I had a excellent grow of this plant. I didn't have any major issues during the grow. It looks like she provided a good yield. And smelled great when I was able to smell. I am Fighting a cold at the moment. 😒 I am very eager to try this flower once it gets done in the cannatrol, and is ready for its smoke report. This looks like it was a great strain. My experience overall can be best described as an interesting enlightening process. Since it was my first time growing it was definitely a learning experience. From the height being as tall as it was to the high winds in the area making it difficult to keep them from toppling when the buds were reaching full maturity. Thinking it would have benefited from more topping than just the once. The terps that this strain has are exquisite!! I am going to miss walking by them towering over me and just breathing in their berry cream aroma, taking in the sweetness like I had just had some dessert. Really enjoyed this strain and hope to grow it again sometime. Thanks for checking out my first grow 🌼💚✌️

Esta vez tenemos la cepa de GB Strains NewGlue, una híbrido S1 entre dos cortes premium de GG#4 😍 💐 Día 23 de febrero: Semillas 24 hs en vaso de agua de manantial con peróxido de hidrógeno a 22 C⁰ Día 24 de febrero: siembra directa en suelo vivo con Light mix de la marca GB nutrients y micorrizas Mykos Pack. (Sustrato previamente regado durante dos semanas para establecer vida y mejorar la adaptación) (Manta térmica permanente) Día 27 de febrero: los dos brotes aparecieron a mismo tiempo! Brotes cubiertos bajo vaso plástico para retener la humedad relativa y así favorecer la producción de raíces. Día 3 de marzo: las plántulas se establecen correctamente y se dejan al aire directo. Humedad relativa del 80% 5+5-. Esto es todo por ahora amigos, el sustrato estaba bien húmedo a la hora de la siembra y regaremos según sea necesario para mejorar la producción de raíces. This strain is just incredible, perfect indica high with a sativa sidenote It grows strong and is quite resistent to mold. All plants were done after about 60 days of flowering. First time i used a tumble trimmer and it works perfectly. I didn't check PH or EC at all

The heads are starting to swell now , the lowers are looking undeveloped still. I might do a little defoliation to let in some more light next week. I’ve noticed the first bit of change in a couple of the old lower fan leaves this week. At this stage I’m not too concerned. Buds are frosty, sticky and dank smelling.

Now that the plant has started flowering, I defoliated the excess leaf, focusing on apical buds. But unfortunately after defoliation and pressing the lst unfortunately plant b5 breaks the stem in its main apical bud. I was very sad but in life we have to learn from mistakes and stop complaining since the other 4 plants show good growth and vigor we will move on trying to minimize the errors.

Not giving them Any nutrients now until chop which should be in a few days. Seeing lots of amber on the Royal Gorilla, not so much on the Green Gelato, but still present in small amounts. 2 days until 10 weeks total flowering. Letting the plants fall and rest on the side of the tent isnt ideal, but its the only way i could have saved them from the heat. Check out my stardawg diary for what heat can really do to a plant....gonna upload another week soon and there is HUGE damage to the plant that didnt auto. These smell lovely anyway, cant wait to try them!

Plant has been getting straight pH balanced water this last week and minimal nutes. It is showing some slight nute burn so I let off a bit and raised the light canopy about 6”. I discovered that what I thought was a calcium or potassium deficiency was actually a rookie grower error by me. I have an RO system that I use to water all my strains in the grow room including this one, but when adding nutes to the water, it takes too long so I had been filling them up with well water. When I had originally tested the well water, I must had used a faulty testing agent as after testing it this last week, I was showing a pH of 7.5 vs. my RO of 6.2. Thus, every time I was adding nutes (multiple times a week) I was significantly fluctuating the pH between regular feedings and nutrient additions. To make matters worse, when I originally thought it was nute burn, I flushed each plant with well water and likely caused additional stress. Anyway, I have since learned that the well water needs to be treated, I only utilize RO water the last few days and plan to do so over this next week. Also, I have turned off the CO2 system as I was starting to see signs of heat stress on a couple of the strains (not this one). The literature I have reviewed suggested that these strains might be able to handle heat closer to 90F but it was also causing issues with high humidity so when I added a dehumidifier, it pushed the day temp to between 90-92F and the overnight temps were not getting low enough (maybe 85F or so). Maybe I could leave out the dehumidifier, but I was getting rH of 70% and didn’t want to risk any bud rot or mildew growth. So for now, I have turned off the CO2 and am getting high temps of 81F with 60% humidity and overnight temps of 74F and 50% humidity. The Future #1 has shown the least signs of stress and is fattening up its buds very nicely. Over the next few weeks I will start monitoring the trichomes for a nice milky color for harvesting.

*********HARVESTING MARCH 14, 2018*************** (my first harvest!) Mar. 11, 2018 FINALLY!!!! 4/5 plants are showing me nearly mature (for our purposes anyway) buds. Most of the top colas are turning a light golden and the sugar leaves are crisping up nicely, starting to see amber on the calyx's.Have watered with plain R/O water ph 7.0 with nothing added for the last 2 weeks. I'm pretty sure I will do a complete harvest and not try to stagger it, I'd like for the bottom buds to get a chance to fully mature but for this round I want to just do a single harvest and keep the immature buds separate. It's been pretty dry here but I think a 5 day dry will be possible, after all the point is to bring the moisture content down enough to seal em up and cure properly. ... Mar. 9, 2018: Nothing new to report. Lost a couple very small buds due to falling over and breaking their stems. No way i'm going to tie up the dozens of golf ball sized buds in danger of falling, i'll just continue to tuck them back in and hope for the best. The frostiest plant seems like it will need at least a week or two longer than the rest, only just showing signs of amber on the fan leaves, and sugar leaves aren't crunching yet. One girl is very near ready, as soon as I see 10-15% amber on the calyx's and the buds have a golden hue with discolored and crispy sugar leaves then it's chop chop. Measured my runoff at 450ppm still Mar. 6-7, 2018: We are at the end of week 7 of flower. Going to be feeding water only for the duration of the grow. I'm hoping to see the buds start to enter the last stage and give me that golden hue I'm looking for. Getting more amber trichomes on the fan leaves and should see the golden hue migrate to the calyx's. ... Mar. 5, 2018: Starting day 92 from seed and 46 days since first pistils. None of the buds are shooting out new pistils so hopefully over the next 2 weeks the calyx's will swell and the trichomes will mature and the bud will take on that finished look. I'm already starting to see a few ambers, but with the crop being seeded it wont' be easy to track the calyx development as some are filled with seeds and already appear swelled.

I mean it looks like it works..... I can't wait 4 this lovely mix of indica and sativa.... I want to taste and smell the ready product... But it needs 2 months of cure minimum.....
