Week 20 8/11-17 For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They and with the trichomes just starting to form and 2 more moths to go. They continue lovin life outside. These ladies are maturing as many fans are yellowing and falling off. Temps are comfortable following Storm Debby, in the 80s with low humidity. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. These ladies had a long vegetation phase. They germinated April 1 so I could get them hardened off before I went on vacay. The colas are large, trichomes forming and with 2 more months to go, my expectations for these are heavy yields and sticky dense buds. Pretty smooth week. Realizing I should've done a bit more defoliation around trellis level where I've got a lot of little budsites competing for space. Dosidos 1 (purple-er pheno) - beautiful plant with lots of frosty little buds. Nice colors in the pistils this week. CBS - still looks sickly. Gave her a shot of the Neptune's Harvest this week but she looks about the same. Despite her yellowing and mottled spots on the leaves her buds keep filling in. BttF2 - Looking pretty good. She's closer to the light than the other 3 but doesn't seem to have any issues with the extra rays. Dosidos 2 (frostier pheno) - Also looking healthy and dripping with trichomes. Accidentally got a little resin on my hand and it smelled like Sweet Tarts.

After Input from the Community I've Decided on NO Nutrients for a few Days to let Her Recover from Her Suspected Nitrogen Toxicity. If She Recovers like I Hope She'll get One more Feeding of Beastie Bloomz only before a Final Flush as I Suspect only a Few Weeks before She's ready to Harvest.

The Lemon Cherry Gelato #2 just harvested from Zamnesia has given us a main cola worthy of the Prince of the Amazon. Jokes aside, we're dealing with the SOTY strain of the year, and even my not-so-huge vegetated plant doesn't really give you a glimpse of what this plant can do, which relies on the extremely high quality of its buds and resin production as its strong points. The trichomes are particularly large-headed, which is always a sign of great flower quality overall; you can clearly see the potency from the microsphere. They're around 20% Amber, 50% Cloudy, and 30% Clear. The plant is slightly more Indica, and I don't want to let it ripen too much; that's fine with me. The pistils are very, very ripe, around 90%. The aroma it releases is truly complex; it's definitely sweet and fruity, but there's also something woody. It's a plant with well-proportioned, medium internodal spacing. This week I only watered the plants as needed due to planting them in the Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil. From what I've been told and read I don't believe I "need" to feed them for at least 3-4 weeks but I will watch them closely. Some explosive growth this week! I'm super excited to see 2 of them take off. The third is quite a fighter! I won't give up on her if she won't quit! I'm already having to rethink how I will dry the first 2 plants as the third one will be at least a week, if not 2, behind... I think! I'd love to hear from those who have had an autoflower go through a hard first 3 weeks of sprouting! The addition of big bud from advanced nutrients has packed on some size. I had to add a third round of trellis netting for the blue berry. Almost half way through flower and things are going smooth. I have noticed a little potassium deficiency beginning will remedy this next reservoir change.
