Not much has really changed this week from last week. They are starting to swell up a bit more. Next week I think will be the time to start flushing them.

Hi! Really awesome week behind us! Girls are growing soo quicke. Every day are higher and higher :) im trying be gently with nutriens and looks like its very enough for them :)will Back with some more pictures tomorrow. I thinking to do defoliation. I want to get rid of all leafs below net. From monday girls get canna booster for first time then week after i planning to start with pk 13/14. Also im order Terpinator so its its another powder for my ladies from new week :) my friend just love this product and recommend highly so i found to try :) fingers crossed i will back to you soon :) piece guys! Day 40 i found a mutations on jack herer leaf. In the centre of the leaf is growing new bud :) look on the last picture :)

Well these girls are really starting to hulk out. Buds are really stacking and smelling very exotic. They have been pretty hungry. I hit 880 ppm in there tank early in the week but I have slacked off on nitrogen so no more Floralicious Plus and I lowered all my nutrients later in the week to 650ppm I will give them some more time to swell before I switch too Overdrive. This could be a pretty massive harvest. I have been getting alot of condensation in the grow room and its sending my humidity threw the roof. I have a humidifier and it bring it too 60-70% on full blast. I'm sure these girls can handle it. I do need to be careful and not touch the buds so I don't contaminate them. Lets hope I can avoid bud rot.

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Plucked a few leaves that were looking at me funny ;) Not much to do! Very strong lemony smell!! Watered with 2.5 gallons of the above listed nutrients, every 5-6 days. (when the soil becomes 95% dry) 10% of the solution watered runs out the bottom of the pot, and is removed with a wet-vacuum.

Hello welcome to week 3. Poppy is suffering a bit from overly harsh LST but still growing. I broke a node today and it's really awkward to fix. I am not sure the node will survive. Day 17: The node did not survive. Whoops. Oh well more space for growth I guess. Day 18: Poppy has recovered from the LST now and is vegging fast. Fertigated 2l Day 19: Slightly adjusted LST. Poppy is really stretching out now. I have adjusted the timer such that the main tent is now getting 20/4 upped from 18/6. After monitoring DLI at 18/6 for a week I am unhappy with the overall level but because of the varying heights of the plants I am limited in what I can do in adjusting the light height. Some areas were only getting 20 DLI. So I have rearranged to have the taller plants on the edges and the lowest in the middle and doing it this way all plants are getting between 35 and 50 DLI at 20/4 - although one or two cola tips here and there are getting 55. Will monitor for a week. Day 20: Not taken photos yet, about to fertigate. I have noticed she is looking a little darker in the tips and has a vague blue sheen to her in places. I am going to reduce her nutrition a little bit. Day 20.5: Performed LST and took off three big leaves. Poppy is a pancake again. Fertigated 4l

(technically, writing this on 9/19..sshhhhh): not too many updates again - still thickening up and getting foxtaily so i've decreased the light intensity. I cut a small tester nug as you can see (ended up being about 1.5g dry) and dryed it for several days. I was too impatient so i defintetlely broke in a little early, but hey, that's what a tester bud is for, right? I vaped part of it and took one bong rip, and it's amazing y'all...the terps!!! THE TERPSSS!! I really hope I can preserve them when I cure this time. It's seriously like a watermelon candy now, and the effect was very clear-headed and relaxing - great for day vibes. Also, can't remember if I said this or not, but I started just giving plain tap water since they're both clearly near the end. Hello. This is the end of week 9 and the beginning of week 10 of flowering. OK... One more week of light and then a couple of days of dark and then harvest. Everything is going good here. Had 2 good watering last week. the plants are using up the nutrient that's left in the soil. So I'm expecting some yellowing of leaves next week.
