On 7th day of flowering we removed lower little branches and made some lollipopping on the plants. Also we made some defoliation on gelatos cause they were very bushy but almost removed only biggest fan leaf. As plants were bigger enough we started adding granural mineral NPK 12-18-23 1 g/L and CalMag Xtra by advanced nutrients 1mL/L to the solution.

Ahhrrrrrggggghhhh PH imbalances! Don't panic. We got this. After a few theories and a bunch of research what I originally thought was light stress then a Cal Mag deficiency. Then I saw leaf damage and thought of Thrips. Wrong wrong and wronger. Turns out the soil PH is all out if wack. By which I mean waaaaaay too high. Like almost 8. That's what I get for not thinking PH was nOT tHaT BiG a dEaL. Now equipped with my PH and TDS meters and a little PH up and PH Down from Standard Hydroponics we can get thing back into balance. Lots of leaf growth this week. Looks like flowering is right around the corner. This will probably be the last week I'll feed her Grow Girls Grow from DSN and switch to Bloom Baby Bloom next week. I've also done some defoliation this week to get light to some of the bud sites. Again I had no idea LST was this powerful, she's gonna have such pretty flowers Looking forward to Bloom 🌹🚀🌻😎

Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. Emission of terpenes is a process that is entirely dependent upon phytochromes and red/far-red light cues in most plant species (Flores and Doskey, 2015). For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Based on previous findings, we hypothesized that a lack of red light and phytochrome-mediated light/dark signaling on the part of the plant is responsible for an increase in terpene content in cannabis. The plant continues to synthesize terpenes, but a lack of red light to trigger the Pr-Pfr shift results in a lack of terpene emission by the plant, thus causing the terpenes to accumulate in the maturing flowers. It has been found that sound waves were at different frequencies, sound pressure levels (SPLs), exposure periods, and distances from the source of sound influence plant growth. Experiments have been conducted in the open field and under greenhouse growing conditions with different levels of audible sound frequencies and sound pressure levels. Sound waves at 1 kHz and 100 dB for 1 h within a distance of 0.20 m could significantly promote the division and cell wall fluidity of callus cells and also significantly enhance the activity of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones. Sound waves stimulation could increase the plant plasma-membrane H+-ATPase activity, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and amylase activity of callus. Moreover, sound waves could increase the content of RNA and the level of transcription. Stress-induced genes could switch on under sound stimulation. Sound waves at 0.1–1 kHz and SPL of (70±5) dB for 3 h from plant acoustic frequency technology (PAFT) generator within a distance ranged from 30 to 60 m every other day significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato by 30.05, 37.1 and 13.2%, respectively. Furthermore, the yield of lettuce, spinach, cotton, rice, and wheat were increased by 19.6, 22.7, 11.4, 5.7, and 17.0%, respectively. Sound waves may also strengthen plant immune systems. It has been proved that spider mite, aphids, gray mold, late blight and virus disease of tomatoes in the greenhouses decreased by 6.0, 8.0, 9.0, 11.0, and 8.0%, respectively, and the sheath blight of rice was reduced by 50%. 7/3/22 Stella is still moving along with the late bloom nutrient level this week. She’s getting close to the ripening stage, but still a week away. Today she received a full gallon of water mixed with the following nutrients: CALiMAGic - 2 ml FloraMicro - 3.8 ml FloraGro - 3.8 ml FloraBloom - 4.2 ml Floralicious Plus - 2 ml Liquid KoolBloom - 1 ml The pH was 6.6, and wasn’t adjusted. She took nearly the whole gallon before giving back some runoff, but it was sufficient. The runoff pH was 6.3. The tent was 80.5F, with a humidity of 60%. She is starting to fatten up and her branches are starting to get weighed down. I’ve already used all of my LST poles on other plants, so I’m going to have to figure out a way to make more space. She sits in the middle of the tent, surrounded by 4 of her daughters, and a smaller auto-period plant sitting on a box in front of her. My tent is FULL! I ran out of time today and didn’t get any new pics of her, so I added one that I didn’t use the other day. Take care, and happy growing everyone! She is in the tent with several other large plants (her 4 daughters + 1), so she rests nestled amongst them, so she stands. When I took two of her daughters out of the tent to feed them, she tipped right over. To make a VERY long story short; I tied her upright with almost all of her branches bundled up loosely so that they all get light, then fastened her to the back of the tent. It’s going to make feeding her tricky, but she’ll be stable, and getting full light exposure. It also opens up more space in the tent. Not much, but some. I tied up her daughters branches too. Enough about that. She received a full gallon of water mixed with the same nutrient level as the last feeding noted above. The solution pH was 6.5, and wasn’t adjusted. She gave back plenty of runoff with a pH of 6.3. The tent was 83F, and humidity was 65%. That’s a little high to me, at least compared to my previous grows. However, my tent has never been this full before. I adjusted the fan to a higher height, and with all the plants tied up somewhat using LST methods, I’ve increased open space between them with hope of improving air flow. We’ll have to see how it goes. Happy growing everyone! 7/7/22 I’m just going to write the basics today. Stella is still triced up nicely in the back of the tent so that she doesn’t fall over because of the weight of her own branches. Her buds are continuing to fatten up, and she looks lovely! Orange hairs all through her buds! Yummy!! She’s still getting the late bloom nutrients till next week when we actually begin the ripening stage. I thought of adjusting it, but decided that it was good enough. She gave back plenty of runoff with a pH of 6.3. The temp was 83.3F, with a humidity of 54%. I didn’t take any pictures of her today. I was running between 2 rooms, and feeding other plants and just forgot. 🤷‍♂️ I’ll get pics later. Happy growing everyone!

Didn’t manage to get a pic of all my autos this week cos we were in a rush. Will take pics of every strain on the weekend. Crazy smells coming of these plants now and they are getting very frosty. Will start feeding bottled nutes to make the most out of them.

So been to product earth n got a heck load of seeds ready for my next run! Autos! These ladies are lookin lovely considering I just watered em n ditched for the weekend! O give em the love and they show me the appreciation right back! Dunno how long I got left cuz they all different strains so I'm in different feeds and end feeds and flush soon so it's to get real here

Thanks for tuning in again. The ladies have been flipped. Few days before i have been adjusting my light schedule by reducing the light period by 15 every day to get them accustom to the longer nights. must say that the RH in the tent which used to be around 65 on a good day is now around 70%. Will have to ring out the dehumidifier. They are still on the same water regime but i think during this flower period they consume more water. Also I am unsure how to properly defoliate these ladies. So much mixed literature on the topic. I need to though as the girls are getting bushy and I have found some leaves on laying on top of other leaves and forming wet surfaces. A prime environment for PM and other shit that wanna mess with my harvest.

De momento va todo bien, eh tenido un "problemita" con la lámpara pero ya está solucionado, de momento todo en orden, las eh pasado a la maceta de 7 lt para q ya estén ahí, un buen sustrato y un poquitito de nutrientes para las raíces... Hello This is the end of week 2 and the beginning of week 3 of flowering. The plants are doing well and you can see the flowers forming already. My wife sends me the cute or funny pics I use... The one with the hot knives brought back a memory, of a friend at 17 years old, slipped when giving himself a hash hit and burning himself on the cheek... and having to go the school like that.... all the students knew what it was and he got a lot of teasing and had the mark on his face for months... Be Careful... I'll try to get inhere this week to do a final trim up... Taking off unwanted fanleaves and sucker branches. Ok. Be Cool Chuck.

Everything goes more purple during this 5th week!! Devil cream is developing bud quickly and she is definitely the most rapid plant I’ve ever grow till now. Since I put her outside she was attacked by different kinds of pest, but she is like a rock and seems don’t have problems with them, however I removed 2 or 3 damaged leaves. I’m using neem oil on the soil to avoid bread flies and I washed the leaves with marseille soap, seems working great! Purple is spreading more and more and she is super lovely to see ❤️ It is funny to see differences between same strain plants grown in the same environment, this one is tall and is developing dark purple buds, second one and third one have light purple mixed with green buds with beautiful pink and purple pistils while the last one is totally green and very short Compared to its sisters!! I’m falling in love with these amazing colors and we are just at the start 💪🔥

Still not given any food at 35 days since popping. She's growing well and I've put her in a 4ltr pot. I've pinched the top out to slow down the vertical growth.
