Harvest day 69 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 18-20 degrees and 55-62% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Glad to see them start filling out. I started giving compost tea and molasses in between feeding and watering once a week. At this point I'm trying to slowly raise ppm without getting nute burn. They are barely putting put smell. I'm guessing the buds will be significantly bigger next weeks update.

Jamaican Pearl plant was too weak and has been replaced by two Mandarin Punch Auto.

LSD × Zamnesia — Week 6 From Seed (Week 2 of Flower / Early Pre-Flower) Quick recap for anyone just joining We’re at Week 6 from seed, which we’re counting as Week 2 of flower. Plants were grown 12/12 from seed, with only leaf tucking and very light bending, no topping, no hard training, no defoliation so far. The goal with this run is maximum natural expression of the genetics, not shape enforcement. This week marks the transition into pre-flower: stretch is active, structure is being decided, and the plants are still very much setting their architecture. ⸻ Room & Environmental Conditions (Stabilized This Week) After some fluctuations earlier, conditions are now much more stable, and the plants are clearly responding well. • Temperature: ~27.5 °C • Humidity: ~65% • CO₂: ~900 ppm • PPFD: ~600–850 • Smaller plants: ~600–700 • Taller plants: up to ~800–850 • Plants are managing light by growing into the photons naturally • Nutrients: • Switched from Plagron Terra Grow → Terra Bloom • Following the Plagron feeding schedule • This was the only change made • Watering: • pH: 6.5 • EC: 2.4 • Root / Reservoir Temperature: • ~17 °C (a bit on the cold side, acknowledged) • Plants are adapting well and showing no negative response so far ⸻ Plant Observations — LSD × Zamnesia Honestly… these girls look outstanding. Even though LSD is often described as a more indica-leaning hybrid, these plants are expressing a strong sativa-style structure: • Tall, upright growth • Dominant central main stem • Side branches present, but clearly secondary • Very uniform behavior across all plants → strong genetic consistency Each plant is showing roughly 12–14 nodes, with: • Lower branches well developed • Side branches about half the size of the main stem • No signs that side branches want to overtake the main cola This is important: 👉 this is not a training issue and not a phenotype split All seeds are behaving the same way, which tells us this is genetic expression, not grower influence. ⸻ Training & Defoliation — Why We’re Doing Nothing There has been: • ❌ No topping • ❌ No hard training • ❌ No defoliation Only: • ✔️ Leaf tucking • ✔️ Very light bending when needed Why? Because at this stage, we want to: • Let the plants decide their final structure • Observe whether this genetic wants: • One dominant main cola • With several secondary colas supported by under-canopy lighting This run is about listening, not forcing. And with under-canopy lights active, even those secondary branches are getting meaningful light, which should pay off later. ⸻ Where We Are Right Now • Plants are still in pre-flower • Stretch is ongoing • Bud sites are forming, but structure is not finished • Each plant is moving at its own rhythm, which is exactly what we want to see This week is about stability, not intervention. ⸻ What to Expect Next Week (Week 3 Flower) Here’s what’s likely coming: • Stretch will continue, possibly peak • Clearer confirmation of: • Dominant main cola behavior • Final spacing between nodes • Pre-flowers will become more defined • Still no rush to defoliate unless airflow becomes an issue • Feeding stays consistent—no chasing, no stacking products Next week is about watching, not reacting. ⸻ Final Thoughts This marks a clean, confident Week 6 / Week 2 Flower checkpoint. Gelato #2 is so small 😂 but she's definitely happy tho'. Topped both ladies and did some LST. They should be ready for bloom soon.

Good bit of growth this week, plenty of bud sites forming and she is drinking alot of juice. I think she is doing really height wise, I only vegged for 4 weeks to keep her height appropriate and I don't want her to stretch too much towards the light so she's growing accordingly. I accidentally split the topped stem during transport when I forgot she was attached to the grow bag but she seems fine and getting on with it. As soon as all the budsites have formed I'm going to defoliate and get some light on them lower budsites and make her focus on growing some nice colas. Next time I will leave the LST on until about now cos she's straightened up a lot and it's a bit more crowded lower down than I would have liked. Vamos familia, limpieza de raíces Ia recta final, me encanto el comportamiento de esta genética, sweetseeds hizo un gran trabajo. No veáis cómo apestan , huelen bastante fuerte y todavía les queda. Sativa que crece mucho , forma indica aunque no os engañe que de verdad que crece. Ph controlado temperatura algo alta en 28,5 intentaré bajar esta semana aunque sea en 27,5. Lo demás todo correcto. La semana que viene nos vemos sin fallo 🙅‍♂️

This was a brilliant plant, it kinda stunted a little bit, but that was my fault. It was so beautiful during flower, and the smell is not like weed at all, but more like juicy fruit chewing gum. Amazing and smooth to smoke as well.

There's soooooo much and it smells great. I had a 3x3 for drying but resorted to just drying in the grow tent since I'm not sure if it would have all fit. I will not be using a SCROG especially with Autopots and this light as it leaves no room for me to get in and train. Will post final results in ~10 days or so. See you on the next one

We are currently working on the recovery from the initial stem split on plant A. She's almost all the way recovered with only a slight crack still remaining. Hopefully that split and the overwatering won't disrupt or stunt the growth of this lady too much. For the sake of experimenting I pulled off the first set of fan leaves that were stunted and discolored in hopes the energy used by the plant will be directed more towards the new growth. Plant C is looking great and loving the increased Par values from our light as we are getting good vertical growth and the main stem is looking super healthy. As we get through to the end of the week we will start transitioning plant A for LST in the form of tie down. The fan is currently applying pretty good stress to the already week stalk of plant A, but she again is almost 100% closed back up. The whole purpose of the fan is to strengthen the stalk with very light stress. Plant C will see LST beginning in 2 weeks as she is 1 week behind Plant A. Many people ask me about the LL on the guage and I will remind everyone, I live in a high climate desert around the 49th parallel so it's cold and dry. When the tent is closed I usually see rh values near 40% where the normal RH (Relative Humidity) is around 10%. It's just dry here. That said the grow community here and the quality of bud is top shelf as it gets. Rh doesn't necessarily impact the end results. End goal is still 360g harvest out of this tent we will see if we get it.

The autos are all doing pretty good, some minor deficiencies from early on but seem to be doing much better now since I got the new bottle of calmag. They probly have another 3 weeks left I'm guessing they are fattening up nicely tho.

Despite the leaves 🍁 turning yellow, the buds are still fattening up nicely, so I’m not worried at all. I’ve read that this indoor strain tends to sacrifice the fan leaves pretty early and yellow out (a pattern I’ve seen in other grow diaries and even on the RQS website!). I removed the dead or almost-dead ones and I’ll keep doing it gradually throughout the flowering. See you in the next episode! 🌱💨

The #1 pheno is stacking away, and is going to have some large flowers! The #3, which along with the #1, has beautiful purple coloration in her flowers and albeit not as stacked as the #1, she's a stunner! The #2, which is missing the purple coloration, definitely wins for having the 'funk'. The #2's flowers are getting covered with trichomes and her aroma is super strong!🤪 11/21- All three continue to do well and are progressing through flower nicely. I'll be doing a drain/clean/refill on the AirCube reservoir tomorrow to give the girls a fresh dose of nutrients. 11/23- 🦃Happy Danksgiving Fam!😎💖 11/25- I'm continuing with running the AirCube reservoir for 5-6 days between drain/refill, only topping off with well water and checking.adjusting the PH. The beginning nutrient strength is 800ppm, and over the course of the 5-6 days it has only been dropping approx. 150ppm's. The #2 pheno is getting super frosty, has a very fruity aroma, and is looking like a champ! The #1 and #3 plants are looking sexy as hell with their deep purple coloration and both have a earthy funk aroma to them! Yesterday I raised the HLG 650R to it's maximum height available putting it approx. 26" above the #3's, which is the tallest of the three plants, canopy. In addition, I reduced the power to 80% to keep from bleaching out the top of her main cola. There's eight weeks past now since these girls broke ground and they're coming into the final stretch with only a couple of weeks to go.
