Very happy with this weeks growth. So much sugar. I did lots of trimming after last weeks pictures. These girls were flushed yesterday and the smell is really starting to show. Will get some good trichome shots uploaded later today, starting to see lots of milk soon :)

In week 4 the plant kept growing to a real dense bush so I continued the LST and did some little defoliation every 2-3 days like in week 3. Additionally I started giving some Alg-A-Mic to help the plant handling the high temperatures (up to 35-36°C) inside my box.

Peyote cookies Week 6 Plants took a hit with auto pot trays getting little unclean , washed out trays and flushed plant with cal mag water and then left to dry for a day Feeding at 1.8 and 5.8 High humidity outside , dehumidifier capturing lots of water . Flower sites are starting to widen out and climb , massive resin production , smells awesome . Temp lowered , purple starting to show on flower Relocated dehumidifier and times changed to run intermittently during light cycle to keep heat down and runs in the off cycle to keep heat up and humidity down ( obviously lol ) Relocated Air intake vents Raised fan and also place some bamboo sticks behind in screw holes to have the fan even spaced away from tent wall making fan perform even better at lower speeds and really pull the air from behind n below the fan Intake fan speed reduced as it was also pulling in too much cold air too quickly and not diluting with warm air enough , adjustments made and leafs are reaching for the lights now Lowered second net to move the taller branches outwards to get more light down to lower sites There’s a video at the end of pictures for yall x

Great week, the girls are doing fine without me. All I have to do is pop in and give them Some water x2 a week. I increased their feed just a bit this week, I will start tapering the nutrients off soon, and will increase the amount of water going through them in hopes of getting a 10% runoff or so at least 3-4 times before harvest. Don’t even want to think about getting too far ahead, I’m getting very excited for these beautiful girls. These are quickly turning into the best homegrown I’ve seen yet! Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

Aug 23: Sunday Punch EV is very fast and is getting close to ready. The buds are getting quite big and are weighing down the branches. Without the Scrog net she would be too floppy for all these buds. Plants are a bit too green lately so maybe there’s too much N still, but she’ll grow out of it. For pH adjustments I use apple cider vinegar normally but I ran out last week and was using malt vinegar. That must be one of the sources of excess N so I switched to regular white vinegar. Anyway, she is a very impressive plant. Aug 27: getting noticeably frostier. Hot again today. Increased water volume to about 9 L per day done as three 3 L waterings in morning, afternoon and finally in evening. Adding potassium silicate still to water and adjusting pH with vinegar and then adding a squirt of Dr Bronners Peppermint Soap as a wetting agent (surfactant) and the smell supposedly keeps bugs away. Unfortunately there are hardly any insects around any more, so, yay. Aug 28: flash pics before using red light. Don’t do flash pics of your plants if you don’t follow it up with a red light. Still seems a bit risky but this is the fourth year doing it and it seems fine.

Heeey!! Guess who missed the watering schedule again! 😳 At least my babies recovered fast... but heat where I live is just crazy right now! The average of this week was 30° C (86° F, which is veeery high) but there were some days that I reached 33° C (91° F) 😲 My girl also reached the size of 71cm. Somewhat less than what I was expecting but the buds are getting bigger and more beautiful, so I don't really care right about that. The smell is also getting stronger. Also Matcha isn't going to grow much more but her branches are full of beautiful flowers and I think she might end getting a little more resinous than her sister. Maybe she has a different phenotype? 😮 Her leaves are also darker and "harder" (probably it's the nutrients) if you compare them to Pistachio, maybe that's a sign? (besides her size). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Resistente, vigorosa, y veréis que flores que tiran, están tan bien ramificadas que los laterales están a la altura de la puntas. . La humedad esta al 45% la temperatura está entre 21/24 grados , y como siempre el ph , ya que es de lo más importante,está en 5,8/6,0. .
