Start of week 8, day 50. So it's the final week and it's just water for the girls.i don't think they need more than 8 weeks as they are showing amber trichomes on both plants. This strain has taken the summer heat here with no obvious signs of issues. I usually encounter heat stress that normally effects final yield, in my summer grows. But that doesn't seem to be the case here. Thanks LIT for this great grow.

Day 61 so happy with how she’s progressing.

The the buds were small so it made trimming a nightmare! But it’s done and the end product is worth all the time. I have loads of trim and small popcorn buds that will be dry Ice sifted and pressed into a hash brick. Will update the diary when I have some bcp hash Weighed up the trim at 588 grams, used my trim bins with dry ice to sift the trim and pressed it into blocks using a rosin pre press, I’ll now jar this and put it to one side. My first time doing this, definitely worth the effort!

Day 79 / Flower 31 / Flip ~40 / 18.03 Plants look super frosty. They should be ready in a about 1-2 weeks already. Need to check that carefully though. I will harvest at 10% amber. I'm watering every second day, actually. Using the EC again, but hesi got also organic nutrients in their coco line. EC is at 1.6, i'm using RO (EC 0,0 water). So i'm using even more nutrients, then shown in the hesi nutrient chart. Plants like it, i guess. No signs of burning. It looks like they turn a little bit into purple. I will start to use only water soon to begin flushing and i plan to let them dry out the last 6-7 days. Stress them as much as possible... Day 80 / 19.3 Started flushing stage. Every 2 days. Flushing with EC 0,0 water till 40-50% drain. I have a RO system, costs were 90 e.... Works fine... I have tap water in EC 0,8...The off water from the ec 0,0 water, is still nice, it's ec 0,4... If you want to optimize your grows, that's a thing to do... :) Day 82 / 21.3 Drain EC 0,4 I didn't used any additional heating in this grow. I guess, the temperature was always under 25 degrees. Yield will be lower due to lower temperature. Terpent profile will be better due to lower temperature. I will now do a proper flushing and drying out.. Nutrients will be soaked out of the cocos and the leafs.. Final weed will tatse better like that. That's the idea.... This 2-3 week finish sounds pretty good to me... :)

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. This week went great for the 5 mainlines. I got the final toppings completed for all the ladies, I got them done on the Sundae Driver and Red Hot Cookies on day 38, and the Durban Nights, Green Crack, and the Bubble Runtz topped on day 40 for the final time. At this point there is not much more training left to do, just some minor LST to try and keep all 8 tops per plant level, and some minor defoliation along the way. I am planning to Veg them for 1-2 weeks and flip to flower probably sometime in week 8 depending on how fast they grow. I do have them all on milk crates which are 10" each so I will place them on the floor and adjust the light power probably about the time I flip to flower to accommodate the stretch. I am still feeding GH nutrients, silica, cal mag, and maxi grow. I will transition to flower nutrients approximately one week after flipping to flower. I have found that it is important to continue feeding plenty of Nitrogen through the stretch. The only way I would transition sooner is if I was running out of vertical space. Still very pleased with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 69% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. The heat and humidity are finally letting up in my region so it is nice to be able to open some windows and drop the temp outside the grow tent. This week the plant is focusing on building and developing buds, they are stacking up nicely on the stems with nice internodal stacking. I believe we have stopped vertical growth now, and so the focus on bud building has increased. This plant was an absolute dream to. Grow, no issues at all with health of plant, just struggled to tame her as she was a a thick strong climber 💪💪. I'm so impressed with how this turned out, I could have flushed for another 3 days to make it 12days but I needed the space. After The 2 days of dark I was recommended I can definitely say it has vastly boosted her trichomes and the smell when I opened the tent blew my head away 😍😋 Aiming for a 10-14 day hang dry, The 10-12 weeks curing in jars with humidity packs. I will update with a dry bud weight and smoke test 👌 Bud wet weight is just 500g+ Final bud dry weight is 298g. Of juicy resinous purple and orange buds 😍 smells like sherbert and hang dry smoke test revealed a candy sherbert, no banana yet but hoping like the grow it matures with cure process now. Hits eyes straight away, sandy bottom kids, giggles, munchies, fun time with Mrs, bed. One more week should do it. There are some amber trichs. But, not enough down the stem. And, I'd like just a little more bulk. Between the two, one more week won't hurt anything. As far as nutrients for the week, I've only been giving it about half dose of KoolBloom as a supplement to what is in the soil already. It worked well with this cultivar last time, too. The buds are about 1.5 inches wide. Or, 4cm to the rest of the world. I still don't get why the US won't change to metric!!

Hello again. Welcome to Week 6 or 7 😊 Buds are riping and starting to give a good smell. Minor problems with some caterpillars but the plant didn't take lot of damage, I guess I was lucky too spot it soon enough. Temperatures are far from ideal but she looks like she can handle it. It's kinda like 22° Celsius in a normal room. Barely sunlight and for fresh air she stands at an open door. No idea about the air humidity but It rains a lot outside😂 no chances on mold this way. With al the things I did wrong I'm pretty sure this is a very resistant strain. Some yellowing fan leaves but totally normal in this stage. It is what it is, I will be happy if I have something good to smoke from her. 2L water with 7ml Alga Bloom and 2ml Green Sensation was given. The soil was pretty dry and only a little bit of water went out on the bottom. Thinking this will be one of the last waterings with nutrients. Wanna be sure too flush soon enough since my Orange Bud last year only had one week of flushing. Any thoughts on that subject? Give me some advice. Happy growing friends 😉

We noticed this week that she's growing much faster and the side branches too. See the difference between the pictures April 18th - Topping view and April 20th- Topping view, and how much the side branches had grown. Other than that, it was a week without major events :) Sorry again for the pictures under the grow light.
