This week was a little rocky. Two girls on the outer edges are good, but the middle one is drooping and foxtailing already. It's weird because my middle plant was larfy last run as well. I might push her to the corner and let her do her thing with less attention... because I just got a photoperiod runtz clone that's gonna need some space and perhaps its own light. LST seems to be going well for the other two though. Sometimes with autos, it's just a genetic thing. They can be temperamental girls sometimes.

Chopped on Day 62. These 2 are citrus, pinesol, gassy dipped lemon wedges smelling.

27.05. Today is the end of the fourth week for the plant. In a couple of days I will transplant it and top it off, the good weather is finally coming... The plants spent most of the day outside today, and at some moments there was a very strong wind, and I was not there, so now they are protesting a bit and probably angry that I left them..to apologize, I played them half an hour of quality reggae music, so I hope we'll be fine by tomorrow lol Stay high and keep growing my brothers ‘n’ sisters!!!

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. Hi and welcome to a new grow :) Unfortunately I have to start over because of a malfunction I had with the automation of the heater. I basically cooked my plants. But now we‘re back with three new Ladys, wich I hope will turn out as beautiful as in the picture. I planted four, just in case one of them doen‘t make it. I will choose the 3 faster ones of course. The medium I use is mixed with soilles media (peat ,vermiculite) with additives. It‘s basically sythetic but it still has microbes. The nutriensolution is also mixed syntheticaly. I‘m not going to explain everything right now but at this stage i‘m feeding the plant low amounts of the Veg formular that was recomended in different studies. The EC is about 1350. PH of the Media and the Water is about 5.8. I also have a CO2 bag but unfortunately it was cooked by my heater 😬let‘s hope the funghi survived. Since oxigen is very important for the roots I am pumping Air throught the watercontainer. It helps keeping it clean as well. I do have Hidrogen Peroxide as well, but i‘m not sure if i should use it for the extra oxigen. If any of you have experience with it feel free to comment! I will keep you updated on the plantgroth over the week but for now everything is setup. Have a nice Weekend 🌱 Update: The first three girls are coming out pretty fast. InicuallyI though the 4th seedling didn‘t make it but she came out a day later. that was part of the planing so we’ll see. The first three are roughly the same age too wich is awesome. Right now i‘m giving them around 200 ppfd/24h. The Temperature and humidity are stable at 26°C and 90% humidity (as in picture) now it‘s lowered to 75% wich means the VPD is roughly 8,5. Let‘s hope I don‘t cook them this time 🙏 Oh and the CO2 bag is alive. Update: I‘m experimenting with VPD and I figured out, that the leaf experiences a different VPD due to cooling of the leaf while water is transpiring. So with LEDs the leaves don‘t warm up from the missing infra red but luckily my Light gets pretty warm so i put it up hight and brighten it to 40%. The seedlings stopped growing at a Lux of 8000 so i put them on 13000 with a leaf VPD of 0,6. I used a VPD calculater and have the following environment: 27,5°C and 60% Humidity. The leafs are ≈24 degrees (if i measured correctly) and the caculator spits out 0,6-0,8 wich would be ideal. Let‘s see how they grow since they are seedlings i‘m not sure if this stresses them. If you have any comment, please feel free to wright is down so i can adjust if necessary.

Trying to figure out why the zit is lagging behind. I may have pissed her off by doing to much deflowering. Also working to figure out feeding and water schedule. Been using cap sized pour into gallon so need to figure out what that translates per gallon - 1 cap cal mag - 2 cap tiger bloom - 2 cap big bloom Also used - 4 tablespoons of ph down acidifier in zit - 2 tablespoons in other two

Let’s Go Day 52 of 🌺!! At 101 days old , these girls are looking an smelling oh so amazing! 2 of the Pre 98 Bubbas and both Dirtyblondes started getting flush on Saturday, so they will continue flush the rest of the time for 12 days an they will be ready for 48 hrs of darkness. While the 2 other Pr 98 Bubbas will remain on same feeding through rest of this week a most likely start getting flush by next week!! Hi growers, Update from 13.6 2026. This week has been quite cold. At night around 10°C and during the day 20°C. but for next week it is already reporting 35°C. So I increased the irrigation to level 5. This is max. Some of the leaves seemed to be lighter so I added a little Alga grow to replenish the nitrogen. Lemon Cherry Cookies grew to almost the same height. It measures from 110 to 115 cm. Strawberry Gorilla measures from 128 cm to 136 cm. I apologize for the quality of the photos and video, but it was quite windy and my camera wouldn't focus :)

So far so good. Heatwave is back and they are loving the humidity. I've needed to water a bit more often, ever other day due to the heatwave. But now we are forecasted to have rain for the next few days. Should be a nice relief. The one I had topped almost 2 weeks ago is still doing well. She is must shorter than the untouched one as expected. I have also tied down the bottom branches; experimenting with LST and so far she's responding well and adjusting.

This was a sad little plant, if only the fucking birds did not eat the original plant. They are so bloody annoying. Over all plant did ok, just the runt size is a massive let down. Will just dry this and give it to a friend to smoke. This had a twin in terms of being a runt and that was with Rainbow Candy XL, and a few Dinamed seeds as well I found in the garden. @GanjaFarmerSeeds, If you like the images or videos I can send you raw files that have not been shrunk and contain no watermarks, if you feel I am in the top 3 of your BDOTY Contest that is :D

Another successful week plants aren't dead. Did some more defoliation this week to allow light to penetrate the smaller colas at the bottom of the canopy, still haven't found a feeding schedule that works for me, going to cut my feedings in half next week because I'm starting to see some minor nute burn on the leaf tips. Good week though I'm pleased with it onto week 10/week 5 of flower!
