1/24 Seeing balls I think :( - Welp - Confirmed they are balls, #2 has them also, not sure if LST caused to much stress or what. To much pride to just kill them all. I will continue this grow concealed in the 3x3. Honestly thought I was doing everything right. Going to leave them together, I got a auto water system to help keep tent closed more often. Doing this for the experience, will deep clean tent and all equipment after. I guess my goal now is to just finish her up, I'm 4 weeks through, going to try to use this bud for edibles, etc. This is for the people who had a hermie, wanted to continue growing it, but couldn't due to there conditions. Here ya go, this will be a fun run. If this isn't a good idea let me know LOL. 1/25 - (early morning) after a little researching and thinking, I think I'll just kill the hermies out. #2 had the same sacks. Going to keep a close eye on #3,#4, but so far they haven't sexed yet, ended up chopping #1, #2 for the better. Done buying cheap seeds, I have went through recommendations to find the best genetics and a more reputable breeder, very soon will start diary on that which I am very pumped for. With 2 of these out now, Planning on putting another strain in with them. I got a little unmotivated experiencing this, but figured rather fix it now then set my self back another 4 weeks. Hopefully we still have luck with #3, #4 will hope for the best! 1/30 - Since chopping #1, and #2 due to them becoming hermie, I definitely lost some motivation on this run. I still have been watering and adjusting canopy with trellis. They have definitely blown up since 1/25, and are giving me much more motivation moving forward. I gave them recharge today. I have started slight LST again but just bending the top cola so it won't grow higher then other colas. I have started another run with Brother Mendel Genetics, and will be starting another grow diary series on them. Look out for it. Week 4 of the flowering phase has arrived, and last week flew by 🌬️🌱. The ladies are thriving, and the buds are now clearly visible! ✨ The flowers are starting to turn darker, which is an exciting sign 🍒. The first trichomes are already forming, hinting at a very potent strain 💎🔥. While the cherry aroma hasn’t come through yet, removing some leaves revealed an intense, waxy scent – very intriguing! 🌿👃 I’ll keep you updated with daily posts. Week #9 of flowering is done, great week this week, still inching closer and closer to harvest day, all of the ladies except for the largest will start their flush today, I’d like to push that out to atleast 10-14 days if possible, this will insure I get a beautiful fade into harvest as well as mouth watering tastes and aromas coming off this flower, however with using final phase I’ve learned I can execute a proper and tasty flush in just 7 days if needed. Everyday I feel the smells are getting more and more intense becoming a hassle for my 4” carbon filter to keep up. Hopefully we continue to finish strong this last week or two! It will be exciting 😍

Nothing special this week. I've defoliated the plants this week even though I've planned to to that next week, but it was just getting too messy. I'll need to defoliate even more later this week so that I can switch them to a 12H cycle on the 7th week, and not cause too much stress doing both things at once. Happy growing 🌿

Week 10, so from today I stopped watering the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe and on Saturday no more light as well. Sunday is harvest day finally. Not much changed, I raised up the water with 25ml so the Purple Punch gets 200ml 2 x a day. That's all, since last week I started giving 13 hours darkness and 11 hours light and from Monday will be 12/12 after I harvested the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe and I can use the tent only for her. Fertilization will happen on the same days. Sunday fun day, Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is harvested. Purple Punch left alone. From tomorrow I will switch the light schedule 12/12. End of the week Purple Punch is 43 cm.

Day 22 white pistils 👍🌱 only had root juice and bio grow gonna remove root juice and add molasses this week at one teaspoon per litre she shows that shes not hungry no nute burn yet small signs that she can do with abit less nitrogen I'm not gonna lower my nitrogen at the sametime I'm not gonna up it either she been getting 1l feeds every 48 hours gonna up it to 1.5l keep an eye out for next update 🌱🧞‍♂️🍾🕹️🎮 I've been training her LST since day 14 and folding looks like shes gonna have some good bud sites 🍾🧞‍♂️ I've put the light schedule to 20on 4off so he can get rested during flower keep the stress down to a minimum 🤓

So as you can see my girls suffered a bit in week 3 but are on the mend. I've continued to LST them tying down the new growth sites and either tucking or removing the fan leaves to allow light to penetrate to the new growth sites I'm going to veg for 2/3 more weeks then flip them Just did a complete water change and stripped down the whole system to clean the water pipes air pipes and air stones. After visiting my local hydroponics shop they recommended a organic ph up and down which I thought sounded good less chemicals in my grow what's not to like about that. However once I had used them I quickly realised they had issues I was constantly checking and adjusting my ph levels as they would drop to 5.3 and over the course of a few hours would rise to 7.4 upon checking my water pump I found my filters where completely blocked so I flushed them and put them back in and it seemed to work fine until the next day when I checked again and yet again they where blocked. I think they had reacted with my other nutrients and caused a brown funky sludge. I have scrubbed each bucket and reservoir to get rid of the gunk then used disinfect on all the equipment and the grow room. I've uploaded a video so you can see the condition my girls where living in. Hope this helps anyone in their future grows

Welcome to the Week 9 update for the Sweet Seeds Cream Mandarine XL Auto’s. This was an eventful week of the grow as I finally gave up on the first two plants suffering with the majority of the powdery mildew. Instead of wiping a single spot off of a leaf it had progressed to wiping multiple spots off of the majority of leaves. It was becoming super time consuming just trying to keep up with not further contaminating the tent. So after fighting the good fight but realizing it was now a losing battle- I decided to harvest the two smallest plants. They were pulled from the tent right at the end of Week 9 and placed in my garage for 3-5 days before they were actually chopped and trimmed in Week 10. My garage is not heated and the temperatures have been around 0-5 degrees celsius so both plants had some time to “chill out" before harvest. Not only did they reek stronger than ever but also seemed to produce additional resin after being exposed to the cold for a few days. I chose not to weigh the wet trimmed bud as it hasn’t amounted to much but after drying for 7-10 days it’s working out to be approximately 1 mason jar of nuggets per plant. I will provide final weights and better pictures of the bud in my final harvest update. Nothing much has changed for the remaining two plants except for drinking a little less water and the humidity has slowly been decreasing as Canada moves into winter. Ice Bomb grew well under the Unit Farm UF4000, and UF2000 that was added in flowering. She was 1 of 5 in a group grow under the lights. She got nice and frosty. Smells like strawberries 🍓 to me anyway. She is suppose to be a good medical cannabis so curious to the smoke report when I get there. Shes having her last flush today on her day 75. Its a late journal im totally new here and at growing too since i started this new passion on late december 2019 so 6 months ago or already 2 harvest ago lol. Just to let everyone know that this is my first time ever growing automatics too and wont be the last cause ill go again in auto mode next run. 1st run was fem seeds from crop king too the blue cookie. No lst or defoliation on this run cause im too new to this and i tried in my first run and i made so many mistakes lol. Not this time oh no :D I gave myself a chance to learn about my plants and how to feed well this time.
