Total days above ground: 63 Total flower nights: 24 Just beyond 3 weeks into flower and the plants are showing their potential. Three Animal Mints are lookingn strong. AM3 may have a highe rleaf ratio around buds, but should be some nice colas even if a bit more work to trim than the others. This strain is probably the most consistent pheno-to-pheno of the three, but Kush Mints is quite consistent too. All of the MSNL plants are robust and strong. Second grow with excellent results from this breeder. I did not pay for these seeds, but I am not a shill, either. If one of them grew all whacky like the mountaintop mint, I'd voice the same complaints. The clearly care about such traits in their selection process. Overall the canopy has filled in nicely. I have a couple spots where light is wasted and I'll make some adjustments to the process to fix that for future grows. Now that I've settled on plant size and number of plants, improvements can be made each cycle until it's clockwork. I like the 12-cola vs 8 cola experiement. I've got a fairly long list of edits to make to various sections of my "bible," which means I liked the outcomes of most of my incremental adjustments. Continual, systematic improvement in action... One other incremental change on the docket but not yet realized will be dropping nutrient concnetration once vegetative growth ends. Exact timing will be based on what I see in the foliage. I see some minor tip curl and its a bit darker than I want. So, it may come sooner than later. This'll be something I tweak over the next few grow cycles until I'm happy with the late-flower health. I'll drop fertilizer concentration 10-15% on next refill and see how that plays out. It'll take a couple refills of reservoir to near 100% transition without draining it. If necessary, I'll drain and do a full refill for more pressing needs. A rez scrub before final stretch is coming, regardless. Side note: The impacts of VPD can be enormous. Last year (2025-2 diary) I had a humidifier wick get fouled and RH dropped while VPD spiked for more than a few days, thinking I could power through or that the canopy would soon provide more moisture. Nope, growth stalled in a significant way. By comparing day 34-42-49 of 2025-2 and day 38-42-49 of this diary, I can see a huge difference in growth at same point above ground. The consitency with which i do things makes it fairly certain it's the extende period with extremely high VPDs that caused the difference. Also, interesting that it mostly catches back up by completion of third week of flower. The size difference is nearly undone by this point, though 2025-2 took 4 days longer vege phase to get there. Even so, I still think this grow is more than 4 days ahead of 2025-2 (the difference in vegetative phae duration). Time will tell if the development is ahead of the pace in 2025-2 or whether it's simply mostly an offset due to a less efficient vege phase for 2025-2.

Day 70 - She grew 4cm this week. Her flowers are not as developed as any of her tent mates, looks like she's going to take her time flowering. That's ok. I'm happy to wait 😀

09/17: Started flowering already! I am confused By this as i have never had an auto start flowing so soon. Admittedly i have only grown like 3 other autos. But they were well into week 4 before i started showing signs of flower. I think these are going to be tiny little plants.

--------------- Start week 3 -------------- We started week 3 as we ended week 2, which is great. She continues strongly at the beginning of this week and seems almost unstoppable. She clearly enjoys her surroundings and looks very healthy. She has started preflowering and seems to be gearing up for another explosion in growth. She is very good at leaftucking and has already developed a good number of shoots. On to more! A new update at the end of this week. ----------------- Update Week 3: ----------------- End of another fantastic week for MBAP. This week was all about pre-flowering and you can see that she is preparing for an explosive bloom. She has benefited enormously from the LST that I applied and has a good number of shoots ready to explode during flowering. In addition to leaftucking, have also removed the lower shoots so that she can concentrate her energy on the upper shoots. I also did the biotabs in the ground in the middle of the week. We have opted for 3 biotabs in 20-25l soil. Have waited several weeks before putting the tabs in the ground because we work here with aitoflowers. And they prefer a light feeding regiment for the first few weeks. We are going to gradually lower the humidity and get ready for flowering and week 4! Until next update

01/09/2022 Finally time to flower, and all girls went into flower room at lights out.The males will be next week, don't want to put them in to early so I will carefully check every day and separate before they open their flowers. I'm guessing week 3-4 I Will select two branches on each female to selectively pollinate. 01/11/2022 Blue Matter #5 (update #5 culled male) repotted with lemon og seed Will continue in her own evolving diary. My hope is to eventually graft different cuts for a multiple variety mom plant, I can have 6 total plants And would be nice to be able to maintain only one mom.

Was such a pleasant harvest from start to finish, no issues at all. A tip for next time would be to have the SCRoG lower as I couldn’t really tuck any node sights this time round, smells absofuckinglutely amazing from 3RD week bloom onwards!

This past week I pushed the nutrient EC value to 2.8 these plants need it! Tomorrow is the first 12/12 light cycle, will be adding Si to help with internodal spacing. Chitosal definitely sparked growth, one more foliar application before I add it to the reservoir. Am excited to see flower formation this scrog is large. Timing will be improved next time by popping more seeds to guarantee germination.

I don’t think I ever had white powdery mildew and I was just noid of every little dust particle that came around. All good. I’m now battling high temps as we don’t have central air and it’s mid 90s outside. Most likely about to buy an ac unit. LST seemed to go ok but we shall see. Overall very pleased w my results so far. Hello! Hello! This week has been another solid week in the books. I did quite a bit of defoliation this week as the ladies were in need of it. Wanted to open up some airflow for them as well as get some of those lower bud sites some light. I am currently feeding about 3 gallons a day as these girls are drinking quite a bit. First gallon I feed is from the extra I mixed on res change for the week, then I have typically been going with RO water and Cal-mag for my other two. I am still learning and figuring out feedings, but so far so good this run. I am thinking I should have done a second trellis net as well, they just keep stretching, but seem like they should be pretty close to done, but still more than I anticipated. Quite a bit different from my first run, those plants were super short and bushier, more of the typical Indica style. I think its definitely easier to defoliate and train these plants, but that could be my knowledge has grown a little as well. No plans to do anything else to them other than monitor the environment, keep up with my res and monitor that, and make sure these light penetration and airflow is good! Excelente resultado el que hemos obtenido con estas cepas de kannabia, pero esta se lleva la palma.. para mi, es la favorita del cultivo. Ha sido la más fácil de cultivar, la que mejor se adapto en el espacio de cultivo.. bastante productiva y con una resina brutal. Sabores cítrico y mango muy acentuado.. es una pasada fumar esta cepa.
