Week 21 Daylight 12h20 - 7h45/20h05 Unstable weather, alternating heavy rain and wind quasi every days and sunny afternoons. Moderate temperatures around 14°C min / 23°C max. Plants are safe in the veranda; the sun is lower on the horizon now and the angle of the light is now perfect for a good finish. I need to test the humidity level in the room but it seems reasonable. No signs of diseases or moisture. Last weeks were hard with multiple aggressions: plants are like War Veterans with some damage and scars. The flowering process look not affected by this episode and harvest is approaching. Brake Pad Breath: almost ready. Pistils are rusty colored, buds are thick and dense, firm and sticky. Subtle fruity aroma: tonic and stimulating. Most advanced plant: will be the first harvested soon. 2L watering / 2 days flowering booster finish + water flawless finish + water Flash Back #2: ending the flowering cycle and starting maturation. Last plant infested by insects, may be the plant is reacting by accelerating the flowering: buds are not so dense compare with the previous plant. Recovering good and was less injured by caterpillar than the others. Pistils are long and the flowers will enlarge soon: need almost 3 or 4 weeks to be ready. MY WEED SMELLS LIKE WEED. Filling the room, creeping through the apt, what a glorious time. No major smell worries where I am so I'm just enjoying the atmosphere. 😍 On to Backbuilding/Bud Tipping. (Shoot me any advice on this down below!) I experimented back mid-week with 3 tipped buds that had similar control buds side-by-side. After 4 days there is a noticeable difference in density and bud structure in the 3 tipped buds compared to the very fluffy and softer buds next to them. No overall size difference but the tipped buds are rock hard and filling in gaps down the cola compared to the untipped buds. A light squeeze on both a tipped bud and untipped will tell you the difference right there. Happy with the results after seeing them for myself and lucky enough to find this technique at the end of week 4, I tipped majority of the main colas on Danny and some larger buds on Arnold today. Which means I also get what OG growers call a "First Taste" once my tips dry out and cure for a few days. 😛 Other than tipping, I've just had to keep up with Arnold's feedings since lower leaves are still fading if I skip mineral nute feedings. Looks like they will be getting only PH Perfect and/or Molasses feedings until the final flush since they can't get enough food in the ProMix medium. I've still had constant defoliation during to avoid leaf overlap and light blockage. Since I'm now entering week 5 of flower I'll have to get it where I want in the next couple days and go hands off for the last month or so. Thanks for checking out my grow! Arnold still super hungry so I've upped the nutes a tad and skipped plain water feeding until the flush. Just fed them PH Perfect/Molasses cocktail. Big Arnold on the right is definitely rootbound by how the water is draining so I'm looking at a lower yield from the right plant. I get run off from small Danny during a regular feed but takes a lot more to get any from Arnold and I don't want to overwater in this random heat/humidity wave. The Backbuilding/BudTipping is working like a charm. The tipped buds are filling down and way more dense than the untipped. Popped the SoundLink in the tent today to give the twins some music while I go about my business. On day 1 I adjusted the PH from 6.6 to 6.2. The tallest cola is 13.75" away from light. On day 2 I adjusted the PH from 6.4 to 6.2. The tallest cola is 12.5" away from light. On day 3 the PH is 6.2. The tallest cola is 11.5" from the light. On day 4 I didn't take data points long day... On day 5 the rez PH is 6.2. the tallest cola is 10" from the light. On day 6 the rez PH is 6.0. The tallest cola is 9.5" from the light. I defoliated heavily to bring in more light and airflow. On day 7 The tallest cola is 9" from the light. I mixed up a new rez.

First Week for me to Start Documenting this Grow. It took a while for them to get to this point. Started the Seedlings on the window sill and the growth was pretty slow before i moved my tent from my garage to my house. From there on they grew pretty fine and really enjoyed beeing inside now. This should be week 2

Cause of huge overwatering problems I've had some very small plant here. But the terps are smelling so so fruity that I become some super juicy jibs out of it!

Aug 24: cool and rainy lately but will warm up again in a couple days. Gorilla Cookies looks really good and is flowering nicely. Very nice strain. Added some soluble seaweed to the water mostly for the K. Don’t take flash pics of photoperiods unless you’re immediately using a 730 nm light to put them into dark mode. Using the far red light like this is known as phyto-forcing and it’s like getting an extra two hours of darkness making a 26 h day. This far north I think it moves flowering up by 3-4 weeks so obviously a huge trick. Easy and cheap if you have daily access at dusk. Aug 26: it’s been a couple of weeks but I figured it was time for a lazy compost tea. I watered with it slightly diluted and the plants look almost immediately greener and more vigorous…amazing actually. 👍👍 Aug 27: this is definitely the fastest flowering of the four. Hopefully it stays sunny for a few more weeks. Thinned out the understory a bit as there were some small branches and bud sites that were not going to do anything. Check out the birds sounds on the first video. The magpies thought I was too close to their nest in the tree or something…they’re usually not quite that annoying. Aug 29: this is a great strain, and the manifold is working its magic.

The plants are looking really healthy, I've been defoliating here and there to get the light to penetrate to the lower leaves and branches. They have started to bush out from topping them last week. I started using Mammoth P Microbes halfway through last week. They seem to have grown a little quicker since adding them. The plants are still being fed 4 times a day at 1 minute each feeding. No signs yet of which is female and male, I am planning on pulling all the males once they show signs.

Flipped to 12/12 at day 43. Raised light-intensity from 60 to 90 %. Now +70% of the net is filled and i can see potential to make it an evenly shaped bowl full of fruits:-) The deep, dark colour has turned to a juicy green, shoots everywhere....... everything fine but two little things: 1) run-off-pH is a bit high...... 6.6-6.9. will feed rather acidic next time.... 2) Main Colas get a bit tall..... will supercrop them as soon, as the rest of the cannopy is organzied to a clean scrog. Nutritionwise i lowered N, raised K and gave an extra P-shot (0,05 g/L BLOSSOM-BOOST) on days 43 and 44. Day 45 fed pH 5.8 - readings immediatly dropped to 6.3 to 6.5 👍 Vigorous stretch.....!!! Mounted some more hooks to get the scrog even - works perfectly now! +80% of the net is filled......and the colas in the corner almost make plants of their own - i will supercrop them, as soon as they don't stretch any more. Day 46 fed pH 6.1 today..... readings still good (average 6.4) took out some more leafs today, to give a little more light to young shoots. Smell is getting stronger, but no visible signs of flowering yet. Day 47 Defoliated and arranged - expect to have a proper bowl-shape within a week. Will crank up the lights to 100% tomorrow. ....plus it's time to change the watering-plan. I will feed 10% of the Potsize every third day.

What a nice harvest. Fingers were like id been playing with super glue. And stunk of lemon orange + fuel. Sex on stems. Really nice harvest. I stripped thus one down a lot more than what I normally do ad it had a lot of weird shapes. And the HST points would of made for an uneven dry in parts. Took over 14 days to dry at 19.5c 50-55rh. 2 months curing. Yet, not much was left to show. I don't think it was THE BEST pheno. So I will do a hunt on this and grow 3 while prepping clones and will find that perfect one and grow the oranges off it. Fuck lemon is GOOOODDDDDDD LEMON & ORANGES SOOOOO FUUUCCCCKKKIIINNNGGGG
