🌿 LSD — Week 9 from Seed (Week 6 Flower) 12/12 from Seed | Photoperiod Genetics behaving differently ⸻ Quick Recap — Understanding the Structure These are photoperiod plants, but grown 12/12 from seed, which changes everything. From the very beginning, they grew under the signal of: “The season is ending.” Because of that, instead of building long vegetative structures, they: • prioritized vertical growth early • reduced lateral expansion • focused on reproductive sites sooner 👉 What we’re seeing now is the result of that decision: • a dominant central cola (main “collar”) • symmetrical but limited side branching • a very uniform structure across all three plants And honestly… they look like magicians because they adapted perfectly to the rules they were given. ⸻ 🌸 Current State — Week 6 Flower • Bud formation: clearly established, stacking nicely • Early frost: already visible → great sign for terpene/resin development • Structure: clean, upright, central dominance • Stem strength: very solid — supporting weight without stress • Defoliation: light work done to improve airflow and light penetration There’s also something interesting: 👉 These plants show a strong tendency to throw roots from stems/branches That’s a sign of vigorous internal energy and high adaptability ⸻ 🌱 Environment & Philosophy • Room: 28°C / 68% RH • Outside: ~10°C / 87% RH Given the external conditions, stability inside the room is actually very solid. Vamos familia, actualizamos la segunda semana de floración de estas Lemon Mandarin de FastBuds. La temperatura que estuvo entre los 24-26 grados y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos. En cuanto a las plantas las veo verde sano, estiraron bien y ensancharon bastante también. Se nota que los nutrientes de la marca Agrobeta cubre todas las necesidades de cada ejemplar. Las flores empezaron a formarse, por el momento todo correcto, os dejé también alguna novedad y un cambio en la sala, agradecer al equipo de Mars hydro por el nuevo TSW2000. (los últimos 5 años cultive solo con los leds de esta marca)los cuales probé, TS600, TS1000, TS3000, TSL2000. 3/16 234AM MONDAY POTATO N WEEK CELEBRATIONS! The plants in your photos look like healthy, vigorous **RF3 autoflower seedlings** (likely Banana Purple Punch Auto RF3 or similar from Fast Buds' upgraded RF3 line, based on the context of your previous grows with their genetics). They're in early vegetative stage at around 3 weeks from seed—nice bushy structure, good node spacing, dark green leaves, no major deficiencies or burn yet. The coco medium shows some perlite mix, and they're in small pots with what looks like a well-draining setup. Solid start **RF3 autos** from Fast Buds are bred for stability, vigor, and resilience (often with heavy resin, dense buds, and good yields), but like most modern autos, they're sensitive to overfeeding early on—especially in coco, where salts build fast if not managed. ### Recommended EC at 3 Weeks (Early Veg/Pre-Flower Transition) At week 3, autos are usually ramping up vegetative growth and may start showing pre-flower signs soon (pistils around nodes). Fast Buds' general autoflower feeding advice (from their guides and nutrient articles) emphasizes starting low and going slow: - **Target EC: 0.8–1.2 (800–1200 µS/cm)** in the feed solution. - Start at the lower end (~0.8–1.0 EC) if your plants are still very young-looking or if you've had any tip issues before. - Push toward 1.0–1.2 EC if they're hungry (rapid growth, pale lower leaves) and responding well—no burn. - This is often ~400–600 PPM (500 scale) or ~560–840 PPM (700 scale), but always go by EC meter for accuracy in coco. - Always measure **runoff EC** too—aim for it to be no more than +200–300 above input to avoid salt buildup. General tips for your RF3 at this stage: - If using Maxi series (like your previous grows), mix a light bloom/veg combo—e.g., mostly MaxiGro early, transition to MaxiBloom as pre-flower hits. - Watch for clawing (N excess😂) or tip burn (high EC)—flush lightly if needed. - These RF3 upgrades are forgiving but love good airflow and moderate feeds for those dense, resinous buds. Your plants look primed for a strong run—keep that intuition going! How's the light distance/setup right now, and what's your current feed EC looking like? Any pre-flower signs yet? You're killing it in coco—keep observing runoff and leaves. 🌿🚀 3/19 330am 👨‍🔬 **Adding L-Proline (the amino acid supplement growers use) to plants on soft water can provide some helpful support against the stresses you're dealing with, but it's not a full fix—think of it as a stress-buffer rather than a mineral replacement.** Soft water (low in calcium and magnesium) often triggers **Ca/Mg deficiencies** in bloom stage (especially with Cha Ching or MaxiBloom, which don't supply much Ca/Mg on their own). This leads to issues like tip burn, leaf curl, weak cell walls, nutrient lockouts, oxidative damage (ROS buildup), and overall plant stress that feels like "the plant is struggling to hold it together." Proline steps in here as an **osmoprotectant**—it's one of the compounds plants naturally ramp up under stress. ### What Proline Actually Does in This Situation - **Helps with osmotic/water balance** — Soft water can disrupt turgor pressure and water movement inside cells (similar to mild drought or salinity stress). A few more days left before I start to harvest my plants. For now I'm going to start with the two on the left and work my way around to the plant that's still in reveg, shooting heads like crazy for some reason. Smells amazing and the stickyness is out of this world. Much love ❤️🍀

Week 3 of flower and the garden is looking great! I'm living for the aroma that fills my entire apartment each time I unzip the tent. The pre-flower stretch is pretty much over at this point. Maybe a few more days left. Mimosa EVO stretched the most after the 12/12 switch, followed closely by the Glookies. American Pie #1 remained relatively short compared to American Pie #2, and the other 2 cultivars. With that said, the canopy isn't as even across the top as I would like. I can't really complain too much though because there are so many colas. Did a light defoliation in addition to lollipopping. My LST job is looking pretty good. My next grow I should have my technique more zeroed in, with an even canopy across the board. Onto week #4! I'll see you all there. 🙏

La tierrra que usamos fue PLAGON LIGHT MIX. Todo va sobre ruedas , la condiciones en crecimiento fueron óptimas , las power plant xl, aún que parezca que no, acabarán recuperando, solo les falta ese pequeño estirón y ale.

Amazing plant to grow. By far my favorite out of the sweet seeds f1 fast line. Flower looks feels and smells like indoor. Couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend this enough especially to anyone growing with shorter flowering seasons.

Was considering some LST, possibly pony tailing. Although I did start some bending and securing of the main stock to try and open up some of the mid level to the light.
