This was a busy week for the girls, they got trimmed up and bent around to maximize their space and growing potential. Thinking we will be vegging for a while with this one. Going to try and get a monster plant with these girls. When you touch them they leave a gas smell on the fingers already 🤯💀 The twisted sister has made a full recovery and I think that she will have super deep purple coloring because some of the leaves have like a purple hue to them. The apparent potassium deficiency has got me worried about how to get some into the plants ASAP. Therefore, I have purchased some Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster, courtesy of Amazon Prime! Sadly, this seems to be of inorganic nature. However, I need to rectify the issue quickly, so this seemed the best option. Another possibility is light burn, as the plants have grown as tall as my tent! 6ft! So I have turned down the lighting to 60%. This seems quite likely as my FBP2 is considerably shorter than FBP1 and FBP3, and this plant does not have the same issues. The new dehumidifier has managed to get the RH down to around 49%. Considering it was up to 99% this week. I definitely am trying my best to avoid the dreaded bud rot! I added a large amount of Silica as the stems are decreasing in strength under the weight, so hopefully that will help. Additionally a Potassium deficiency itself can cause weaker stems, so I'm trying everything, (possibly overkill) to correct my oversights on this. All in all I've learnt many things from this 1st grow. Most importantly the necessity of LST, to prevent the plants from getting so tall, and that will avoid the light stress. The trichomes are still mostly clear through the jewellers loupe. From what I can tell as my eyesight isn't too good. It's difficult to tell milky from clear to me. 21.8.24; I just did a defoliation, I removed many more leaves today 🍃 things are getting super crowded in the 4x4, even with both tent doors open. I adjusted the plants, alternating so that each side of each plant gets correct lighting (as best I can manage)! I gave the plants each; *1ml in 1ltr of dechlorinated water, of Ecothrive Flourish. **2ml in 1ltr of dechlorinated water of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster. ****2ml in 1ltr of dechlorinated water, of Cal-Mag. My fan also broke, so I moved my lounge fan into the grow room. It's a lot more powerful, even on the lowest setting, so I tried to disperse it trying as best as possible. Week 8 flower and the Gorilla Glue #4 is swelling up nicely and looks like about a week to go, but I’ll probably wait until the Sour Diesel finishes up before I harvest her as I need to dry in this space, the lung room. Lots of frost and thick dense flowers. Very nice colours coming out and the smell is incredible! A few nanners popping out here and there, I’ve plucked a few but it’s late in flower and doubt much will develop from now until the end, if anything at all, definitely not pulling her down because of them. More than likely had the light turned up to high later in flower and was pushing them too much, and that’s why the Sour Diesel is growing a bit foxtail like. Turned the lights down now to 50% and they seem to be happy with that. Still just water through the drip and hand water once a week. Gnats suck and need to take care of them before next grow and do a better job moving forward. These TSW 2000’s from Mars Hydro are awesome and with two of them side by side are more than enough for this space. Blimburn GG#4 is turning out really good and smell is incredible but hard to describe. Thanks for the view!

Our Calmag arrived on day 28. All the ladies were immediately cast. On day 30, the plants looked better, but were still lacking. We therefore applied a foliar fertilizer which hopefully helped as an immediate solution.

Foxtailing - temp. 26-27°C Due to some watering issues last week we got some salt buildup. Drain Ph has risen to 6.6 and Ec peaked at 2.9 mS/cm This week I gave the plants more water and checked drain frequently. It went back down to 1.8 and Ph came down to 6.3.

Black Opium auto is struggling. I think it is getting too warm for her. I am trying to lower the temperature. Hopefully it is resolved soon. the sun appeared in the middle of this week:) willow !!!! The girl can be seen enjoying her every ray:) I think in a few days, she will start to bloom :) she is not big, but she still has some time to grow :).

Drooling over her Growing well got her into the canopy better. 11/7 Update and bragging! Watering/feeding day today, she loved it! She is turning so pretty! The deep purple looks like fairies stole in the night and are using the little brushes to color her leaves. He hairs stand tall! First strain I have seen with them this tall. The smell is sweet with a warmed fruit smell...for those that bake, closest I can come. Still have some questions as if this is a true Runtz. From her coloring and bud development and her leaf shaping she is a good match. Week 3: Vegetative Stage – Training, Defoliation, and Entering Full Flower The Apricot Autos have really taken off this week. I’ve been doing a little defoliation here and there, but over the course of training and tucking, I sometimes get a little heavy-handed and manage to break the odd leaf. Even with these occasional slips (you can see it in the pics), the plants are still shaping up nicely and getting huge, though not as much as my previous grow, which was also Fast Buds autos. By the end of the week, the plants have started to noticeably stretch, which I’m happy about since it makes them easier to train. At this stage, I like to train using mental pegs, gardening wire, and leaf tucking. I rarely remove any leaves until I have a clearer idea of the plant’s final shape, which did evolve quickly this week, prompting me to take action. On day 27, one of the plants is entering full flower, while the one with the misshapen leaf is a couple of days behind. The difference between the two is becoming less noticeable, although one is still bigger. Current Setup: Medium: 70/30 coco/perlite mix with Great White Mycorrhizae added during transplant Lights: DLI set to 22 Nutrients: Big Plant Science (introduced midweek) Despite breaking a leaf or two during training, both plants are progressing well, with flowering now fully underway.

🌱 Week 3 Grow Update! 🚨 Well, it’s week 3 and so far it’s been smooth sailing! ⛵️ The girls are looking happy and healthy — no issues to report! 💪💚 🌡️ Temps have been running high — between 89°F to 100°F 😅🔥 But surprisingly, the heat hasn’t slowed them down at all. Growth is still on point! 📈🌿

Hope yall had a good week! The girls sure did. Everyday I take a peek and do my daily watering and they're bigger than the day before. Upped the PPM's to ~400 this week, kept the pH at 6.0, and upped the Calmag. Also picked up "B-52" for some root health. Gonna use it on some other plants in the house as well (I grow veggies hydroponically year round). The plants are starting to give off an odor if you smell them up close, pretty neat. Work was a bitch this week so I missed one day of watering, flushed the plants and seems no damage done. Don't wanna make many mistakes like that but its bound to happen. Here's my boring daily notes for those interested. PPM - Inflow: 398 - Outflow: 460 pH - Inflow 6.0 - Outflow - 6.0 13/8/2020 - / PPM - Inflow: 390 - Outflow: 454 pH - Inflow 6.0 - Outflow - 6.1 14/8/2020 - Bought b52 by advanced nutrients. Suppose to assist root and stem growth, got it really cheap at the hydroponics store. PPM - Inflow: 398 - Outflow: forgot to test pH - Inflow 6.0 - Outflow - forgot to test 15/8/2020 - Final day of the week, wiped down the walls and bottom of the tent w/ vinegar&water solution. Cleaned the humidifier. Going to be topped early next week. Wife's digging the grow so far so good brownie points ;). I ended up over watering while flushing from the nute burn, as i finished the flush i did a calmag feed and my deficiency got worse. Not sure what’s going on here!! But buds are stacking nicely and getting dense. The tall plant looks to be a week or 2 ahead of the bushy plant

Ok this was my first grow and I made mistakes. -forgot to buffer coco - nutrient burn -started the manlining to early - probably worried to much about every stage these plants. -ended up with fungus gnats And probably appt more I can’t rmeber in the moment. But i learned so much from all of my mistakes and spent so much time researching and seeing in real time how these plants react and grow. I did do some experimentation just a normal top with one blue dream. I topped twice one another blue dream and did a 3 times topped on all the blue dreams and I see why you should at least top three times the eight main colas and spread out the plant I see some of the buds on the one I only topped once not matured at all because there was minimal light other buds were growing so fat it suffocated it basically. I could have probably defoliated and manliness better but ayy. Beginners wil make Mistakes and I’m happy with what came out of these girls. Not excited for trim hail but I am at the same time 😅😅

The buds on this plant seem very nice and tight, a nice purplish bud colour started to develop during the 48 hours producing some very pleasant looking buds.
