Also was kann man abschließend sagen, ich finde die Sorte echt sehr sehr stabil und robust, verzeiht auch Fehler 😅🙊😁 Ich finde nächstes mal muss ich weniger Lampen Leistung in der vegi Phase nutzen und oder höheren Abstand, denn sie hätten noch größer / bzw bisschen mehr Strecken können, aber das lag halt daran das ich die Lampen mit zuviel Leistung zu nahe, an den Pflanzen hatte während der vegi Phase und nächstes Mal mehr auslichten, aber das sind Erfahrungs Werte die man sammelt von daher bin ich sehr sehr zufrieden, und Runtz Muffin von Barnys farm hat voll und ganz überzeugt, die Farben während des grows waren einfach toll und der jetzige Geruch und Geschmack ist fast nicht beschreibbar ha ha aber unnormal lecker schön mit meinem volcano bei 185 grad, einfach köstlich ha ha ha und die6 Wirkung is bombe 😅😁😁😁💣 So what can you say in conclusion, I think the variety is really very, very stable and robust, also forgives mistakes 😅🙊😁 I think next time I have to use less lamp power in the vegi phase and or a greater distance, because they could have been larger / or a little more stretch, but that was because I had the lamps with too much power too close to the plants Thinning out more during the vegi phase and next time, but these are empirical values ​​that you collect, so I'm very, very satisfied, and Runtz Muffin from Barnys farm was completely convincing, the colors during the grow were just great and the current smell and taste is almost indescribable ha ha but abnormally delicious beautiful with my volcano at 185 degrees, simply delicious ha ha ha and the effect is bombshell 😅😁😁😁💣

This was an overall amazing strain to grow i had little to no problems with this plant. The ease of growing it was great because as being a newby to growing weed for personel use that was super helpfull. I liked how the smell was strong from day one and just how she grew so fast . i would recommend this strain to anyone because it smells great piney , citrus, earthy sticky . Dinafem did a great job of making my life super easy when it came to growing it . As long as i can get a priper cure on this bud it will be amazing smoke for sure.. I hope anyone who sees the journal enjoys it and ill be doing more in the future i love this forum and the other amazing growers out there ..it says 8 weeks its been hard maintaining entries at first and timely so she is over 8 weeks flowering when i chopped it..smoked some of the plant that was chopped up alittle while before this girl tastes very good and the stickiness of the buds is very impressive i would like to enjoy this plant and grow her again some time ...

En cuanto a las plantas las veo verde sano, estiraron bien y ensancharon bastante también. En este indoor hay que decir que no tengoo ninguna plaga. Se nota que los nutrientes de la marca Agrobeta, añadí Thor y Mega Pk, hacen sus funciones. Las flores empezaron a engordar y a llenarse de tricomas, por el momento todo correcto, os dejé también alguna novedad y un cambio en la sala, agradecer al equipo de Mars hydro por el nuevo TSW2000. I harvested the 2 last gorilla Zkittlez and 1 blue sherbet x purple punch. One gorilla Zkittlez was more one the sativa "shape". I let the buds dry on a net during 3/4 days after that few days in a wood box. After few days pit the buds on a jar with an hygrometer.

Trichomes are milky but the pistils have too many white ones still. Flowers have slowed down in their growth. Another week to go maybe.

Good week this girl is doing well, varied coloration, the buds are compact, the trichomes are creating color, I can go further until the harvest window to avoid loss of yield.

Apricot is a winner! I will most certainly keep these genetics in my rotation!

📆 Week 9, 7-13 December 2023 7-13 December - Continued with simple adjustment of branches to receive maximum light. There was no defoliation of any leaf this week. Her growth rate has slowed and I believe she is heading in to the bulking stage. I’m satisfied with her size at this point. 8 December - Turned light power from 50% up to 75%, and raised lights from 18” to 21” from top of plant to facilitate the bulking phase of flowering. 📑 Let’s briefly discuss light and umol/m2/s or PPFD. First of all its all about numbers. Is there an agreeable starting point on these figures - the cannabis plant requires between 100-300 PPFD in seedling, 400-700 PPFD in vegetation, and 800-1000 PPFD in flower. It can go up to 1500 PPFD with certain C02 concentrations. I believe this may be generally accepted. Never being much of a numbers person, in ways I avoid it. I’ve grown indoor weed for a long time without a fancy device to tell me what this number was, the plant did that. A quality light and the plant itself will talk to each other in a matter of hours sometimes, days in others, I just need observe. But what I have come to realize the past few years is that these numbers, found in simple instruments (apps for smart phones) give us a very specific area of where she is within all these spectrums. It allows us more precision and insight to what would otherwise be a possible weak or vulnerable spot within our grow. I’ll use mine on a new strain, and to verify any questions. They are easily accessible tools for the common gardner. When we adjust our lights we can measure what will be optimal for our plant. Using my case in point; from: 50% power or 890 PPFD at 18” to: 75% power or 1080 PPFD at 21” **if not raised 3” - that number would have been 1320 PPFD - likely damage the plant - or raised any higher there would be no real benefit in what I’m attempting to achieve - likely waste of power** The 2023 ViperSpectra XS2000 lights (the ones I use) come with a new switch now that go from 25, 50, 75, 100% power and no option in between. So that kind of put a kink in a week or two during my grows I have to work around. Going from 50-75% power is a big shift in light intensity, and these lights are bright. Knowing what that number is and being able to adjust the height precisely to avoid damage is reassuring. I appreciate advancements that make growing a little easier. In most personal grows during flower I’ll go well over 1000 PPFD depending on the strain tolerance, without C02. Here are my experiences why: 1) my set-up allows it, 2) that number only reflects the greatest reading at the highest point on the plant - my reports, 3) when the plant is budding it is absorbing much more photons than when in the leafy only stage - everything is accelerated - this is a totally different discussion, 4) the additional light provided will proportionally increase a higher yield, and finally, 5) some of todays theories on light will change in 5 years, as it has from 10 years before, we still have a lot to research. LEDs are definately cream of the crop, but there is something new to learn I’m sure. Until then I can only tweak what I have in search for a tighter bud, higher in THC. I said I would briefly discuss this subject. Everything is possible with lights. It is science that says the cannabis plant does not have to produce secondary metabolites (trichomes and cannabinoids), in some cases it may not. It produces them based on its environment. She returns to you what you dedicate toward her. Entering week 9 looking strong!

WEEK 8 (04/18/2021 - 04/24/2021) Day 59: 04/18/2021 Defoliated some growth from each plant before I installed my custom-built SCRoG net made of: pvc piping, drywall screws, and jute twine for the netting. It’s slightly smaller than the tent, 41”x41” with a second level for another net. It fits perfectly, leaving plenty of room to work around the edges and move the fan around if needed. Immediately after defoliation and installing the net, I watered using ½ strength Botanicare Hydroguard. Watering was different. I used a battery-powered liquid transfer pump to help water the plants a little faster and more efficiently. Also helps to reach the plants I can’t access as easily in the corner. I am unable to test/collect any of the runoff at the moment since installing the net, which wouldn’t be an issue by itself, but my saucers are just barely large enough to fit the base of the 5 gallon pots into. I have no way of sticking a pH pen or TDS meter in the runoff. They simply won't fit between the pot and the saucer. This is extremely unfortunate, as I am now unable to monitor the ppm of the soil with each watering. Will have to pick up some larger saucers soon or think of another solution. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 61: 04/20/2021 ‘Tis the season to be medicated. Happy Holidaze! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 62: 04/21/2021 Upping the amount of water going into the pots this watering. Previously I was doing 1 gallon of water per 5 gallon pot. I’m increasing the amount of water to 1.5 gallons. Hopefully that will produce enough runoff for taking measurements. It’s going to be a painfully difficult task to take readings but I really need to know what the condition of the soil is right now. Will not be using any nutrients this time considering the runoff was kind of high when I fed on 4/10. This seems a little risky though since it has been 11 days since a nutrient feed, but I’d rather not burn the plants by blindly adding nutrients. Will return. Hopefully with measurements. (some amount of time later) Tap water: 245ppm, 6.1 pH (9 gallons) pH Down: 30ml JB#1 - 2730ppm, 7.0 pH JB#2 - 2290ppm, (pH pen died again on this plant) AP#1 - 2380ppm, 6.9 pH AP#2 - 3610ppm (seems extremely high), 7.0 pH GC#1 - 2320ppm, 6.9 pH GC#2 - 2340ppm, 7.1 pH I don’t know what was up with the measurements on the AP#2. The saucers the pots are sitting in are a little small so I think the ppm might have been reading high because the bottom of the fabric pot was sitting in the runoff. Maybe I’m just saying that to reassure myself. Either way, the 3000+ ppm seemed very off. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 66: 04/24/2021 Defoliation + weaving/securing branches through SCRoG. I'm not 100% sure that the SCRoG was the most optimal technique of choice given the very limited space within the grow tent. Also, I almost feel like I installed the screen a little late. Maybe not? Either way, I have read about them and the potential of increased yields, which got me excited enough to build one to try out for myself. I was aware going into it that there would be some difficulties using a SCRoG. I can no longer move my pots around is the main thing. Not being able to move the pots around has increased the difficulty factor of watering/feeding. I now have to access 3 different sides of the tent to get all 6 plants. I've clipped all the ties holding the branches down from previous LST sessions. There was just no way I was going to spend hours weaving in and out of all the ties trying to water each plant while also dealing with the difficulties of a SCRoG obstructing the work space. That would also wreck my poor back. From here, things are going to get real exciting. Tomorrow (04/25) I am rescheduling the light cycle to 12/12 to initiate flowering. Another 60-70 days to go, growing buds and packing on trichomes. With that said, I'm excited to have made it through my very first full vegetative cycle. I've definitely made my fair share of mistakes, as expected, but as long as I keep learning from them future harvest will only continue to increase in quality and yield.
