Strong genetics, resistant, fast enough, easy to grow and never pretentious. I will try further training techniques on this strain, while waiting to make more room in the box to plant the Red hot cookie as well. If you like sweet flavors and fragrant plants this is definitely for you! 18/07/2020- I've started some light defoliation on both plants to see if they can cope. Im removing lower and larger fan leaves to get more light onto the bud sites. They look super healthy and are getting very sticky. Same nute mix used as last week. 19/07/2020 - More defoliation today; plant seems to like it as flowers are continuing to grow and leaves are going silver. 21/07/2020 - Doubled the number of pk13/14 used in my nute mix to 20ml/10L and continuing to defoliate both plants. They seem to be responding very well. Still using this nute mix PH 6.2 a+b 40ml/10L Pk 13/14 20ml/10L PPM 1170 Temperature of solution ~20c Runoff ph 6.2 22/07/2020 Really struggling to prune the excess leaves on the plant without coming out feeling like I'm covered in glue. I guess there's worse problems to have... QO is going 23/07/2020 Had to travel away with work today; top cola has some minor light burn :( 24/07/2020 - Changed my ducting setup to improve airflow into the tent today and it's working well. I've also put some trellising above the plants so i can tie them up to prevent them from snapping or falling over. They're looking healthy.

Harvest time!

Ok I'm supposed to be harvest around the 5 I just uploaded a bunch of weeks at once tried to keep it together. Ha

Well a couple issues in the grow room this week. The ladies got much bigger that I had expected! They trippled in size and now I have an issue of them getting a bit too tall. The light I am using says 30-36" above canopy...light is high as it can go and I'm about 28-32 above the canopy. From the info I've looked through I think I had light bleaching going on. I turned the light down 20% and doesn't seem to be happening any more. I am also having a war with the weather. I'm in canada and the weather is all over the place rite now. Drastic temp swings and humidity up and down. Other than this the ladies seem to be rolling along well . Can't wait for the colas to fill ! Staked all the branches in preparation for some hopefully big buds

The plants are growing at a good rate now and drinking a litre each per day. I feed them by hand and each plant gets 2litres every other day. Didn't do anything else this week other than install the trellis on the last day. Love the way these genetics grow and fill out the tent. When I was growing the mother in the pheno hunt I remember remarking how well this plant took to being topped. These 2 plants are front and right in the timelapse video.

Well this was an absolute joy to grow and a stunning plant to look at. Thick nugs covered in a blanket of trichomes with a intoxicating smell that is like walking into Grandma's house while she is baking chocolate goodies. The team at Fastbuds nailed this one. Great strain for all skill levels and I would recommend to first time growers right through to the more seasoned veterans. This is my second attempt so I seem to take longer than most to harvest lol I have to try to figure out why that is, I can imagine this plant in the proper hands would be a crowd pleaser for sure. I will definitely be Growing again but with a different training technique because way too much trimming and training involved albeit was such an enjoyable experience just not a practical one if Growing multiple plants. 2 weeks and I'll sample a joint and my pax to give my initial thoughts but if she taste like she smells than going to be a staple in my bud bar. I can't wait until a good cure for this bad girl. This will be a staple in my bud bar and is a great strain for newbies and pros as it's very resilient and redponds well to any kind of training. The smell is intoxicating and will only get better with age which I will cure for 2 months just in time to show her stuff off to famila and friends. Just over 100 grams of solid nugs. Such a fun experience Growing Fastbuds genetics and my favorite strain to date that I have grown. Excited to grow the Fastbuds lineup in the future. Well she has definitely stopped growing now. I got a bit of light bleaching on a few tops unfortunately. Should have turned the light down to 80% but I wasn't thinking. Hopefully itll bounce back like my chempie by Ripper seeds I did a few grows back that got a bit of light bleaching also. It was just on one bud but I caught it and was able to correct it before crop. Going to add a bit of Revive to the feed next week to see if it'll help a bit. Also had a issue with high ppm in my run off that I was struggling with a bit that I've slowly corrected. Been a bit of a learning curve with the coco but I'm loving it. Great results all around. Well that's all for now so happy growing everyone

Fighting the crazy humidity 😵‍💫 I had to cut away 1 second node bud because of mold😔 I checked everything very good after that and luckily it's the only one. I'm running two dehumidifiers in a small room at the same time it still wasn't enough. So yeah little disappointed but it is what it isssss let's continue. I still have a lot beautiful ladies going on I think so let's just focus on the positives💚💚💚

This time, the cold wind has arrived. Keep the temperature at 20 degrees at night and 28 degrees Celsius during the day, which is good when your plants start to flower.
