Overall nice strain the line has obviously been stress tested as she held up amazingly during a heat wave that saw temp rising to 33c at the worst. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys the old skool skunky terp profile and is looking for something abit milder in effect but still leaves you feeling nice and high.

Hello. This is the end of week 5 and the beginning of week 6 of flowering. The plants are bulking up. Getting some weight put on the buds. I can see some branches starting to lean and wondering if I should raise my top net or leave it.... Hmm... Life's decision's... It's been a coolish week here. I'm putting an extra floor fan on low in the tent at nights to ward off the evil... WPM. Sometimes it just takes a bit more air flow and it won't bother you. Another good reason to trim some fan leaves in the middle for better air flow. The stretch has stopped... some branches stopping 6 inches short of the roof. Smells wonderful in here. An overall gelato type of smell with some sweet candy fruit smells. Plant #5 is developing a funky sweet fruity cheezie type of smell. Funky.... The wife and I both said, Mmmm... when we smell it. The garden is going good. Lots of zucchini flowers and tomato's started. I didn't add any wood ash this year, it turns the soil alkaline and I have to guess the right amount of lime to add and get the ph lower, and I don't always get it right. Only added compost from my composter this year and just a sprinkle of lime. Plants love the wood ash but it takes handful's of lime to correct the balance. OK. Have Fun. Chuck.

17.12.24: Seedling is looking nice and healthy, good green colour 👌 I didn't use a humidity dome this time, as the other Seedlings damped off. It has clearly done very well without it, so I don't need it at all really, as my humidity is very high on it's own. It's about 75% currently. 19.12.24: Ok so the powdery Mildew has appeared again, I have not watered, and the plants are doing well. They seem to have recovered significantly since last week. I have scooped out the top layer of soil to get rid of the Mildew, again. I then top dressed with;- Biobizz Light Mix, cinnamon, extra perlite, Vitalink Bat guano, and worm castings. Very pleased with the progress of Watermelon 🍉 Watered in with 100ml containing;- 1ml per litre of Biobizz Bio-Grow and 1ml of Ecothrive Flourish Fingers crossed 🤞 Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️

Hi all! Back with more phone pics!! 😅 Made some changes beginning of the week. The corners where getting a bit too high so I lowered her by removing the grid underneath. This gave her an extra 15cm / 6inch of space. I fed her with some micro elements using Acti-Vera and she really liked it! She was missing some of those I think, now the leaves are pointing to the sun and she even regained some green color. I have to admit that this lady gets me quite exited!! 😃 Red here and there that a lot of growers have quitted before the end so I hope I'll be able to bring her to the finish line! See you next week!

Fruity pebbles auto is doing good. She has a nice start into the solution. I clipped the tips of her long root to help keep root base closer to the basket. Also makes them spread out wider vs longer. Everything is looking good. Se lograron estabilizar después del transplante, y logran comer bastante, los riegos son cada 2 días, allá purple nos da una distancia internodal mas corta que la 10th, aun así ambas están hermosas

🇺🇸 We’re in the finals. Just 3 more days without water and then it’s harvest time. Buds are nicely swollen, resin everywhere and the smell is insane. Can’t wait to chop her down. 🇨🇿 Jsme ve finále. Teď už jen 3 dny bez vody a pak jde na řadu sekyro. Palice jsou krásné, pryskyřice všude a vůně brutální. Už se těším, jak to dopadne 🤠

As soon as I received these seeds I dropped them in a bowl of water @10am on April 30th. Planted directly into soil 7pm at sundown on the 30th. I wet the soil because it was dry. I prefer moist but settled for wet. The temperature was warm enough for germination week. The evenings were still lower 60's F, but the days warmed up above 70 °F. Night 1 it was dry with low 60's F Day 1 we had good sunshine and low 70's F. Day 2 We received a heavy rain in the afternoon and intermittently that night into the morning of the 3rd day (May 3) Our temps cooled off with the rain and we didn't get above 72° F. It was a little wetter than I prefer, but our soil drained well and fastbuds genetics can handle the less than perfect condition. Two popped on May 3rd (day 3) and the last popped on May 4th (day 4). The above listed nutrients were premixed into the soil at the listed rates per gallon of soil.

Week 8 Update: Northern Lights Autoflowers Garden Overview & Environmental Notes: The deck setup is handling late May on the Eastern Plains beautifully. The intense high-altitude sun is perfect for fueling quick development on these autoflowers. The atmospheric action has been classic Colorado—watching some spectacular afternoon storm build-ups, localized rain shafts, and distant lightning patterns out across the plains while the garden stays secure. Plant Metrics & Development (The Transition to Flower): The biggest news for Week 8 is that the Northern Lights sisters are officially shifting gears! We are moving past pure vegetative growth and stepping right into the early transition to flower. Both plants are showing pre-flower development at the nodes and the tops are starting to bunch up as they prepare to stretch. * Charlotte (C Flag): She is clearly displaying early flower development along her main stem and side branches. Her main top is stacking tightly under the sun, holding a stocky, well-spaced structure. * Makayla (M Flag): She is also pushing hard into the transitional phase. Her top growth is distinctively bright green and clustering into early bud sites, showing a healthy vertical profile with a thickening main stem and fan leaves perfectly fanned out to catch the high-altitude rays. Feeding & Maintenance: We are keeping things strictly organic on the deck, running the FOOP nutrient line—including the Veg, Bloom, and Sweetener components—to feed the active microbes and support robust root development. Now that the transition to flower is fully underway, the upcoming feeding schedules will begin leaning into those bloom and sweetener components to support early bud development. The custom halo rings are keeping the root zones perfectly satisfied during this crucial developmental pivot. Looking Ahead: With the sisters officially transitioning, the next couple of weeks should bring some noticeable vertical stretch. They will continue to anchor the deck rotation as we prepare for the late-June relay race strategy to bring the next batch of plants into the mix. Update 5.30.26: Charlotte and Makayla are starting their bloom! First pistils I've seen this year. Always an exciting day.

Day 81 Added an A/C unit. Trying to get the temp down. I’ve got some things to figure out here... Day 82 So the A/C and the Dehumidifier were fighting each other. The solution for now is to have the dehumidifier in there vented out of the tent and the AC unit outside the tent so the intake fan sucks cool air into the tent when the fan kicks on at 80 degrees. Day 83 Well the plants fell over... so now they have been tied up. The buds were getting too heavy and the plant started tilting. All good now. They look incredible! Day 85 Really struggling to keep temps and humidity down. I think keeping the humidity down is more important at this point. Day 87 I finally figured out a configuration that is keeping the plants at a steady 79 degrees. Phew. Also, I’m almost positive now that these are 2 different strains. One smells citrusy and the other more skunky. 2 more weeks!

🌱 White Widow – Week 3 | Structure, Strength & Setup Genetics: White Widow (Zamnesia Seeds) Light Schedule: 11/13 (Flower From Seed) Stage: Week 3 – Preflower (no signs yet) Structure: Compact, Healthy | Heading into 4th Node Feeding: Aptus Full Recipe Lighting: ThinkGrow Model One Bars + Future of Grow Black Series 600W Control: Full TrolMaster Ecosystem ⸻ Three Weeks In – Compact & Confident Here we are, Week 3, and White Widow is showing us her best early form. She’s: • Tight in internodal spacing • Vibrant in color and leaf health • Low & strong, with no stretching yet • Just pushing into her fourth node and still no signs of flowering, exactly what we’d hope in this phase, given our light cycle She’s not rushing—she’s setting her foundation. In an 11/13 light cycle, some might expect earlier preflower signs, but not all strains respond immediately. And honestly? I’m loving this slower, more intentional rhythm. She’s taking her time, and that usually means she’ll stack smart, not wild. ⸻ 💧 Feeding Routine – Gentle, Consistent Support Even though she’s rooted in a rich super soil blend, we’re continuing to assist her via the feed water with a light, targeted Aptus mix: Current Feed Recipe: • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml/L • CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml/L • All-in-One Liquid – 1 ml/L • Start Booster – 0.25 ml/L This isn’t about force-feeding, this is about helping the soil activate and harmonize, giving her what she needs before she starts asking for more. The mix keeps her cell structure strong, supports microbial life, and encourages consistent early root development. She’s loving it and it shows. ⸻ 💡 The Environment – Light & Movement This week, she’s been bouncing between two active grow zones, as we continue to refine the entire setup. It’s all managed within the TrolMaster ecosystem, offering precision control over both lighting and environment. She’s currently rotating between: • ThinkGrow Model One Bars – soft, powerful full-spectrum LED bars with excellent canopy penetration • Future of Grow Black Series 600W – full spectrum, deep reds for flowering intensity Both are synced and monitored through TrolMaster, giving us: • Consistent PPFD targets (250–400 µmol/m²/s for now) • Environmental tracking for temp, RH, and VPD • Freedom to adapt space as needed while the grow evolves 🎛️ Why this setup? Because we’re still dialing in the room and flexibility is everything. She’s adjusting beautifully to these shifts, showing no signs of stress. A real soldier. ⸻ 👀 What to Expect / What Not to Expect Expect: • More node development, maintaining compact shape • Flower pre-signs within the next 7–10 days • Slow, deliberate shift toward stretch (if she chooses to stretch at all) • Stronger feeding signals as roots fully colonize the pot Not to Expect (just yet): • Pistils or heavy flower behavior • Wild vertical growth • Deficiency signs (thanks to our balance and microbial boost) She’s exactly where she needs to be. ⸻ 🤝 Gratitude & Shoutouts Huge thanks to the partners helping this journey become a reality: 🌱 Zamnesia Seeds – for delivering timeless classics like White Widow and keeping the legacy alive 🔧 Aptus Holland – for the precision nutrients that support both living soil and direct feeding 💡 ThinkGrow – for elegant, pro-level light bar systems that keep our canopy even and calm 🚀 Future of Grow – for the Black Series 600W, bringing serious intensity and bloom readiness 🧠 TrolMaster – for letting us control every detail, from light to leaf, with precision and peace of mind ⸻ 💚 Final Thoughts – Week 3 This White Widow is more than just a plant, she’s a rebirth after a rough start, a solo performance, and now she’s writing her own pace into this grow. No rush. No shortcuts. Just care, balance, and a slow, steady climb toward bloom. We’re watching closely, learning daily, and adjusting with love. Thank you for walking this path with us.
