Day 36 Flower (Day 78) Today is the first day of week six of flower and on this glorious day, I went to war against the fungus gnats. By war, I mean watering each girl with 5 million Nematodes in 3 liters of pH 6.5 water. That should hopefully do the trick and get rid of the annoying little shits. I also experimented a bit more with bud photography and this time I used an LED ring flash. The next step is to shoot during the dark period so I don't get any supplemental light from the grow lights. That was pretty much it today as it is mostly just coasting along at this point in the grow. Day 37 Flower (Day 79) The left girl got pampered with a new light today. Let's see if those extra photons can help her fatten up. She also got a CO2 bag to help her to soak up all those juicy photons. The right girl on the other hand just got her daily watering. Today with 3 liters at pH 6.6. Day 38 Flower (Day 80) All I did today was to give the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water and started brewing some compost tea to feed tomorrow. I used a simple recipe this time with just some worm castings and molasses to increase the microbial activity, as well as a bit of neem meal for some additional nutrition but also to help against pests. The fungus gnats in the tents are almost gone. The nematodes took care of the gnat larvae and the yellow sticky traps have been catching the adults. Day 39 Flower (Day 81) Super chill day. I just gave each girl 3 liters of compost tea at pH 6.2. Done. Day 40 Flower (Day 82) I gave 3 liters of pH 6.5 water to the right girl and supported some of her branches as they're getting heavy with buds. Boom! Day 41 Flower (Day 83) Today I gave each girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water. The gnats look to be defeated for now. I can't see any in the tents and the yellow sticky traps are empty. Day 42 Flower (Day 84) The last day of the sixth week of flower and all is going great in the tents. The heatwave we were having went away, which kind of sucks on a personal and social level, but it's great for the girls as the tents were swelteringly hot. The left girl is 103 cm tall and didn't grow anything this week. She has started to fatten up a bit now since I installed a more powerful light, but she is still lagging far behind the right girl. I'm interested to see if she is only lagging behind in time and will fatten up eventually, or if her ordeal has stunted her flowers, resulting in a bunch of larf. Time will tell. Either way, it will be a learning experience. The right girl also didn't grow vertically this week (thankfully!). Her 123 cm is tall enough to be dangerously close to the lights. She is fattening up nicely but still some time to go before she is done. I haven't checked any trichomes yet but should probably start checking next week. Today was another chill late-flower day, I just gave the left girl 2 liters of pH 6.7 water, and the right got 3 liters at pH 6.5.

Day 65 : officially 1st day of flush . Changed the reservoir with fresh water and 1.2g/5 gallons of Yucca extract and 5ml/gallon of Cleanex from Botanicare . Day 68- I did some defoliate. Few more days until harvest.

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2204 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today their tap roots were about 1/2 to 3/4" so at 11 am I transferred them into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened and the #2 isn't far behind! 12/5- Well this is the full Day One for the #2 FBT #2204 and the second day for her sister! I'll keep them in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see their roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer them gently into their respective fabric pots. The #1 will be going into the 4g Gronest pot from FastBuds and the #2 will reside in a 3g pot by Wraxly, which I'm trying out for the first time. 12/7- Yesterday I checked the #1 tester and she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so I transferred her into her 4g Gronest pot. After making a hole in the medium for the peat pellet, I coated the entire surface with Xtreme Gardening Mycos then placed the pellet in the hole and planted her in. Lastly, I watered her in with about 4oz of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of FishShit added which was then ph'd to 6.4 @ 75℉ after which I placed a humidome over her for 24hrs to ensure that the humidity stays constant. The #2 tester is doing great and I'm confident that she should be ready to transfer into her fabric pot in the next couple of days! 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Smooth trim. heat outside is too much now - plant 2 got a little bit longer (about 3 or 4 days) Both really resinous and super fast grows.

i was on holiday for 14 days and left the plant to its own devices. (AUTOPOT takes care of that) and when i came home i was amazed. it has doubled in size. it has coped very well with the LST training and a very funny and whimsical growth has developed. i will continue to use this type of LST. it has become so thick on the main stem that it has bent the plastic clamps. i am once again impressed by the FAST BUDS genetics 😎💪

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 56 days and flowering stage was 75 days total (harvested tops at day 64th) the total weight of dry buds was : (plant #1 & #3 top buds 56 G + lower buds 22 G ) 78 G + (plant #2 top buds 47 G + lower buds 18 G ) 55 G + (plant #4 top buds 120 G + lower buds 67 G ) 187 G = 367 G

Hey guys I started to lower my nutrition solutions and mix in a lower ml/L. I will give her this food for 6 more days then I will start using my canna flush medium! I messed up this grow! She would be much much bigger if I fed her the right way! I let her dry out to much before I watered her! Won’t happen again sorry!!😂 I don’t give her a pk boost anymore because here sister got nut lockout and I will stop showing her in this diary! I will just show my big sister hehe! 🌿 Grow Update: Week 6 of Flower 🌸 Hey growers, We're cruising through Week 6 of flowering, and I gotta say, things are looking solid in my grow setup. This being my first rodeo, I'm pretty stoked with how it's all turning out. The plant's rocking a deep green, which could be a bit of nitrogen overload or just her natural vibe. Regardless, she's thriving, Ive been so stupid letting her get so big in a 5gallon i wouldn't be surprised if she is rootbound.. Got a bit of a snag with some lower bud sites getting overshadowed by the top canopy. Didn't want to push my luck with more defoliation i cant really at this point of flower, but hey, it's all a learning experience next round, I'll be more surgical. Already thinking about the next grow — tossing in a couple of plants in 5-gallon pots, keeping veg short and sweet at 4-5 weeks. Gonna tighten up the training game for sure. Despite the lower buds not getting as much love, the top ones are coming along nicely. She's a thirsty one, so I'm hitting her with 4 liters at lights on and another 2 liters a few hours before lights off to keep that coco from drying out. Got about 3-4 more weeks to go, and I'm itching to see how it all pans out. Can't wait to see the final yield and taste the goods.
