Week 5 with Glueberry OG! She's the stickiest of the group! She's growing nicely, lots of bud sites but she continues to show signs of deficiency, cal-mag is my first guess, maybe also a P & K def too. Still, I'm happy with her progress.

This week the new growth of the plants transitioned from looking relatively healthy to droopy and yellowed. I wasn't sure what the issue was at first and thought it might be light stress. After more research, I determined that I had what looked very much like a zinc deficiency, which is almost always a symptom of over-watering, which is the most common mistake for new growers, i.e. "Me". I had assumed that adding a good amount of perlite to my soil and using smart pots would prevent me from running in to any drainage issues but I guess not. I was up to 1.5 liters per plant when I realized that it was too much. I also realized I was misreading my syringe which I use to mix nutrients, and that i had been giving only 1/10 of the liquid nutrients that I thought. I'm super embarrassed about the mistake but I'm going for full transparency here, so there it is. Course correction takes places after day 31.

Week 8 summary - another busy first few days of LST and some light pruning. Continuing to spread her out as much as we can, trimming fans where needed to get as much light to as many growth tips as possible. It's been a process lately but it should pay off. Shout out to my man @TOTEM about the light distance comment👊. That totally explains the tight internodal spacing I have - next grow will be testing the stretch in veg. using light distance to control plant heights. #stonerobsessions! Thanks bro! Tried to get the best pics I could of the extreme bend in the main stem as per the video, The two lowest side branches are actually buried in the medium and we've been doing everything we can to keep the canopy even with the neighbour kush. Here's hoping @stinkfox has never seen an NL strain stretch as much as this 😉. If my man is right, we're gonna end up with a height issue but whatever 😎. At this point I've got two healthy plants that are primed to blow the F$&%K up! Now about the flip, I'm gonna run another week of veg. I think just for the hell of it. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This is our 2nd grow of an NL strain and this one should be typical of NL in terms of resilience. That said, she’s a former cup winner so we’re hopeful for supreme quality this time around. 👍 Gonna jack up the nute shed. and supplements heavy throughout the grow in the hopes of really testing the limits of my grow space (approx. 2sq/ft). Day42 of flowering Girl #1 seems to have tighter buds and is still smaller, but looks like she will finish later (although she popped first by a few days) Girl#2 is much heavier and has sucked the green from her lowest fan leaves even though she is fed well. She also smells soooo good, over ripe cantaloupe/melons. I am really happy with these plants, which I did not top and let colas grow. I am thinking of removing the cola fan leaves to let light blast the other tops. Day 45, Removed almost all fan leaves to expose as much bud as possible to lighting. Scent is very strong and sweet. Very resinous leaf

Day 21 at may 21. „Heute back ich ( Cookies) Morgen brau ich ( compost tea ) Übermorgen hol ich mir der Königin ihr Kind ( buds) Ach wie gut das niemand weis .. ✌️ She looks really naked and fragile After lollipopping and defoliation… god what have I done. Compared to her sister, this Pineapple Express auto flowered very early! I LST'd her while I could, and defoliated what was necessary. She turned out great! Although the yield for this phenotype is at my lower limit for acceptable. I'm happy that I'm growing a second one, that vegged out longer, making for a much larger Pineapple Express!

Day 85 (September 9th): Today is day 43 of flower and things are shaping up nicely. Colas are fattening up. It looks like the yields aren’t going to be super high, but the bud should be premium. Couple more weeks! Day 88: Girls are getting thicker every day. Colas are filling out nicely. Water tomorrow, no nutrients. All waterings from here on will be just plain water Day 91: Gave the girls some humid acid today to use up the last of the nutrients in the soil. 1/2tsp per liter was my mix rate.

She is recovering well since the transplant. She is much bushier and greener than last week and I am happy with it. Yesterday I gave her a Bio Fish feed at 2.5ml per liter and next week I will slowly increase it by 0.5ml or as needed. The scrog net is still just being used to keep the frame of the plant down and the 2nd screen will come as soon as I start seeing those 5 and 7 bladed leafs.

FD43 - We're off into the seventh week of flower and we're in the homestretch. There's amber in the trichomes but I'm still seeing quite a bit clear so it will take a little while before the girls are done. FD45 - Pics FD47 - Pics FD49 - The end of another week and we're getting closer to chop.
