may 11: start of week 7

Green Gelato coming along nice and steady, loads of bud development since last week and still 4 days left of this week. Looking to start flushing in the next 4 days. Will see by day 56. She's smelling beautifully, can really smell a sweet fruity apricot/orange aroma which to me would be the sunset sherbet lineage in her but terps are still developing and changing so we will see. Tale of two plant. Plant 1 has been the perfect plant so far during flower no really issue and is growing frosty. She look like she will be ready in a week or so Plant 2 is finally coming into shape and starting to get frosty, still lagging behind plant 1 in bud form and frostiness hopefully by harvest it will catch up about 2-4 weeks left

Buds are hardening but not getting much bigger, 0 vertical growth. Leaf tip burn so diluted the nutrients. Funny little plant.

todo muy bien! esperando paciente el desarrollo de los cogollos, conociendo y viendo los puntos de maduracion asi como la fertilizacion ajustando a su maximo que creemos posible para incentivar que los cogollos engorden, ahora en adelante les hare segumiento de la grande principalmente, que es la que cumple con la edad del diario, ya que las otras como se explico en un principio venian recien cultivadas por eso tienen un par de semanas de retraso , tambien hay una hermafrodita, que al detectar como comentamos semanas anteriores aplicamos al tecnica vista de un cultivador mexicano, consistia en romper los brotes de machos las pelotas con el fin de que no vuelvan a salir, dejando solo los pelos estigmas de las hermbras, si bien el cogollo queda maltratado, al parecer se detiene el crecimiento, asi que estamos viendo como rinde ese experimento.

Start of week 3 of flowering. This Blue Dream girl is hungry! She's needing more feeding each week, now up to 6 liters per feeding. Bud sites are developing nicely, added B52 to the feed this week too.

Day 67. Buds have become fat. Trichomes ah becoming visible clear. Fresh reservoir change out yesterday.

Day 49: She is back on Day 51: She keeps pushing strong. Ive used some LST to even out her height. Also defolaited a bit every day and removed some lower bud shoots. Summary of how I got her back: The problem I have identified was slight overwatering and too high temperatures. Thats why her leafs hang down in veg, and are now cupping a bit in flower. Unfortunately I cant get the temperatures down much. When possible, im decreasing the lights during the day, and increase them at night while pulling cold air. Current night temperatures are around 15C, but I only reach arround 23C with 60% rh in the tent. This should be fine, but the leaf temperatures are probably a bit higher. I also hang the light as low as possible right now since that also helps with the temps. I keep the lights at about 45%, which results at 20h at a dli at roughly 38. A bit of an increase in the night times will hopefully push this to 45 overall. Also fed her today with 1 silica | 1,5 calmag | 2 grow | 1,5 micro | 1,5 bloom. She took 2,5 l of water.

So this was the first week I saw active budding. Also the first week for issues. Had a phosphorus deficiency issue. Feeding twice a week instead of once a week now. Removed the large fan leaves which were suffering most. She seems to be perking back up though. Hopefully a better report next week.

After the soak, planted the seed about 1/4 inch down directly into my soil mix, which is basically promix HP with worm castings, and moistened the soil with a 1 litre spray bottle of ph’d distilled water and 1 ml of Sensi Cal Mag plus 2-0-0. I have a digital humidifier which was set to 70% , and a small 250watt heater I place outside my tent behind my intake fan to draw in the warm air. Keeps the tent at a nice and cozy 25* C or 79* F. I raised my BP2500 as high as I could, and dimmed it down (manually - there is a screw on the side of the driver to adjust) to about 115watts at the wall. The seeds were planted on the evening of Aug 29/2022. I typically place a humidity dome over the pot to increase humidity during germination. All 3 sprouted on Sept 1/2022 by the end of the work day. 🌱 spent the week refilling the humidifier, and using my ph’d distilled water/cal mag solution in a spray bottle twice a day, just little spritz’s at a time. Apologies for the delayed update. The grow goes on.... I was planning on harvesting last week, but I decided to let her go a little bit longer because she is packing on some good weight and the trichomes are still milky with hardly any amber. I think I'm going to let it go one more week. The flush is starting to take effect now. The leaves are start to change colour.

Patiently waiting for her stretch to finalise and focus on buds!! Very happy with the overall health and look of the plant. Maybe another 4-5 weeks harvest?
