I’ve been LST into a spiral so I defoliated pretty heavily to get more light to the lower buds. CBD Star is well on its way with many buds developing. I’ve been keeping it outside during the day and bringing it in to my new space bucket at night. I outfitted the bucket with an 8 inch fan, DIY carbon filter and a 250W Amazon Commercial PAR38 LED bulb. The filter is doing a great job removing the smell. Link for the bulb at the bottom. Cheese is stretching like crazy with some pistils forming. First week into flower, and everything looking good :) She has transitioned and begun pre-flowering, just starting to stretch a little and throw pistils. Feeding MegaCrop currently @ 6g a gallon and Bud Explosion @ 0.5g a gallon. Will increase the BE to around 1g a gallon by the end of this coming week. EC is now sitting at 2.1. I've increased the PH of the nutes ready for flowering - increased from 5.8 to 6.2, so it is better conditions for the uptake of the P and K that are now in the mix. Will reduce N levels eventually, once the stretch has finished. The scrog net has filled out well, exposing plenty of bud sites which are now just beginning to become more prominent. I have been slowly increasing the light power since she has been in the tent and we are now fully blazing at max. She is drinking around about 3 liters a day from the res. She is looking very vibrant and healthy, so fingers crossed for a nice smooth grow! :)

7/27/2023- Prep Tent and system are cleaned and ready to go from my last grow. I have submitted my Journa for the Diary of the Month Competition here is to hopeing for good resutls. 7/28/2023- Germination Day 0- Seed initiation Well lets get this new Grow started.. So My Dad Sent me a custom Strain that he wanted me to grow out and Breed for him. The Strain is Called Red Rhino: Red Rhino is an amazing strain coming from Israel and boasts a 60% Sativa and a 40% Indica. This strian comes from crossing double gum and master kush. Effects are an increased appetite, as well as giving you ephoric feelings throughout the whole day. RO Water Used Added Hydrogen Peroxided 8/1/2023- Germination Achieved G-Day 1 Popped her head above the root riot today to say hello.. Woot first challenge when dealing with an unknown seed and a new Strain is getting the seed to pop and the lady to show life. 8/2/2023- Germination Day 2 Took the root riot out today and it was soaked not good plant drowing again. I am still having a hard time finding the right blance for where the water should be to keep the root riot moist and not soaked. I had to drain some of the water out of the root riot plug to help give a little oxygen. I also removed some of the water. 8/3/2023- Germination Day 3 Looking good stretching her leaves out to let in the lights 8/4/2023- Germination Day 4 Looking good a few days until I put them into the RDWC System and get this thing rocking and rolling. 8/5/2023- Germinaiton Day 5 Looking good will probably plant tomorrow if the roots are still looking good. 8/6/2023- Plant Day- Germination Day 6 Planted into the RDWC System today. Joy when they go into the system as long as we dial that in right this will now be a great grow.. Survived the hard part.. 8/7/2023- Germination Day 7 Fell over today I am worried.., she is showing some damage on the lower leaves from the over watering in the cloning machine but right now I don't see any new damage. Supported the Stems with little improvised pole to help her stand up. 8/8/2023- Germination Day 8 Added the first Nutes today, to help support root growth and to help give there first jump to growth. Cleaned up the dead leaves... Day 1 VEG tomorrow.. Water Change Day and first real meal...

This is plant one and two, plant one cane down 5 days before plant two so didnt get the exact wet weight, 5 days into hang dry plant one weighed 250g, plant two was cut down and chopped for box dry, weighed 200g for the heads and 300g for the lower plant produce, will update when dry and tested

They've doubled in size again. I might end up having to take them out of the tent if they keep stretching like this 😆. All in all very happy with these free seeds. They look like they're going into preflower so hopefully the up growth will be done.

Yoooyooyoo, Wekk 13 got some ups and downs. I ran out of calmag starting the grow and kinda hoped i don't need it. If you have strong LED lights and like to have the light close to the canopy like me i would HIGHLY recommend you using calmag. You can see i got magnesium chlorosis pretty early on and the Plagron basic fertilizer did not provide enough with the low-ish dose i gave (1,2ml/l). I like to grow autos and you can't feed that more than that, it feels wrong to do it with photos haha BUT i did. 2ml/L EACH. and 0,5 calmag which seems enough. But me wanting to try out foliar spray (brilliant idea), because i already could see calcium spots on the leaves. kinda got me some slight toxicity (you can see the tips if you look closely) But she is gucci on calmag i can tell haha. Got a nice green color again and looks very healthy right now. she is drinking about 1-2L a day depends on the weather. DLI was around 35. She will look so good in a few weeks, i can't wait. Little Elsa my Ice princess Start in her 3 week and you can see she grow every day more and more with her leaves. Until day 20 i give her a light LST for 2 Leaves. The plan to do nothing to her except watering is blowing away … That will be not the only thing…you will see the next weeks. ^^

First week of 12/12 You can see the buds forming now The blueberry cupcake is stretching wild In comparison with the blue zushi. I also put in the dehumidifier and set it on 65% If the cupcake gets too high I'll just add the second trellis earlier.

As mentioned before, I was traveling and let the plants do their own thing. This turned out to be the perfect test for a living soil grow. The only manual intervention was a friend adjusting the grow lights, something that can easily be automated in the future as well. The plants look absolutely fantastic. In the pictures and videos provided, they’ve already been trimmed a bit. My mistake for not documenting the true “sea of green” when I first opened the tent after three weeks. The biggest leaves were larger than my hand, it was ridiculous. I’ve honestly never seen anything like that in an indoor grow before. I’m back now and will continue with weekly updates. The next step is installing the SCROG net and switching the light schedule to 12/12. They’re more than ready to go into flower. Aside from using a bit of root juice at the very beginning, I haven’t added any fertilizer at all and the results speak for themselves. I can highly recommend everyone to try Brotanics living soil especially for beginners, lazy people or as add in for professional organic grower

First week of flower is over and the stretch is on. Already started crushing and bending some branches on the taller plants to keep them as short as possible. They are really starting to fill out and the sour sorbet was fast to start popping pistils. I started some defoliation and cleaned up a few of the bottom branches. They need some more work over the next few days. I started them on a little maxibloom. I will increase it as I lower the maxigro over the next couple weeks. No water change this week and the ph is holding steady with no adjustments. Nutrients pumping 24 hours a day. Should see some nice fuzzy tops developing by the end of next week. I got some clones rooting from all but the twisted helix. They will be getting dusted with sugar cane pollen.
