Day 43 - First day of week 7 today and she looks really good just not sure if she’s really starting to flower yet. I’m hoping this is just typical of the GC strain. Day 44 - No major changes, she’s growing and I’m loving the looks of her. Will continue uploading daily pictures. Day 45 - She’s looking really good and budding more and more each day. Gave her straight pH’d water today and tomorrow and will give her another feeding on Saturday. She’s drinking almost a gallon of water a day. Day 46 - Things are looking good with this girl. Bud sites are growing daily and this thing is a beauty. Gave her another feeding of just pH’d water and will “feed” her tomorrow. Day 47 - ALL is looking good and she’s looking purdy. Gave her a feeding with the foxfarm nutes today. Did a true measurement to the biggest branch and she’s at 25.5”. Will continue to measure each day to see how much she’s growing in a 24 hour period. Day 48 - Looking gorgeous and still stretching. Grew another two inches and is sitting at 27.5” right now. She’s really starting to fill in now and looking forward to the next few weeks. Day 49 - The way thing thing is growing, she’s gonna be a beast. Gave her straight pH’d water tonight and will give her a feeding tomorrow. Looks like she finally stopped stretching, sitting at 27.5” still so hopefully she’ll start putting on the weight.

Edit from 19th May. Literally 00:09 Pre-Flowering. Fat Banana looks like Hermie. Royal Critical = clean pre-flower. Edit from 19th May. 16:26 Fat Banana had balls sack and pistils growing all over the place. I nuked everything that had balls on it. I left only top node with pistils. Royal Critical is full of pistils, no balls. Now I wish I had photoperiod seeds instead of automatics. I would give Critical 1 extra week in veg. She is around 10-15cm smaller then Fat Banana. I switched the lights back to 400W. Edit from 20th May. 14:45 I think 32C is maximum what these plants can handle. With 600W I was reaching 34C on some top leaves and that could possibly turn the Fat Banana into hermit (she was the tallest). I open the tent a little (front doors), I put big-ass fan on second gear blowing strong wind through the mesh-window of a tent. I put the lights straight up to the ceiling, I literally can't put them any higher. Fat banana is now 58cm tall and around 80cm away from the light. Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).

Still having this weird potassium lockout. Some new growth is burned/spotted. Very confusing situation I don’t know wether to back off the feeding a little. Wouldn’t the plant just leach the potassium rich coco and burn it more? This isn’t a huge issue for me right now but I’d like to find out what is causing this. non buffered, coarse coco

7.07.2025. Day 39. Within the last 2 weeks I lefted her unchecked within the grow tent with 4 other plant. She was over crowded as other plants were bigger. She has now stretched quite significantly competing with the other for light. We'll see how she come along.

Week 1 of flush. I am watering her with pH'd water (5.5-6.5) 2-3 times daily. I am watering until roughly 50% runoff though not measuring. She has been fading for the last 2 weeks already and so her leaves are slowly drying out and dropping off daily. Gorgeous colours coming out of her though which makes flushing worth it for the sight alone.

Buds starting to become more dense and frosty

fighting the cold at lights off temps dipping lower than I would like, adjustments have been made so hopefully I’ve not done too much damage, will start slowly cutting the nutrients down from now on by 5 ml a week, the cold has slowed them down abit so I’d be guessing at a 10 week flower on these girls, the middle plant has the more solid bud structure than the others with a notable size difference already, I’ll be trimming lower leaves in the canopy this week to open them up and get some light down to lower bud sites

06/04/23 Day 50 I'm quite happy despite the beginnings and doubts. For sure I did well to not cut the unexpected plant that germinated within the clay and get out close to the normal place with her sibling! 08/04/2023 I begin to lower the EC to 1.3, 75% light. I started with GHE Ripen.

So far so good. This is week 2 or 3of flowering and no issues so far. The fan leave are starting to thin out but I guess that Normal in the flowering stage. The only question I have in this stage is what should my humidity but for the flower stage ? I heard any where from 60-40?
