02.10.2022 - 56 days since my little girl sprouted from seeds🌱 Fourth week of flowering of my BCN Power Plant 🌴🌴🌻 Nutrients: Jungle Indabox - I serve the same as last week Advanced Nutrientiens - Bud Candy - carbohydrates for my plants 🍭🍭 Building Stimulators 🌼🌼🌼: Jungle Indabox Environ X Advanced Nutrientiens - Big Bud - I applied this week for the last time ATAMI - ATA CALMAG - When growing under LED lights it is recommended to use Calmag and Atami is an excellent brand The plants tolerate the nutrients well, some of the lower leaves showed slight signs of burning, they turned a little yellow and the tips of the leaves were brown 🍃🍃 Therefore, I will continue to use only one Bud Stimulator and that - Jungle Indabox Environ X, I will leave Big Bud from Advanced Nutrientiens for other plants. flushing....ANXIETY...:) well..sort of just incredible how the ladies still develop in their last stage...; Humans could take an example anyhow....almost everything milky..yet little amber... patience my friends..patience 😅

We've made it to week 3! (10/12/20) I'm very happy with how the girls are going, they have definitely put in a HUGE amount of work over the past 7 days. Plants 3 & 8 are very similar(extremely fat leaves & extra bushy) Plants 1 & 5 are similar (smaller phenos reacting to nutes slightly differently) & Plants 2, 4, 6 & 7 seem to be a cross between the previously mentioned phenos(not too small and not too big/bushy & reacting to nutes fine) Feel free to compare Week 1, 2 & 3 to see the differences. Nutes are staying the same this week, although I will be spacing feedings out a little bit further(18 hours-ish), as well as feeding straight PH'd water once a fortnight. I am contemplating hooking my simple drip-to-waste irrigation system up, although the girls are pretty close to the medium still and the halos sit 5-10cm above the medium, meaning fan leaves would be drooping onto the wet halos, so I'll give it another week and see how they're doing :) Update 11/12/20 - day 22 The girls have beefed up quite a bit over the last 24 hours, I'm really looking forward to seeing a stretch soon :) No feeding today & will water plain ph'd water tomorrow. Update 12/12/20 - day 23 Gave the girls straight ph'd water today with little run off. Veg growth is really starting to boom now, looking forward to seeing where this grow goes! I'm gladly accepting any tips or tricks, as I'm still only a beginner to indoors. Update 13/12/20 - day 24 Girls are looking great today, not much to report. They didn't get a feed or watering today as the medium was still wet after a pure watering yesterday. Update 14/12/20 - day 25 There's been a big increase in growth over the past 24 hours. All the girls besides the 2 smaller phenos look 100% happy, the smaller ones have looked a little weird since day 1(Weird as in colour of the fan leaves look deficient of something, but I'm not sure what. The girls will be getting a full feeding today. There's still no signs of sex but they are feminised seeds. Update 15/12/20 - day 26 Girls are looking happy today. Temps are back to normal after a heat wave in my city(its only going to get hotter from here on out). No feeding/watering today, pots are heavy/wet enough. Started using iphone for photos now, my only lens for my DSLR is useless for most grow related photos. I will upgrade my lens before next grow. I received my new silenced fan today! I couldnt be any happier :) It is a silenced Sigilventus SE-A150J, which I have set-up with a brand new Can-lite carbon filter. I went from a rocket loud eBay fan to a completely silent inline EC fan :D I hope the girls like the silence! Update 16/12/20 - day 27 The girls are continuing to boom! and I'm over the moon about it :D I gave them a full feeding today. I have seen white pistils coming out of calyx's on most of the girls, so i'm hoping they start to flower soon. I'm having weird issues with my humidity, it seems to be fine at 40-50% for 70% of the day, but the remaing 30% of the day it goes up to 60-65%. Temps stay the same in the 5x5 tent, I have ducted air-con in the house which is on most of the day. Thanks for viewing! :)

Both plants, both indoors and outdoors, are looking extremely healthy and vigorous. The outdoor plant is watered daily with around 10 liters, while the indoor plant receives approximately 3 liters per day. Both plants also received a compost tea feeding. Both plants have already started showing their first pistils, which strongly suggests they are female. This indicates that our STS spray experiment to produce feminized seeds has been successful. I'm really excited to see how they continue to develop. So far, this strain has been an absolute pleasure to grow, and I'm looking forward to the next stages.

19.07. Wedding Cake 1# Day 85# This plant is progressing very well, it has only grown 10 cm since the last update, but it has grown a lot in width, I forgot to measure the width, but I think it is currently as wide as it is tall, which I really like. This phenotype is not difficult to grow, but it is not too easy either, I would not recommend it to beginners because it can cause problems sometimes. Yesterday was the end of her twelfth week. I think I mentioned in the seventh or eighth week that this plant will be a monster, it was already seen then and it definitely will be, I look forward to the further cultivation and progress of this plant. Wedding Cake 2# Day 79# As far as this phenotype is concerned, everything is against the first one. As for the size of the plant, I think it has to do with genetics, it probably drew on some small ancestor, but it doesn't necessarily mean, maybe it's also down to what I'm going to mention now. Basically, this plant is constantly hungry and thirsty from the moment it is transplanted, it always lacks something and is never completely happy. For weeks I've been trying to correct that and please her, but she can't be as healthy and happy as she should be... this week she looks the best so far, but it's still not that... because of this phenotype (I don't know if it's common) I definitely wouldn't recommend this strain to beginners because I also struggle with this phenotype, the first phenotype is much easier to grow, although it's not for beginners either. 7/5 Plants look great after the last few days of rain. Nothing broken despite the storm. I think more rain is in the forecast but at some point I'll need to spray. I'll update later today. Went back over at 4pm to check. Soil was still damp with 40% chance of rain so I held off watering. First day I've never watered. Noticed a few more leaves turning yellow and falling off on the middle and bottom interior of some plants. It looks like nitrogen deficiency. Can't notice unless you get right in there. Noticed leaf hoppers and other minor pest damage. Spraying soon. 7/6 Hose wasn't working as the water needed to be shut off. Soil still seemed damp so everything should be fine. Temps are MUCH lower (66 right now). Still have internal lower/middle leaves turning yellow. Noticed that I hadn't fed in five days. That could have something to do with it. Really looks like nitrogen deficiency. Fed two gallons to the garden this morning and will monitor. Humidity is stupid high. It read like 90 something percent but it's not raining. I plan to spray tonight. Due to other issues I haven't been on top of my game as much as I should be. Will update later. Oh and I do measure in teaspoons not tablespoons. I'm just an idiot. 7/7 Water is still off. I carried water to the plants and watered approx. a gallon a big plant. Less for smaller. Lots more yellow leaves on my blueberry's. They fall off. Looks just like nitrogen deficiency and the plants are getting huge. I also noticed I hadn't fed in 5 days. I figure most nutes in the soil must be used up. I only have a soil PH meter and the only readings I could get read 7.3 and 7.4. I checked my water PH with a test kit and to me it looks around 6.5 so I have no idea why the pH could be off. Could definitely use some help. I think I'm going to get some dry amendments like worm castings or guano. Noticed a random beetle munching away. I keep putting off spraying but it needs to be done. I'll add my question when I get a chance. UPDATE: Went back over and noticed soil was dry. Watered again approx a gallon each. I need to figure out the issue with the yellowing leaves. I added roots organic Ancient Amber to the water for a small nitrogen boost. I'll ask a question. 7/8 I lightly watered but probably shouldn't have as it's supposed to rain tonight and all day tomorrow. Better safe than sorry. I feel much better after some research and answers to my questions. I feel more confident. I just need to get my IPM up and running again and I should be good. Still threw away dead leaves but in places the sun doesn't get and plants have grown substantially. 7/9 Rained last night and supposed to rain all day today. I took a couple pictures but I'll have to wait until the rain subsides to spray. Wow it's still really pouring @4:45pm. Tropical storm Elsa or something is dropping like 3in of rain. Oh well hopefully helps lower my pH. Feels really good to look at the profiles of the growers on Facebook that have talked down and acted narcissistic towards me after I asked a question only to see their itsy bitsy scrawny little plants. Jealousy is real I guess. I'm praying to the pot gods that everything holds up through this storm. I love my garden but I can't get cocky. Outdoors in Maine anything can happen. 7/10 No damage from last night's storm. I measured the pH of the rain water and it appeared to be around 5.0-5.5 so that should help to lower my PH. Very nice day today. Plants should explode after this rain. 7/11 Very sunny day yesterday and looks like another today. 73 degrees at 9am. Last night I got halfway to my garden to spray and had to turn around due to several stomach cramps. Its always something. I VERY LIGHTLY watered before feeding 2 gallons of feed to the garden. I've been slipping. Its been another five days since feeding. I'm going to try Dr. Zymes tonight. UPDATE: Went to my garden around 6 and sprayed Dr. Zymes at 90 degrees on all plants. I used the two two oz free samples that are supposed to make a gallon. I saved half a bottle and used the rest so it wasn't max strength. I fed today too and I'm not supposed to spray above 80 degrees and it was 77 so hopefully this works out. I've never used this product. I wish I hadn't forgot my phone as my plants looked and smelled amazing. Still pulling off yellow leaves....

Wassup fellas! Ita day 42, which means end of week 6! The plants are definitely healthy and love their 100% organic dieta day more than ferts, resin production is on point and so does the smell. This strain gave us no problems, very simple to grow! The plants both stayed small and bushy until flower, then they took off. We will be back to adjust the weight and add more comments. 8/14/21 - The buds are done curing and it’s 🔥 Smooth and flavorful 💨 We finally smoked it and couldn’t finish a joint lol. It’s a lot stronger than we anticipated. I love indica strains and this is now one of my favorites. Next up we have 2 Lemon Kush and 2 Gelato growing outdoors as a side project in between indoor LED grows. Blueberry from seedsman was so simple to grow. We messed up on a few things but we got plenty of nice buds and made 2lbs of butter for edibles. -FIN-

Woche 3 Das Fundament wird gelegt und Umtopfen steht an. Der Regenbogen ist in der dritten Woche seines Lebens. Die ersten Seitentriebie bilden sich und die Pflanze ist gesund gewachsen mitlerweile hat sie 3 Nodien. Und ist über ihren Cube hinausgewachsen und hat diesen kräftig durchwurzelt. Somit wird jetzt in den 3l Stofftopf umgepflanzt. Danach gibt es zum ersten Mal die standart Düngedosis, angepasst an das Pflanzenbild 2,5 -5ml Hesi TNT für ordentlich Nährstoffe im Wachstum, 5 ml/l Hesi Root für eine kräftige Wurzelentwicklung und 2 ml/l Calmag, um unser Osmosewasser aufzuhärten. Der DLI wurde auf im Laufe der Woche auf 40 erhöht. * Zustand der Pflanze: Die ersten "echten" Blätter sind vollständig entwickelt und wie durch die EasyCubes zeigt sich wie eine kräftige Wurzelbildung. * Wichtige Ereignisse: Beginn der Nährstoffgabe. Anhebung des DLI. Umtopfen in 3L Stofftopf * Düngung & Messwerte: * Gießwasser: pH ca. 6,0. Ideally we’d want 45–55% at this stage, but the girls are adapting beautifully — no visible signs of mold or rot, airflow and plant vigor are keeping them safe. • Tools: Trolmaster and Spider Farmer apps logged to share transparent data. ⸻ Feeding & recipe this week You’ve reintroduced the All-in-One liquid into the Plagron + Aptus recipe, pushing EC slightly higher again for an extra boost: • Plagron PowerBuds, Sugar Royal, Green Sensation → stacking, sugars, and bloom density. • Aptus Regulator + CalMag Boost → structural strength, stress resilience, mineral balance. • All-in-One liquid → full-spectrum nudge to keep driving flower bulking. This “soil-first, solution-steering” approach works perfectly here. The soil still holds a strong base load (your earlier EC readings confirmed this), and the solution acts like an accelerator without overloading. ⸻ Plant performance & structure • Bulking: Both Sundae Drivers are filling out massively — flowers are swelling, colas thickening, side branches almost unable to hold themselves upright. • Support: You’ve improvised by tying branches to each other, preventing collapse. This is a classic late-flower “good problem”: weight means density. • Supercrop site: completely healed, producing solid flower along the bent top and nearby branches. A textbook example of how to redirect growth without losing yield. • Color: Leaves still lush green, minimal fade — showing balanced feeding and no major deficiencies. ⸻ Trichomes & pistils — where we stand • Trichomes: Frost is stacking heavy — from sugar leaves to outer calyxes, a shimmering coat is spreading. Under magnification, most heads are clear-to-cloudy, with some areas beginning to lean more cloudy. Amber not yet common — perfect for Week 7. • Pistils: Still plenty of white hairs, but we’ll begin to see darkening and curling soon as calyxes mature and resin production peaks. • Meaning: Plants are still actively in the bulking/resin-factory stage. Harvest is not yet — but we’re entering the critical monitoring phase. ⸻ What Week 7 means (technically) This is the late bulking / mid-ripening window. • Calyxes expand → actual bud density increases. • Terpenes develop rapidly → strong smells, unique cultivar expression. • Resin pathways peak activity → cannabinoids build, but need 1–2+ more weeks to fully mature. • Risk window for botrytis → high humidity + dense colas = careful airflow essential. ⸻ What to expect next week Expect: • Noticeable increase in aroma — terpenes often “pop” around Week 8. • Trichomes shifting more to cloudy; a few ambers may begin depending on genetics. • Pistils starting to darken and recede, giving buds a more “finished” look. • Possible leaf fade (yellowing from the bottom up) as mobile nutrients are pulled into flowers. Don’t expect (yet): • Full amber trichome maturity — too early. • True “final swell” — that’s more Weeks 8–9+. • Safe humidity window — continue to monitor closely, as the dense colas can surprise you. ⸻ Practical checklist for Week 7 • Support colas: stake, tie, or net if branches keep falling. Weight will only increase. • Dehumidify if possible: even a small drop to ~55% would reduce risk of bud rot. • Airflow: max canopy circulation; keep oscillating fans moving air through colas, not just over them. • Microscope/loupe checks: continue logging trichomes daily or every other day — aim for a clear photographic timeline. • Smell watch: sudden changes in aroma (musty instead of fruity/sweet) can be early warning of mold. • Continue balanced feeding: don’t pull nutrients too early — Week 7 is still active bulking. ⸻ Reflection — the beauty of Week 7 Both Sundae Drivers are now showing their full potential: heavy colas, strong resin, vibrant health despite high heat and humidity challenges. The bent stem bounced back stronger, healed into a solid knuckle, and rewarded us with extra bud sites and bigger flowers. Don’t fear new techniques. If your plant is stretching too much, or if you want to unlock more yield, super cropping is a safe, effective way to train her. Trust your plants, trust the process, they’re stronger than you think.

The grow is going well and there are very big differences between all 3 plants. The height: Plant 1 (left): 115 cm tall Plant 2 (middle): 84 cm tall Plant 3 (right): 130 cm tall As 2 plants stretched all the way into the LED light, I have now tied them to the back of the tent. This results in the top colas being pulled sideways away from the center of the LED and reducing the light intensity. The top colas closest to the LED have shown some signs of stress. Slight burning and foxtailing of the top colas is the result of this. However the problem should be solved as they now receive substantially less light. The plants are also very different in their development. Plant 1 (left): still is full of white hairs, bud development is a little slower, moderate trichrome production. I think this plant will take the longest to finish. Plant 2 (middle): most hairs have turned orange, most bud development of all 3 plants and good trichrome production. I feel this plant will be finished the earliest. Plant 3 (right): a mix of white and orange hairs, bud development and trichrome production is ok. I feel this plant will finish in-between the other 2 plants. So far I am happiest with the middle plant (plant 2). It has the nicest bud development and overall looks the prettiest so far. However, in the end we will have to see how the end product turns out. The prettiest plant isn't always the best smoke. So let's see what these ladies do towards the end of flower.
