With the males out of the tent, I have a little more room to spread them out. One plant is much different than the rest. It's short and squat. Another is pretty narrow, showing minimal side branch growth. The rest are similar, and I like the way they are developing. I took the top fan leafs all the plants to open up the lower nodes. They all seemed to respond well, and I'm seeing good side branch growth. What a week!

She’s growing and stretching every day.. bud sites are starting I take shape.. look overall very healthy. I’m blown away by this Bruce Banner, it is about 10 to 14 days younger than the Durban’s I’m growing in the same tent yet the banner is taller and bigger. These are doing pretty damn good for the most part. I figured out with the green buzz the only thing in bloom that raises ppm is the base bloom and the more PK which is good to know. Also been using lower ppm for the autos and they seem healthier than usual. These pics and the video were taken on Day 36.

Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! Well everything is going fine now its just making sure she feels all comfy and nice. The yellow leave got all their nutes sucked up and dried out till it had no use anymore for the plant. So I took them off by hand . The smell is like citrus, berries and pine. So I got that right. Trichomes are looking wonderfull and so fresh. Only a few weeks left before harvest. Now hoping for the buds to swell up more. 😊😃

This week I topped each main cola at the 3rd node as usual and performed a selective defoliation to improve light penetration and airflow. From now on, I won’t be doing any more apical cuts. In a few days, I plan to introduce a scrog net to start guiding the branches and prepare for an even canopy 🌿💪
