RQS Diesel Automatic is growing along pretty strong, pushing out some nodes. Leaves still showing that mosaic look, but all the comments from the GD community have been to not worry about it, so I'm not worrying. But curious to see what happens as she flowers. Gave her some Recharge this week.

Germination and Preparation The Do-Si-Dos seeds from WeedseedExpress arrived well-packaged in a discreet envelope with bubble wrap and a branded shopping bag. The seeds look promising—large, with beautiful marbling. I started by soaking the seeds in water with a pH of 5.8. After just a few hours, one seed already sank to the bottom, not a good initial sign. Despite this, I kept all three seeds in the germination process, and all of them developed roots. The seed that initially sank seems to be doing fine, so I’m giving it a fair chance. The seeds are now placed in Jiffy pellets with a pH of 6.0. The temperature is maintained at around 24°C (75°F). My plan is to monitor these seedlings closely and select the most vigorous one for cultivation. Grow Plan I will be using the Sea of Green (SoG) technique in an 80x80 cm space. To maximize the yield and structure, I intend to extend the vegetative stage to about 6 to 8 weeks, possibly up to 10 weeks. So, with these interesting times and what is becoming a fast evolving global catastrophe. I, myself, along with the rest of you ( I hope ) can take some solace in looking after our gardens, to have some peace away from the news, to give our ladies the best care we are able to provide 🌱 If you ever needed any vindication or validation as to why growing your own is best. More than half the world currently in lockdown, and with MJ in short supply, our actions speak for themselves! Anyway, back to this diary. I done a lot of work on the room, invested a lot and tried to make everything as automated as possible. Everything runs on smart plugs, the hydroponic system is DIY and is RDWC which is cooled with a Hailea 150a. 6 plants is what I am going for this time, with a shorter veg length compared to the last grow. I prefer to wait until they show their sex, but if they don’t by week 5, I plan on flipping anyway all being well. I am using 730nm LED’s that come on 15 mins before lights on, turn off during lights on, and then they come back on when lights go out, and stay on for 15 mins. This should enable me to run 13/11 during flower with little risk. I am also going to add a UVB fixture to my custom rig which will only be used during the final 2 weeks of flower. I have 3 Alibaba lights attached to a custom rig, they really are awesome lights. I tested the room out with an Apogee SQ-520 par meter (PAR map in pics). I have dimmed them down, so PAR is around 500 across the whole canopy, this will be increased to 1000 once they’re flipped. I vent from my house, to the room and then outside, this increases the CO2 in the room, which I think helped the yields on the last grow, generally CO2 hovers between 470 and 700 PPM. My ladies look a little sick, but tbh, I struggle starting out in Rockwool, and things usually correct themselves within a couple weeks. With the quarantine I have struggled to pick up a humidifier that is capable of maintaining that room, so it has been all over the place since the start. I have opted to go with Royal Gorilla this cycle, let’s see if it’s as potent as RQS says that it is! Good luck all and take care...

Son 6 white truffles, 6 Apple&Bazzokies de GBSTRAINS y 5 GG4 de GBSEEDS que se empezaron a germinar el 15 de mayo por la tarde sobre las 19:00 Todas nutridas con BOOM nutrients jejeje Todas las semanas iremos viendo los cambios y la evolución, los riegos y las flores que vendrán :) El 16 de mayo del 23 sobre las 07:00 de la mañana pase las semillas del vaso con agua, a los tapers con servilleta. Ahí estuvieron 24 horas mas haciendo un total de 36 horas germinando para después, pasarlas a las macetas de 1 litro. 22/05/23 actualizado, meto unas fotos mas de como van las semillas después de 7 días desde que se empezaron a germinar en el vaso de agua. A día 22/05/23 llevamos 7 días desde que se empezaron a germinar. ACTUALIZACION DE ESTADO: 30/05/23 Subo unas fotos después de 8 días. Llevamos 15 días desde que se empezó a germinar las semillas en vaso de agua. A partir de aquí, empiezo a contar semanas de crecimiento. Trasplantaremos a maceta definitivas de 7L dentro de una semana o 2.

so without waiting for anything, I harvested on day 63 :) although the girl suffered for a long time from overfertilized soil, which did not allow her to grow properly, she died from excess food, but we learn from mistakes :) but despite all this, the flowers ripened just perfectly, they are quite firm and full of trichomes :) and the smell is such that it is impossible to describe in words, amazing!!!!!! good luck to everyone :)

So frosty and starting to swell, amazing smells hard to describe. Pleasure to grow and very resilient so far compared to other strains I've grown.. holiday harvest 2023!

Week 12 kicking off and she is getting chunky still, will be another couple weeks before she is done. Definitely the higher yielding one of the two. Coming up on the end of the 12th week and she is producing new bud sites still. I had to cut off a 6 inch side branch that grew in and started preflowering but was a small branch and would not have time to finish. Not sure what brought on the flower bursts, but she is chunky! And she smells like fruity pebbles so that is awesome!

Plan - wollte alles unberührt wachsen lassen später in 120 x 120 (keinerlei lst oder hst) mit einer kurzen Vegi - rechne ich ab Tag 10 nach Keimungs -und Sämlingsphase. KI hat mir von diesem Plan abgeraten - oder wenigstens mexican rush und special queen zu toppen - mal sehen😁

Day 85 - Starting week 13 today and still no issues. Checked some trichs today and still quite a bit clear in there but quite a bit cloudy. Going to start flushing her for her next watering and looking at her, think she’s got about 2ish weeks left. Day 86 - All still on track for a chop in about two weeks. There’s less and less clear trichs but would like to get a good amount of amber before cutting so hopefully she’ll push them out in the next two weeks. Day 87 - Gave her 2 gallons of plain 6.5 pH’d water today to start flushing out the nutes. She’s almost all ccloudy now and hopefully start getting some amber in there in the next two weeks before chopping. Day 88 - All is going good still. Checked the trichs all over and it’s pretty much all milky and seeing a couple ambers in there. So it seems like about a week to two weeks left. Day 89 - No real update, she’s getting a bit more amber in her so almost thinking she’ll be ready to chop this weekend. Just gonna keep an eye on her and when the trichs are right, she’ll get the axe. Day 90 - Lots more amber are showing now so looks like it’ll be day 91 or 92 when I chop her. Will probably chop her on Friday but may end up doing it tomorrow. Not sure yet, depends on how I’m feeling and what she’s looking like tomorrow but definitely excited about getting her chopped, trimmed and start drying her. Day 91 - The end of week 13 and Letting the girl finish drying out today and will be chopping her tomorrow. She has some lower fluff bud but everything else is ready.

FBT 2309 grew great. Really nice aroma of a sweet, herbal, earthy, cream smell. Loaded with trichromes, and a nice purple hue to buds. Growing with the Gen1:11 nutrition was a bit tougher in dwc. I am getting the hang of it. Beside some minor ph issues and feeds being too strong the plant did great. The Medic Grow Mini Sun-2 also worked great for the grow. The DIY Screen is filling up very nicely by letting it Veg an extra week to try maximise & even the canopy out. Pruning every other day as the growth changes daily. I will be flipping it into flowering within the next few days. I cannot wait! The mother plant where this original clone came from is in its last few weeks of flowering & from what i can see, this is going to be an awesome, fun grow.
