We have a stand out! There is one beautiful girl that is showing some beautiful colour, structure, frostiness, and fade ❤️ they are all very dense and frosty but this one girl has stolen the show. I cut their nutrients to almost nothing after running phd water for two waterings consecutively, still a few more weeks to go. I’ll be starting my routine soon if just phd water, but in a slightly higher volume to start breaking up any pockets or salts that may have been forming. Thanks for stopping by, won’t be long! 🇨🇦❤️👊

Felt like growing was slow going this week. I know they’re only 7 days from breaking ground so they’re establishing their roots but there was two days I felt like they didn’t grow at all. I germinated two more seeds, was going to have a total of 5 in my 4x4 but I somehow managed to kill both my master kush seeds despite having a beautiful tap root when I planted them into the soil. (Any advice/methods for getting seedlings going from germination to 🌱 is welcome and appreciated) My two Gorilla Breath plants struggled for the last 3 days of this week and went pretty yellow, which I presumed was a lack of nutrients since they’re only in solo cups right now with Fox Farm soil. They most likely used up all those nutrients and thus began showing signs of nutrient deficiency. I plan to make the next transplant into pro mix with added perlite so I have Advanced Nutrients Micro, Grow, Bloom on standby with RO water for that process. I ended up giving the two gorilla breath a 1/3 dose of micro, grow, bloom in 1L of water for one of their feedings to attempt to get some color back. It seemed to start working as you can see on the pictures. I was into my local hydro store today to buy some perlite to add to my pro mix next week and the guy talked me into some foliar spray (see attached image) to address the nutrient deficiency. I sprayed it on the leaves right before lights out on day 7 (February 6th) Hopefully that helps them out. Time will tell. I also struggled with humidity this week, ended up using a wet towel temporarily to keep humidity levels around 50% but I ended up ordering a humidifier on amazon and got that set up today. Super happy with the results from that 😁 Stay blessed and happy growing!

This is the first time I've grown an auto that I can't properly train at day 20. Even leaf tucking doesn't work as well. Node spacing is way to close. I now understand why they call this the Mephisto "Cabbage" Strain. Great for closet spaces I guess! Shortly after they were switched to flowering (after week 3) the plants continue to stretch and then start to develop their first flowers. Now in week 7 all plants have very nice flower clusters all over the plant and side branches. They have grown to 45 cm (=Shiva Skunk on left side) and 40 cm (Serious Kush on right side of aisle) in height respectively and all plants have a nice dark green color, which shows they are healthy and also that the Advanced Nutrients schedule works like a treat. The Q6W-Gen.2 LED-Lamps are now dimmed to 100% (=three green LEDs on the dimmer) and work on FULL POWER, which ensures full fledged flower production. Both varieties have now started to exude their typical aroma. The Shiva Skunk starts to smell musky and sweet, while the Serious Kush smells 'gassy' and 'fuely' like its OG-Kush heritage. The flower clusters on the Serious Kush appear to grow denser than the clusters on the Shiva Skunk.

The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. She's going to be a beautiful plant! 8/13- Our weather has cooled off after last weeks tropical system passed and it's nice to have a much needed break from the heat and humidity! I am continuing to water daily with 5-8 gallons of well water from the garden hose. I also went ahead and removed two small branches that were at the very bottom of the Papaya Sherbet that would only take away nutrients from more beneficial areas of the plant. 8/15- Today, I top dressed the Papaya Sherbet with 3 cups of Gaia Green 2-8-4 Power Bloom which I watered in with well water from the hose. I then applied 1/2 gallon of a nutrient mix I made up in 2 1/2g of well water consisting of: 1/4 cup Neptune's Harvest Seaweed(kelp) plant food and 2 1/2 tsp. of Plantonics Amino Bliss. 8/17- There goes the first full week of flower for this incredibly stunning Papaya Sherbet photoperiod from FastBuds and I can not wait to see her transformation as this lady progresses through flowering! Saturday 28th, 2024 April (week 4 & 30 days) The plants are getting thicker and taller, had a little mold on the bamboo skewer stick so I took all of them out. So now they’re standing tall between the garden ties. Pineapple Express (A) is winning the race for sure. I need to get a fan soon to clear out all the moisture. On Monday they’ll be a month old then it’s time for nutrients. I just took them out of the veg tent and transplanted them into Dutch buckets. #2,3, and 4 are females #1 is undecided. Only one will come outside in the end, I think.
