plants have developed so many shoots compared to the plants under the HID’s , it’s really remarkable ! (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

This week was all about letting her recover from the cloning. Sadly most clones I took did not made it. Just 2 survived my inexperience hands. The good news is that miss Daisy it's doing so well I may be able to give it another try before flipping to flower. I have no rush for this harvest so will probably give it a try. After the cloning and some extra pruning she recovered in no time. Day 35 and things are moving along fantastic and all the girls are very happy.I typically wouldn’t run so many different strains in one tent but Fast Buds genetics are very versatile.I can already tell these girls will have strong,amazing buds in the upcoming weeks into Christmas 🎄😊

She’s starting to get plumpy and frosty- toning down the nutes and switching to more micro nutes. Decent structure and smells very fruity- but that can change

Que pasa familia, volvemos de #GMM20 , y la verdad que entre buenos humos fue un día agradable, ya actualizó esta cepa , crazy cookies de zambezaseeds ya están a punto para cortar, una a tirado al final plátanos y la verdad que no estoy tan contento aun viendo el tamaño. Ph controlado hasta el final, la temperatura al final algo alta pero sin problemas, Humedad correcta. Así que hasta aquí es todo , que paseis un buen finde fumetillas.

The week starts Monday Jan-27, being day 27 of flowering. Plants are looking very good and healthy, albeit some bigger buds at this stage is missing. Carried out more minor defoliation, only trimming fan leaves on one side of a bud site in alternate fashion. Strategy is to expose more bud sites to light. Leaves are getting sticky and glistening brightly. The canopy has a few branches stretching out typical of Sativa genetics. Hoping the bud sites grow bigger soon filling up the space. Feeding a high EC nutrient mix whilst monitoring run-off EC which remains below feed EC. Light is maintained at 30cm above the canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering just under 3L per day. Maintaining an average RH in the space at 50%. ---- updates for prior 4 weeks -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Jan-20 still flowering away. Bud sites are beginning to take form and the ScrOG setup looks full, ready for the development of some large buds. Removed a few more leaves from above the canopy which were blocking bud sites below. Also cut small stems (with bud sites) below the canopy from both plants which were unlikely to grow strong. It's now looking clearer below the canopy. The canopy is still thick with beautiful luscious green leaves typical of an Indica. Run-off EC has been slowly rising over the weeks but still under the feed EC - will be keeping my eyes on this. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 2.5L per day. Maintaining an average RH in the space at 50%. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Jan-13 in flowering stage. The plant is growing thick and fast, with very short node intervals creating a thick canopy. Carried out substantial defoliation of almost all the big fan leaves and a few little stems that were not likely to make it above the canopy. Avoided defoliating the major cola branches. This encourages the plant not to waste resources on a node which is only going to produce “popcorn” buds. The plants reacted well to the defoliation and were looking good by the end of the light cycle for the day. The net is completely full and this will be the last week of applying any LST as part of the ScrOG setup. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 2.5L per day. Lowered the average RH in the space to 50%. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Jan-06 in flowering stage. The net is filling up nicely with the ScrOG process being enjoyable - just tucking branches nicely under squares once stretched enough. The Indica dominant strain is really shining with incredible dense growth and thick branches that don't bend as easily as it's Sativa neighbour.
