🌿 Grow Update: Day 2, Week 8 of Flower 🌸 Hey fellow growers, We’ve hit Day 2 of Week 8 in the flower stage, and wow, she’s smelling delicious! The buds have definitely grown since the last update, but nothing too dramatic. Still, her appearance, aroma, and stickiness are on point. Not too shabby for my first run! There’s a fair amount of larf below that I’ll be tossing, but the top buds? Holy smokes, they’re looking fantastic. I'm aiming for at least 3 ounces, and if I hit that or more, I'll be over the moon! I'll be starting my 2-week flush very soon to ensure the best quality for the final product. Wish me luck as we head into these final weeks. D57. We're at the start of the fifth week of flower, and I suspect she will finish in a couple of weeks. I removed all LST wires and soil staples today. Last night, I gave her one liter of sprouted seeds tea with humic and fulvic acid. A bit redundant, but I had some extra after I was done with my other plants. ------------------------------ D60. She is doing her thing quietly in the tent. I'm starting to see senescence in her leaves, and I did the first trichomes check today, but no amber yet. She is at least a week, if not two, from harvest. The reservoir is getting empty again, so I should top it up. I'll only fill it half-full as I don't know how long she has left. Instead, I'd fill it multiple times rather than deal with a reservoir with a bunch of water at harvest. ------------------------------ D63. We're at the end of the fifth week of flower and on the home stretch. Looking at the trichomes, I think it'll be a week until chop day. I partially filled the reservoir with 2.5 liters of water @ pH 6.6 to keep her happy for a few days longer. ------------------------------

Dienstag war auch für diese Pflanze ein wichtiger Meilenstein – sie ist jetzt ebenfalls im Blüte-Modus und genießt den 12 Stunden Licht- und 12 Stunden Dunkelheit-Rhythmus. Kurz davor habe ich auch hier die Entlaubung vorgenommen, um sie optimal auf diese neue Phase vorzubereiten. Die Wasserzufuhr wurde wie bei der anderen Pflanze angepasst und entspricht nun den Empfehlungen für die zweite Blütewoche. Ich bin wirklich erleichtert, dass das Problem mit dem pH-Wert endlich der Vergangenheit angehört und das System stabil läuft. Diese Pflanze hatte es am Anfang wirklich schwer. Ich hatte sie leider überdüngt, was dazu führte, dass die Blattspitzen verbrannt waren und sie generell recht klein geblieben ist. Aber sie hat sich erstaunlich gut erholt und zeigt jetzt ihre ersten Blütenansätze, was mich sehr freut! Das aktuelle Sorgenkind ist allerdings die Luftfeuchtigkeit. Sie ist momentan leider viel zu hoch, und ich muss mir überlegen, wie ich das am besten in den Griff bekomme. Das ist jetzt meine nächste große Herausforderung.

We planted a second Jack Herer Auto from Quebec Cannabis Seeds in a 1 gallon pot as an experiment to see how it does compared to our jack herer auto in the 3 gallon pot. We wanted to see which plant would give us the best yield for the space available. This will help us decide how we want to do our next few rounds of grows and if we want a SOG or just have a few big plants in the tent.
