On to week 2. This is interesting to say The least. VS-1 has a strange mutation. These will be sex tested this week. I was delayed because the USPS lost my farmer freeman kits. They came in 10 days late😭😭

They are stretching a little bit but they should balance out. If they don’t turn out good I might just do clones but it has been a fun experiment

Week 6

The plant grew well without much problem. The arm that got broken was completely healthy this week. Nugs getting fatter ;)

Day 24-31 (Day 25) The smell in here is absolutely ridiculous. My last grow didn’t smell even close to this bad in early flower. (Day 27) Stretch is finally all done. #6 in the back is very stout and barely stretched compared to everything else. I doubt it will yield much but I’m excited to see the nice tight colas on it. It seems to be still getting adequate light and raising it up is hard to do with a scrog net so I will just leave it. If it wasn’t getting enough light it would be stretching right? The early frost is really shocking to me. My last indoor round definitely wasn’t this caked and I’ve never had an outdoor plant on this level either. That’s also true in terms of smell too. (Day 29) I’m still debating whether I should feed anything in flower or just leave it. The only deficiency I’m seeing is purple stems from P def which could actually just be from light intensity rather than a lack of P. I’ve done some thinking and I’ve decided to only feed my small plant. What I’m most curious about is if a PK boost will actually make any kind of a difference in flower when it comes to bud size and smokability. So to test this theory I will be top dressing a teaspoon of 0-18-0 bat guano, a tablespoon of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and a half strength watering of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m trying to avoid N all together as I just toxed my guinea pig plants with another experimental flowering PK boost that had a very small amount of N in it. This plant in particular actually has very early signs of N def and probably will fade harder than the rest. (Day 31) Shit. Looks like #1 is starting to herm. It’s definitely not environment or light leaks so maybe it’s just genetic or the recent leaching stressed it out too much. Either way, it’s only a single lower branch and I’m prepared to cut her down if I start seeing anymore. I double checked every other budsite but couldn’t find anymore. In my experience true herms usually start pushing bananas out of the main tops and plants like mine can usually be salvaged with little to no seeded bud. But then again it’s day 31, when these things usually start to happen. I’m 50/50 on this one. I will be watching it everyday like a hawk if anymore show up. The breeder I’m using, ‘Jordan of the Island’s’ is notorious for having unstable genetics and this will be the last time I run any of his stuff. The quality is good, certainly better than most European and Dutch genetics I’ve run but I know I could do better where genetics are concerned. I can’t wait to start hunting my archive dosidos x gelato 41 and in house sugarcane.

things are still on the go..Looking at the tricomes the are still clear with hints of cloudy.. Coming along pretty well. Im just watering with plain water now and just enough for a light runoff. Ec is low already and I don't think I can get it to anything less. Just doing routine maintenence this week. There has been no change in the colour of the leaves and this is the 11th day of. plain water.. Its all a waiting game.. I also changed the light schedule to a 11-13...... its supposed to help in trichome ripening... I hope. 😀 The vanilla Kush looks ready but I'm not sure. If anyone has an opinion on how much longer please share

It was overall a very very fast grow, definitely in the room im growing in now. I had 2 different lights on her and she still decided to be done within 10 weeks!

The buds on this girl were quite small but they came out veeery dense. The smell wasn't anything special as she was growing but now that she's cured, it smells like a really nice strong indica with hints of citrus. But she was incredibly easy to grow and so quick to recover! Couldn't be happier with the final outcome and really happy about growing this strain!

Monday we trimmed up an tied down the Queen of Diamonds an they are bouncing back so great, looking super strong! Now we will let them a the VSOPs recover over the next few weeks and then will give them another trim! Moved her into a new 80x80x160 tent two days ago and the 20 extra cm in height were necessary to accommodate the stretch. Her light has also been upgraded to 150 cm. I'm happy with the density of the bud sites and expecting a good yield.

Week 2 update all 4 plants 15 days old. So the video is one day ahead of the pics. The only thing that really happened this week was blue dream #4 laid over and I did decide to support her back upright. I actually gave them their first pump spray watering tonight with just plain 6.5ph water. As u can see in pic blue dream 1 is already not happy with the heavier watering but a day or two and she will perk back up. I think she has finally completed her stretch, it’s getting very shiny and sticky in the tent and the buds continue to grow nicely. She continues to be super thirsty and I think i will shorten the tank change intervals. From the 11 cuttings I took in flower around 9 made it and started to root quite nicely. However I think I was a bit to generous with the nutrients, which is corrected for the next week. A third net was installed in anticipation of the main colas getting to top heavy at a later stage. I also increased the canna boost by another 25 ml.
