welcome to šŸ“… Day 29 of the grow Day 1 of flower 7/5/2021 sorry for the late update I just found out my wife is pregnant with our first šŸ‘¶. the girls are doing great under the new grow feeding and coming along great. see you all on Thursday for my next update. Happy growing and keep your stick on the ice šŸ’ Update: šŸ“… Day 4 of flower 7/9/2021 the girls are coming along very good and I have done the last of the pruning from here on out its just feeding I would like to say a few words about Mars Hydro. the TS 1000 is a great light and I love the fact that the power supply is capable of being separated from the light and located outside of the tent to keep the heat down. I also like the fact that you can control the light intensity and daisy chain with another light witch is what I plan on doing.

Plants are still stretching even through lollipop-ping and defoliating. I’m pushing the EC @ 2.2 and going to raise it to 2.4-2.5 in near future when adding PK 13/14. That smell of weed plant is growing but no actual hint of flavor yet. I was lucky enough to get strong vegetation growth during veg hoping for a super fruitful harvest. I’m almost certain I’ll be doing 10-12 weeks with these ladies.

Week 5 of flower and seed production for all these plants has started in earnest. We cleaned up the tent somewhat and took down all the males after having done their job. Alls left is to wait for finish now. The nute deficiency appears to have corrected itself now that we’ve balanced out the ratios a little more. The WPM is no match for the sodium bicarbonate but still gonna have to keep on top of that to the end of the grow. Full fumigation of the grow spaces will be required - multi-day process I am not looking forward to. Time cleaning is time not growing, sadly. We’re coasting to the finish now but should still have some decent updates on our super secret seed harvesting method once they’ve fully maturedšŸ˜‰šŸ‘. Hope everyone’s well and grow’n that straight šŸ”„. Background Fingers crossed that these Spicy Bitch regs provide at least one male so that we can back build some stock of it. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatoryšŸ˜‚. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. At least not as long as I wasn’t high when using the calculator again….. Many thanks to @MarsHydroLED for the opportunity to test run the equipmentšŸ‘Š. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about themšŸ‘šŸ‘ŒšŸ˜Ž. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. Many thanks to @Exoticseeds for the chance to give these beans a gošŸ‘šŸ‘Š. Pollination Strains: Holy Surfer S1 - this is one of the focal points for this cycle. A fellow growmie was kind enough to ship over some S1 genetics I took an interest in. The only ask back was that if I did cross it to send a few his way for testingšŸ‘. Shoutout and cheers to @blendmedmedman. Hoping to have something back to ya in short order. For full details on this alluring hybrid option check my buddies link at seedfinder - https://en.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/Holy_Surfer/Smiling_Tiger/ Northern Lights - this came from a particularly interesting batch of seeds that have shown a very dependable variegation trait. It’s a compact and squat plant requiring very little maintenance. Typical for the strain really. It’s been chosen as an option to potentially mellow out the high , shorten the stature of the resulting hybrid and inject it with some of that mellow indica effect. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magicšŸ‘Œ. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire šŸ”„šŸ¤ŸšŸ˜ŽšŸ‘.

🌸 Week 7 Flower — Eternity Grow Cup Update 🌸 šŸ“Week 18 from seed šŸ“ø +150 high-quality photos & videos provably more ups but they are shining and they deserve the attention EC 2.5 | pH 6.2 | Full spectrum + under canopy light tuning Welcome back to one of the most breathtaking updates so far in the Eternity Grow Cup. Week 7 Flower has arrived with a storm of frost, color, aroma, and structure — this is the beginning of the final masterpiece, and it’s nothing short of spectacular. Each of the five phenotypes is shining in her own unique way, and the individuality of each plant is now in full display. From deep fruit tones to dense stacking, this week is a celebration of what happens when genetics, environment, and love come together in harmony. šŸ’Ž Standouts of the Week • Pheno #1: Still holding the crown for the most intense fruity profile — bursting with sweetness, almost candy-like, and surpassing all expectations week after week. • Frost levels are skyrocketing across the board. These buds are starting to look snow-covered, shimmering under every light source. • Bud structure is really starting to swell — you can see the shift now as things gear up for ripening. We’re talking weight, mass, and beauty. šŸ”¬ What’s Working This is a week where everything is clicking: • The mix of Plagron and Aptus nutrition lines is showing insane synergy. The balance of strength and finesse is just right, and the girls are loving it. • ICL 300 under-canopy lights are performing beyond expectations. They’re lighting up every shaded spot, helping buds form from bottom to top with full integrity. You can see the results in the side buds — tight, frosty, and reaching up. • We’re holding strong on spectrum tuning and DLI, hitting the right numbers at the right time, and that precision is paying off in how fast these ladies are moving forward. • Temperatures and airflow have been key — we’re still running the vortex-style air movement, and it’s doing wonders for the microclimate around each plant. 🌿 Just 2–3 Weeks From Harvest It’s starting to feel real. We’re entering the final arc. The finish line is not far, but right now, it’s all about patience, observation, and letting nature complete its masterpiece. Every moment counts now. šŸŽ„ We’ve documented everything in full 4K and high-res stills. This is a week for the books — every trichome, every pistil, every sparkle. Be sure to head over to YouTube for the full experience and follow the journey with us. šŸ¤ Special Thanks To all the growers, new followers, silent watchers, lovers, haters, and everyone in between — thank you.

End of week four and plants still look great to my eye. Stretch is finished and now the plant is really going to focus on flower development so the next few weeks should show a lot of growth of the flowers. The smell is starting to really become noticeable. It’s hard for me to pinpoint but it almost smells like sprite but extra lemon limey. I’m thinking around 5-6 more weeks until she’s ready to chop. We shall see.

Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have developed well and carry hefty top buds on each side branch and also the main cola. The lower regions also carry buds, but those are a little more fluffy and not so big and dense as the top buds. In total the two plants harvested 91,3 grams. Every bud is COVERED IN TRICHOMES and the plants glisten in the light, they are FROSTY AS HELL! The plants have a STRONG AROMA now, which is sweet and peachy with hints of sandalwood. They smell ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and the dried weed carries the flavor of this aroma also in the smoke! VERY PEACHY! All in all I can only recommend this strain, its not the biggest yielder, but definitely delivers connoisseur grade weed. Hats off to Mat from House of the Great Gardener in Canada, he has made another GREAT cross and I hope he will release this variety soon! šŸ‘šŸ˜šŸ˜Ž.

2.10: Steady as she goes. 2.11: Day 23 from soil. Watered with 32oz from the tap at 6.3ph. Plant is healthy and i'm trying some leaf tucking. 2.12.2024: Day 24. Moving along nicely. Plant is very healthy. First sign of white tips but only on new growth. Could be light and/or nute related OR it could be normal. Will monitor. Did first round of LST just moving some fan leaves out of the way with pipe cleaners and shifting bud sites to get more access to light. 2.13.2024: No change. Plant looks good and still has a little moisture left from watering 2 days ago. No nutes used at this point. Still working with the original nutes found in the FFOF. 2.14.2024: Day 26. Moving along. No water, no hight adjustment. Did some LST on the bottom 4 branches just to guide away from the fan leaves. 2.15.2024: Day 27 from seed. Adjusted garden ties to even things out. Responding well to LST. White pistils came out the past two days. Raised light 5 more clicks. Still at 75 watts. Day 28 from seed. End of week 4 from seed. Top 2 inches of soil were very dry and pot felt light so i gave it another 64oz of water at 6.3ph. 8 to 10oz of run off. Run off tested at 6.4ph, 2100ppm. Having temp challenges so i shut the humidifier off. Currently sitting at 75 with 47rh.
