This next week should be the bounce back out of the stunt I have really been waiting for. Went with a heavy decomposing top dress instead of the teas I been brewing. Might add more castings other then that I introduced slow burning phosphorus and potassium to start breaking down into July August so it will be available to the plants then. Will add the seed list for new cover crop soon. Included a lot pest deterrent as well as beneficial insect attracting seeds to this mix. Lots of lst preparing the final canopy. Going so see how it grows out from here then decide how I am going about the trellis.

Barneys Farm Pineapple Chunk Week 10 of Veg December 29th 2019 Hi Folks well we now have aproximately 6 weeks until The day lengths shorten enough to trigger flowering. My main goal now is to try to keep the plant in tip top condition aswell as provide the support the branches will need when the buds start to get bigger. This is the biggest Ive managed to get this plant to grow before now, and with 6 weeks of veg still to go plus the stretch and I might just end up with a nice haul of juicy Pineapple chunk goodness for my efforts. ******As a side note I have two clones I took from this plant that I have already sprayed with my STS reversing mix for Breeding Purposes (see above pic) Cheers for checking out my Diary once again see you next year 👊

This was another hot, hot week with a big rainstorm. Take a look at the measuring cup, it is full of rainwater. Zamnesia Mango Kush continues to smell and is very sticky. It is tall and with packed buds It should be ready to take down in a couple of weeks. Half way through this grow, I had to stop using Miracle Grow and change my grow plan. I decide to use Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice for the rest of the grow. Jungle Juice’s selling point is that it is the only nutrient that I should need during the entire grow. One just need to make the solution stronger as the plant matures. The directions say to “stir vigorously” and that is true. It is very clumpy and I had to stir and shake the bottle a lot. As your plant is in veg and growing larger, directions say to up your Jungle Juice to 4 ml per liter. If my calculations are correct, I am using approx. 5 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket. 1 gal is 3.78 liters 5 gallons=18.92 liters 4ml jungle juice per liter x 18.92 liters= 75.7 ml which is = to 5.119 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket of water As the end of the summer is quickly approaching, I have spent some time reflecting this week on all of the contests that I have entered and not won this summer. It can be a little frustrating because of all the time I have spent taking pictures and writing commentary. But, instead of it getting me down, I have to think about all of the positive take aways and I want to share them on this platform. I have read a lot of diaries and now know why I am just an apprentice. I have a lot to learn from all of you. There are some really good growers with a lot of experience and crazy grow techniques. So much knowledge is on this platform-it’s mind boggling. To be a great grower, you must be willing to be vulnerable and put yourself out there and try different suggestions and new techniques. I have made a few friend that I enjoy chatting with. I enjoy reading comments versus just seeing likes. My best friend on grow diaries is @Natrona and my neighbor as well. She has been growing longer than I have been so I routinely learn from her. This summer I learned to mix 1 cup of Perlite into my soil. I can see where my plants need the air flow. And, I now I only defoliate fan leaves that absolutely need to be gone. I let the fan leaves stay on until they fall off. I want my buds to pull all the nutrients they can out of the fan leaves. I also bought 2 new tools that @natrona suggested. The first was a water PH tester and the second was my Max-ee Magnifier which is informative and fun to use. This week went well I gave 1 cup of water per plant ph to 6.7 ocean Forrest will feed them for 2 weeks to a month (the soil there in)

Hi all Here we are ar the mid 8 week flowering point and the ladies are finishing up nicely. I have expected a 10 week end but looking at #1 , she won't wait too much longer I don't think. They are not the biggest of ladies but do smell so sweetly lemon now and I am hoping the final weeks swell them to a great finish. The buds are nice and airy looking and i don't see any signs of mould anywhere so far. The positions in the room during this cold winter have made an impact on the foliage colours and it has been hard to keep a constant temp above 19°c with the energy costs ect. I can see how maybe only 3 of these girls in the same space would have been a great producer too. Their is plenty to work with in side branching and growth so a s.c.r.o.g would work wonders for this strain. I did cram them in with 5 ladies and another strains plant too so perhaps more space would have given each a way heavier final weight. I can see 4 of them Mali g the full 10 weeks but the #1 does look so close together finish now.

420Fastbuds StrawberryGorillaAuto Week 2 What up grow fam weekly update on these three. This week has been fun seeing the first leafs getting bigger. I started adding some GH Calimagic to my feed. I'm feeding 500ml of PH'd well water and .25 tsp/gal of some calmag about every other day. Started also my preventive maintenance of sparying PureCrop1 every Monday as the plants seem to respond well and keeps the pest away. All in all Happy Growing

Starting week 3 with good growth on all three plants but plant 3 is doing the best, she has the longest branches and I've tried them downwards. I also trimmed-off the lowest leaves and branch/future bud sights. The girls look good and I look forward to another week of progress.

On day 6 week 4 She is putting out alot of pistills and budlets no smell yet.flowering is deff underway now. This is looking like a 10 week strain as she took almost 4 weeks to start budlets which I usually see around week 2-3.

Day 50. All grow got busted heavily, for few last waterings AT LEAST pH was way off. When I caught it instead of my presumed 6.3 it was 5.7 . So damaged leaves and delayed smaller harvest. Very sad , especially when I am forced to leave ASAP. Guess I'll delay my holiday for few weeks more ;)))) Outdoors girls beaten by frost, so no hope from them too. Worst time to put them out ... Live and learn ... Mars SP150 is back ! I need more Watts and she helped to veg 5 girls for my friend already. I took light back a bit , anyway his girls are in greenhouse already ;))) Happy Growing !!!

🌸 Week 5 Complete – First Week of Flower Phase The light cycle has been switched to 12/12 since the start of the week. No clear signs of flowering yet, except for a slight preflower showing on the Seriotica. However, the stretch has definitely kicked in: 📏 Current height: • Seriotica: 42 cm • Cherry MAC: 46 cm • MAC n Cheese: 50 cm MAC n Cheese is stretching nicely and looks strong – just like the rest of the tent. 💧 Watering & Feeding • 6 L per plant every 3 days • Feeding at ~50 % of the Advanced Nutrients schedule • Input EC: ~1.3 🔍 Drain EC readings: • Seriotica: 1.1 • Cherry MAC: 1.0 • MAC n Cheese: 0.92 Still very happy with the medium mix (Plagron Lightmix + Coco) – especially because the runoff EC is consistently measurable and reliable. Looking back, I probably could’ve flipped to flower a week earlier – the tent is really filling up now! 😄
