Strain: Chocolate Haze (Royal Queen Seeds) Medium: Coco bricks (Action budget bricks – hell yeah 💰) Light cycle: 12/12 from seed Grow Style: No training, no stress – just flow Grow Medium Prep: 500L of coco – never again in one go 😅 The Kickoff 🚀 This run started off wild and direct – no veg time, straight into 12/12 with Chocolate Haze. I wanted a quick turnaround and thought, hey, why wait? I germinated 14 seeds, hoping for at least 9 strong ladies. Ended up with 11 survivors – not bad! First few weeks were a bit chaotic: stretching due to low light (I tucked the seedlings under mature plants, which I do not recommend 😆), and the coco prep took way longer than expected. But hey, that's the game. Early Veg/Bloom — Lessons Learned pH: Started a bit high; some light green leaves at first EC: Too low at 1.3 — they weren't having it. Upped to 1.7 and then to 2.1 later Environment: New extractor dropped temps way down (25°C vs my usual 30°C). Thought it would help, but growth felt slower Coco quirks: They looked overwatered at times, but coco is tricky like that. Eventually, roots hit the bottom and they took off Around mid-March (3 weeks in), pistils showed up – officially the start of flower. I topped them once just before full bloom kicked in. Always a strange move, cutting healthy plants... but they bounced back beautifully. Nice and bushy now. Week 2–5 Flowering 🌸 These ladies are small but mighty. Not tall, but full of energy. The canopy is tight and even (except for one shorty), and they've been stretching like crazy — classic sativa move. Had to raise the lights twice in two days. I’ll probably do some defoliation soon to slow things down a bit. Environment is now dialed in: Temp: 30°C with lights on RH: Holding nicely in that humid sweet spot CO₂: Set to 500ppm (passive mostly, no full-on enrichment) Feeding is now solid, color has recovered beautifully, and the buds are starting to form nice stacks. I’ve kept it low-stress — no nets, no heavy training, just letting them do their thing. Observations & Setup Tweaks 🔧 Ventilation: Running the fan at just 30% now. Tent takes 18 seconds to vacuum seal, which tells me airflow is minimal – less CO₂ loss. CO₂ System: Minimal usage at 500 ppm. I’m not going all-out with gas bottles; it’s just there as a buffer. Structure: These Chocolate Haze plants don’t get tall, but they do fill out nicely. Perfect for a space where height is limited. Auto side note: One of the autos in the same tent is way taller, but less dense. Makes me appreciate the Chocolate Haze structure even more. Current Status (April 17) 📆 We’re deep into flower now — week 5, and it shows. Buds are swelling and resin production is kicking in. Nothing major to report (which is kind of the point of this grow — set and forget). Just a slight dry issue with one auto, which I adjusted on the Blumats. Besides that? Happy plants, happy grower. 🌞 Check the latest pics — they speak for themselves. Final Thoughts (So Far) 💭 This Chocolate Haze grow has been chill, efficient, and surprisingly hands-off. The direct 12/12 schedule really works when you're going for a fast cycle with minimal hassle. And even though I’m usually more into hybrids, this sativa-dominant lady is winning me over — the structure, the vigor, the smell… mmm. Now we wait for the real magic — the last few weeks of flower. All of the ladies are now starting to flower except the NHL I think it’s a little behind but all in all they are growing great! Day 31 - Everything seems to be going great, fed the ladies yesterday havnt had any more issues yet (Thankfully) thanks for following & happy growing friends✌️🏼🌱 Day 33- A few of the ladies have some dead leaves not sure if it’s normal or if something is wrong.. they all seem pretty healthy other wise!

👽Salaam to all! Another week has passed. Today I will start with nutritional information this week, I will tell you how I trained my beauty and what basic fertilizers I use. 👋This week I made a new solution, for ~ 9.5 liters of water I used: Liquid Silicone 3 ml 2 milliliters Calcium Magnesium 7.8 Gro, 5.2 Micro, 2.6 Bloom And 6.5 ml pH Down I got 666ppm and 5.5 pH. I immediately poured 8 liters into the system, and within a week I topped up the leftovers and adjusting the PH from time to time. Additionally, on the sheet, I use stimulants Root Booster, Energy Spell, Fulvic. 💪Now about training: At the beginning of the week, I did super cropping, a technique that involves breaking the stem of a plant to inflict minor damage and stress on it. And as we know, the natural response to stress in our plant is the production of cannabinoids. Therefore, by properly sprinkling the branches of the plant, we will kill two birds with one stone: we will get an effective bush shape and increase the potential of the cones. I also did this so that the side branches grow back faster and the plant does not receive early stress from the cut off head. At the end of the week, I did the topping, as the plant continued to grow well and reached the 6 floors I needed. Topping (from the English verb to top - to cut; in Russian it is also used "to stomp") - a cut of the top of the plant between the nodes (internodes / pairs of leaves). Such training is carried out when the plant already has nodes. This breaks the classic herringbone shape of the plant, giving the nodes light and air. And the plant, instead of concentrating all its forces on the central cola, begins to pay attention (read energy and nutrients) to new growth points, which will later become colas. 🙌And finally, I'll tell you about fertilizers: We need to start with this: GHE Flora Series (now called Terra Aquatica in my country), consisting of three components and developed in California in the mid 70s of the last century. Since then, its formula has been improved many times. This drug is able to give a plant everything that it needs at all stages of its growth by varying the proportions of its components and their concentration. It contains all the necessary useful elements and trace elements. FloraGro. This component provides the plant with vigorous growth during the growing season. FloraBloom. I came back to the fridge after 6 days and stretch was running massively. They grew like 20cm in 6 days I changed my climate to: 27° C 60% rlf in order to adapt to early flower Day and Night same 45% light about 580ppfd Still running the water in a circle. Adjusted the scrog a bit in order to fill the space more They eat like 1100ppm CO2 an hour 😎 __________________ Update: last 2 videos show day 8 of flower ,🤙🏼 Decided to give them a heavy defoliation due to it being a closed loop system and them emitting tons of humidity. So far so nice 🏼

First of all thanks to the SSSC for this opportunity, this is going to be a test grow fot the club but also a pheno hunt at the same time! We started to germinate 8 regular seeds for this first diary the 21st of august, next couple of days i will update the germination ratio! And after that the week 1 starts hopefully we get a reasonable amount of females here!

Week 9 .......... Flower Week.........June 6 to 12, 2020 ........ Days 57 to 63 from germination She took a lot of shape this week and buds are swelling. She has reacted well with Massive and has increased her nodal spacing. Now she needs to work bulking up and filling in that spacing😀👍 A little more leaf strip at the end of the week to let more light into the middle of her. Focussed on the leaves on the inside of her and left a number of the fan leaves on the perimeter of her to help with sugar production. Her hairs have never really been long but the buds are swelling in nicely. They started off a little small but have grown a lot wider in the last week.......as expected in week 9. Starting to see some possible nutrient issues forming as she is aging and some of her leaf tips are starting to curl down a bit. Red hairs have started so we should be less than three weeks to go and guess at roughly 2 weeks to go. Will be feeding next week but that might be the end......see what the week brings. Environment has been hovering at 79 degrees and 61 percent humidity for most of the week. Yeast and sugar CO2 in use. Still feel there is going to be trade off battling the pH issues of the pots by feeding her 4.5 water and feed. I have to keep it that low to have a runoff of 6.6pH🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪 Going to start letting the pH drift higher the next couple of days though and give a couple of waterings at 5.6 to ensure she is taking up enough phosphorus and potassium. The frost coming out on this girl now but she is a little slower coming on. Anticipate the last two weeks here should see good frost coming out. Have not even really looked at it too much yet to be honest. Changed up some of the supplements this week and added in some Advanced Nutrients Big Bud and Overdrive. Always liked Overdrive and when moving the bottles had more than I realized so figured I would change it up a bit......she is already fighting pH issues so no further harm. She is a very pretty little girl and she has beautiful shape. Not bending over her top seems to have been okay for this girl. Just keeping the side branches pulled apart so the light gets done the middle to bud sites😃 Nice work Sweet Seeds.....she is looking great so far.........freaking resilient dealing with pH so high!!!!!!!!!🙏🙏 Little more detail: June 6, Day 57 VPD - 1.2 3L feed - Big Bud, Vitathrive, Rezin, Liquid Weight, Velokelp, CalMag, Dual Fuel. 1150ppm and 5.0pH.......pH little higher today. Lots of runoff as fed late last night. Keep an eye to see the result of the higher pH. Colas more defined today. Standing up nice and looking thick today. Fairly green though so keep and eye on the nute levels. June 7, Day 58 VPD - 1.2 7L water - 285ppm and 4.4pH......checking pH in medium Runoff was 580ppm with 6.8pH Hairs are whiter now and buds are wider and stacking. June 8, Day 59 VPD - 1.2 Dry out day....... She is dark and bushy. June 9, Day 60 VPD - 1.2 4L Feed - Sensizym, Rezin, Vitathrive, Liquid Weight, Massive, Terpinator, Dual Fuel. 1150ppm and 4.2pH.......pulling down a little more since last runoff number. Fair bit of runoff from the feed. Starting to fatten up a bit more.....branches are looking larger. June 10, Day 61 VPD - 1.2 3L Feed - Overdrive, Rezin. 485ppm and 4.5pH Just some supplements and feed tomorrow. Her side branches are reaching up more and increasing the nodal spacing. Now she needs to fill that gap in😃👍 Noticing a pattern with Massive and nodal spacing????? June 11, Day 62 VPD - 1.2 Dry out day....... June 12, Day 63 VPD - 1.2 4L Feed - Terpinator, Overdrive, Rezin, Vitathrive, Sensyzime, Liquid Weight, Dual Fuel. 1380ppm and 4.5pH Hitting her and Sweet n Sour harder as they get closer to the end. She is 19” tall now and 24” wide Leaf strip to increase light penetration......lots of small leaves. Tricomb production getting going now. Nice little Cannabis plant😋😋😋

I think its going quite good with the purple punches, its week 5 already so we continue to provide some extra PK until the end of next week, the smell is great, very fruity 😁

Sie haben jetzt ausreichend Zeit gehabt sich zu generieren. Am Ende der 8 Woche werde ich anfangen den Lichtzyklus langsam auf 12/12 umzustellen. Dann bekommen die Pflanzen für 3 Tage 15/9 Licht bevor ich auf 12/12 umstelle. Somit haben die Pflanzen Zeit sich auf die Blütezeit vorzubereiten. Ansonsten gibt es keinerlei Probleme. Aktuelle Pflanzen Höhe am Tag: 52 #1)18cm #2)14.5cm #3)16cm Denn Dünger scheinen die Pflanzen gut zu vertragen und schmatzen den so weg. Things to look forward to this week: More defoliating! Just trying to strike that balance of airiness and photosynthesis. Plus, I gotta get rid of a bunch of useless back-budding throughout the girls. Focus on that canopy! New dehumidifer on the way. It should be running by Wednesday. Hoping to get down the 45% RH for some arbitrary reason! And it will help me cure better too. I keep telling myself the money is worth it. Started treating my water with some calcium hypochlorite, a.k.a. pool shock, at a rate of 2 PPM which I've worked out to 0.15 g for 50 L (my standard tank build). That doesn't sound like much, but it is detectable on the nose. I'm not concerned about 2 PPM ending up absorbed in the plant, it takes in a certain amount of chlorine anyway and this is well below cannabis' phytotoxicity, apparently. The takeaway: it's safe, just like using city tap (many places) to water plants. 8/5/2019 - The girls look great. Went through and removed a lot of growth with a better sense of what to cull. Snipped a load of bud growth branches that would never make it to the top. They were mostly skrawny sucker branches and a few that would have made nice colas if they managed to reach the light. Gonna be picking out root rot and treating with H2O2 for the dead roots from site 5. Starting to see some brown, just need it not to spread to the living plants. Treating with a 2 PPM chlorine dosage to the reservoir. Had to purge the accumulators anyhow, so everything is being treated with antimicrobial now. I won't get to see them until after work tomorrow, any changes in health will be evident. 8/9/2019 - Dehumidifier #2 arrived today. It shows delivery at 12:20 and the driver placed it right-side-up, so I am good to start it right away. Immediately, I am a little surprised at how warm the air is coming out of this thing. I'll keep an eye on temps.... 8/10/2019 - Wow, the reservoir from the dehumidifier filled up in the middle of the 12 hour cycle and shut off automatically. Really pulled a lot of water out of the air! The temps got too high though. Not too long after lights on today, they temp read 90 degrees F, and I can't have that. Moved dehumidifier outside of tent and now draining into 5 gallon bucket. The tent is moving enough air that the humidity inside and out is the same. Seeing if it can lower the humidity enough outside the tent to benefit.

20.05. I don't have anything special to write, today is the end of her third week, she hasn't made any special progress, the weather is constantly bad... today was a nice day and I took them outside to sunbathe after a long time, from tomorrow everything will be as usual, for the next week only rain, the temperatures won't be as low as before, but it won't be satisfactory either, during the day it will be okay, but again with a little sun... Stay high!

🌱 Barney’s Farm Run – Update Running some strains from Barney’s Farm and things are slowly moving forward. 🌱 Dos Si Dos 33 ✅ Both Dos Si Dos 33 seeds germinated 🌿 They are now planted and starting to grow 🎯 Plan: Let them grow a bit Take clones later Check the phenotype I still have ~10 seeds from this batch, so the idea is to keep backup genetics in case one of these turns out to be mother plant material. 🍊 Mimosa Orange Punch 🔁 Transplanted into a 10L pot Soil mix used: Lurpe Farmers Mix insect frass Now waiting to see how it responds after the transplant. 🏆 Acapulco Gold 🌱 Both seeds germinated 💪 One of the two plants is clearly stronger and growing faster so far. 🍪 Girl Scout Cookies 😅 Only 1 seed germinated from the batch 🌿 The plant is still fighting and trying to keep up For now we let them grow and observe 👀 More updates coming soon 🌱🔥

I started feeding liquid nutrients this week. Although I’m using Nature’s Living Soil Super Soil Autoflower Concentrate mixed with Fox Farm Ocean Forest—so technically I could water only until harvest—I decided to begin liquid feeding in Week 3 at half the recommended dose. I also have a Tray2Grow Autopot system for automatic bottom feeding, but I haven’t activated it yet. When using liquid nutrients via top feeding, I’d need to turn the Autopot system off and wait until the plants absorb all the water in the tray before feeding from the top. Afterward, I’d have to manually turn the system back on. That seems like a hassle compared to just hand-watering and feeding. I could technically add the liquid nutrients to the Autopot reservoir, but that somewhat defeats the purpose of the system. The tank holds 25 gallons—enough to last a few weeks—but if I want to change or rotate nutrients weekly, I’d have to dump the remaining water and remix the solution each time. If I wanted to feed nutrients every other watering, I’d be changing out the tank every 3 days. Plus, liquid nutrients can cause buildup, so I’d need to clean the reservoir and all the tubing regularly. For now, I’ll stick with hand-watering and top feeding. I’ll only switch to the Autopot system if I need to leave town.

Still trucking along. I had my light turned up a bit high for the first week, I turned them down a few days ago and all the plants seemed to enjoy it. Nothing else to report really.
