Welcome to my Black Jack b sponsored by Sweet Seeds 2 yrs ago nearly. Veg Weeks & Pre/Post Pre Flower Weeks 7-9 She was really healthy during her entire veg period. Moving into pre flower she didn't do any excess stretching. Plant was doing very well moving into pre flower it took a good few weeks for her to flip but it was building up a good base up and down the nodes. I used plagron right through half of flowering possibly more. For the last 4 weeks I moved all my plants to Xpert Nutrients. MAINTENANCE I carried out a good bit of work making sure all parts of her was getting light (as much as she didn't get, it was more then enough to get A grade bud just like it was done under a 100w). I stripped a lot of shoots coming into & during pre fower. So when coming in to fattening all her energy went into making buds that were brought to harvest. Knowing light would be an Issue (lack off) i made sure to use all my skills to move energy through a plant. After pre fower was over (plants nodes stop growing up) and I left her a few days for the leaves to take in energy building stigmata. Then I done 10-15% defoliations for mid wk into fattening and beyond until I felt was enough removed (3-4 stages). Now on her last few days I took loads of leaves off to help ripening. She's 95% cloudy and 15% or so Amber. I had to give 10l of water to flush the nutes I had given her. 4l was given and ppm was 650. So I had to give another 6L to get the ppm down to 250 area. 3 days its been under light for 11hrs with 30m of UV-A doses from 65cm away (they are attached to my light IR/UV45) FLOWERING/RIPENING WEEKS Plant moved very nicely through fattening. Buds are lots but whets there is pretty darn good for been at the side of a FC3000 300w light in a 1m2 tent doing many other plants. And this been by far been under the best part of it. It sat on the outskirts as this fem is one of my 1st 5 I started together with 7 autos in phase 1 of my 6 phase crop with 10-15 plants per phase. Took (NUMBER 4 this 1 is). 14 weeks from seed. And she's been through a hard flush. As the last 4.5 weeks she's been on Xpert Nutrients. NUTRIENT GIVEN So I know tats a large list. But as I updated my a lot of weeks into 1. I left on the list what was given. All of plagron was given through most of the grow right through to the middle of fattening and then I switched it (all my plants to Xpert Nutrients bloom nutes). And even then, I normally give more than 2-3 nutrients in 1 feeding 2-3 day window. Its important tat a plant take up these as individual so I typically leave a few days or at least 1-2 water feeds (or low ec feeds such as an enzyme, or calmag to help break down any excess nutrients left behind from last feed) I added my SE5000 and have this 60+cm away just finish off the ripening process. Pant has a good amount of bud. And really like this breeder. What have I been missing out on Sweet Seeds both plants are dreams to grow. Thanks to my sponsors. Plant is looking good 😊, fully recovered from defoliation, I set the lights closer, switched them to 12h of light per day, and did some spraying to control pests with neem oil and organic Marseille soap, everything good so far . Can't wait to see the flowers forming. I used a net to open up the branches, and get more colas, it worked but I think stressed out the plant a bit and the fact that I did it in the flowering period didn't helped, so next time I'll do it way before, but I recently bought the net so.. anyway I kept the net on for three days, and now I decided to remove it cause was getting me lot of troubles accessing the setup in general, watering, basically made impossible any movement inside the tent. Still did is thing and now I have not the best even canopy but many more top colas for sure. Please give me any advice, I've noticed it is drying out lot faster, humidity is still at 58% but I believe the roots are much more developed. I will leave home for 2 or 3 weeks, my sister will have the duty to just water, can't ask her more, hope for the best. So updates will be very rare but she'll take pictures for me and for us :D .

Sept 20th Moved to a new res with 2 other flavours. The one in the middle is critical daddy purple, the one at the front is cement shoes I stopped topping after the second cut so I’m focusing on 4 main colas I put this res on its own air pump and I am using all 4 air outlets I have also put in a pump with spray manifold, as well as insulating the complete res including the lid

the week has been smooth the leaves are fading / dying and i fed 1ml in a liter of water twice in the last 10 days but thinking about starting a flush now its been about 62 days and fastbuds site says 9 weeks. the hairs are mostly white still besides on a few buds its 25% and like 80% orange on 1 bud. trichomes are starting to look amber on sugar leaves about 10-15% amber trichs i need a better loupe to see close up tho. the buds just keep fattening up slowly but surely. im trying to be patient and let them get juicy even if its taking longer than the website advertised, (probably due to me dropping her in veg and overwatering in seedling stages) either way, super happy with the results so far and im thinking about getting another light. im going to try growing 2 plants under the 1 light until then but i think i could fit 3 or maybe 4 if i had a 2nd light. hopefully getting a 2nd tent soon too.

flowering has takin off quite well i had to wait some time before i could re emend the soil due to not having any. Now that i do have some there should be some major growth with the coming weeks, I Topped with worm castings and Gaia Greens Power Bloom Dry amendments! Watering When dry Method Aswell i dont think i mentioned this!

First off this week found some spider mites have managed to get them all other than that week 3 of flower and were seeing a nice even canopy not the biggest of auto flower but has produced a good amount of bud sites. My other lady is budding nicely she looks like shes going to produce some rock hard nuggs update coming next week #automendo #monster genetics

So far things just seem to continue to get worse. Will continue to monitor. Suspecting my flush wasn't fully effective. I flushed it again with another 8L of distilled water with some Flawless Finish to help remove slat buildup. The last 2L I mix in half a tablespoon of organic backstrap molasses. the next day the soil was almost completely dry so she must have been really thirsty or the flush was successful. Will continue to monitor and probably give the next feeding at 25% strength just to ensure it has nutrients in the soil I don't think that could possibly hurt anything and at least it has something than nothing after this whole flushing process this week, top leaves are looking a little yellow so probably needing some Nutrients. Feed 2L of Nutrients mixed at 25% strength. The pot was bone dry after a day. She must have been thirsty, has been really hot and humid the past few days but tent temps are stayed the same mostly. Hope that the flush was successful and it's now just able to drink up what it needs and will stop showing signs of deficiencies. Gave her a haircut, removed some sucker leaves and some small ugly looking ones that were affected from the last week of issues. FIM'd the rest of the outter branch nodes, ones I did last week already split in to two new nodes Have solved my soil pH issue, up from 5.27ph last week to 6.33ph now. And run off of 420ppm now from 1870ppm. Learned I need to be more careful with the feedings and make sure I'm using straight water in-between to prevent salt build up again. Overall the plant has a nice structure to her. Depending how next week goes I may flip into from after next week or the week after if she still needs a little more time. Considering it did grow its first month with only 2 Amazon basic LEDs. I started off slow, also I have a 4ft tall tent so I don't want her getting too tall before I flip into flower

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now about 2 weeks into flower, and the stretch is winding down. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I will start to add a PK booster this week. I also will be switching to light from V1 to F1 sometime this week, and also integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The 5X5 is really starting to fill up nicely, I am running two dehumidifiers outside of the tent and I am able to maintain around 50% RH in the tent during lights on, and around 55% RH with lights off. Still very happy with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 90% in the V1 cycle and will be transitioning to the F1 cycle later this week. Overall, the plants seem very happy and healthy. The temperature and humidity is significantly dropping so that helps keeping the tent cool and not overly humid. This is by far the best time of year to be flowering plants in my region.
